    Hi Curly Proverbz! Just an idea, I think it would be interesting for a video to take some comments on people's specific hair/scalp issues and build them out a routine based on the problems they are experiencing. Maybe a weekly or bi-weekly schedule they can follow and by doing an explanation of why you choose the herbs and schedule you are suggesting. For example, I have very fine/thin, oily hair that is naturally blonde and i'm noticing some thinning towards the front where my middle part lays. I am hesitant on using henna due to it depositing some color and I would like to retain my natural blonde as much as possible. I know you mentioned that cassia might be an option but I would like to hear more of what your thoughts are.

      Daily application of a gentle oil like lavender mask it and takes away the anxiety of being in public. Also coffee rinse definitely helps. I use decaf. I think coffee & tea rinses are meant to be washed off. I'm new to the concepts, so I left the coffee on. That too helped with the odour.

      @fir8550 3 роки тому +1

      @@southerngurlz5027 I think when I first started I did, cos my scalp had a lot of dandruff, so should we say unhealthy then. So it was more noticeable as the scalp disinfected with the onion. I do the regime once every two weeks since July 2021, all dandruff has cleared.
      Back in 2018/19 I tried the onion treatment, it was effective cleanser, apart from the smell, I stopped cos life was busy. I have restarted again in July, with better understanding and commitment.
      Besides Lavender essential oil I also use hair spray such as ORS olive spray. Any hair spray with nice smell can help mask the odour, because it lingers for a very long time.

      I did not get a tingling sensation the first time I used onion juice. Or any time after. My scalp and hair loved it and soaked it all up. And I have seborrheic dermatitis so definitely have itchy scalp a lot. The onion juice seemed to soothe it. Each person's hair and scalp is different. You will have to experiment. Your hair and scalp will let you know if you should continue to use it in your regular wash day routine.

    Farida, this is so helpful as I've got a very small bald spot at the front in the middle part of my hair since that's where I used to put a lot of tension to do my slicked low buns. Thanks for this! 😄
    Edit: When will you upload the "Using The Range For Your Hair Goals" page that tells you which product to use for which hair goal on your website?

      Does it make your hair smell? I’m nervous about using onion juice but not sure will it have a strong smell

    • @Jerusalem23
      @Jerusalem23 3 роки тому

      @@VampireBlood1986 yes it does and you can replace that with garlic it will do exactly the same thing instead of the nasty smell. That onion smell is different.

      Make a fenugreek spritz and use it daily.

      Greetings research fenugreek seeds. The rosemary / green rinse with @ 1 tsp of the fenugreek seeds as a hair rinse will aid in losing less to no strands. It is the very last thing to do after you wash/condition hair. Do not rinse out. Also avoid all heat to start to regain & build your strands up

    Hey beautiful!!!! I am going through hair thinning. I don’t know the real cause. I have to go to my doctor but now with Covid my hair loss gets put in the back burner. Nevertheless, I have an idea of what it could be. I’m menopausal, I have a little traction alopecia and some genetic thinning as well. I say all that to say this. I have started an Ayuveric regimen along with rice water. I haven’t tried onion juice. I’ll try that soon. I’m worried about protein overload. Can you do some videos on sign of protein overload and how to avoid it.
