      Hi! I tried to do 2 days fasting, got so sick, couldn’t keep anything in my stomach, not even sip of water, headache, fever with chills..not sure where did I go wrong? Thanks, good luck for all of you accomplished 👏

    • @dancentleono
      @dancentleono 5 місяців тому +6

      @@MP-ms1oe It sounds like you had a tough experience with your fasting attempt. Extended fasting, especially for two days, can be challenging, and it's important to approach it with caution.
      Some possible reasons for the symptoms you experienced could include dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, or your body not being fully prepared for such a long fast.
      Take note as my experience, the hardest part is when you are in Day 2, but with proper preparation you can finish it. A pinch of salt on my 1 liter of water works wonder.
      Staying hydrated and perhaps starting with shorter fasting periods might also be beneficial. If you are already doing intermittent then it will not be hard but if its your fist time much better starting like 16/8 (16 hrs fasting and 8 hrs eating window) and increasing it to 18/6 gradually for a month then your body will be used to it already then start a full day then if you can carry, you can go to 3 day above if you want as long as your body is prepared. Remember dont ignore how you will break the fast as its really important also. Check more videos . Take care! And good luck!

Break the cycle and be free of the system. The average American consumes 34 teaspoons of sugar a day. Over 100pds a year. Lol it's insane they are getting away with this. I asked a.i. why and it says "consumer demand" I said that's irrelevant if everyone is addicted, of course they want it. How is this any different from a drug dealer and junkie scenario. It told me the similarities are stricking😮 sugar is the root of it all.

    An Indian doctor who says we didn’t know anything about the microbiome is denying the vast knowledge of the subcontinent written down over 3500 years ago. What a shame that is so readily dismissed by Western trained doctors who don’t understand heath, only symptoms of illness. Good digestion is the source of health according to Ayurveda. Ayurvedic medicines all influence the intestinal flora, especially the widely used ones like Triphala. When someone presents with illness they treat the gut. When someone has mental illness or depression they treat the gut. When there are skin issues they treat the gut… this knowledge has always been there, but it was deliberately ignored because of for-profit petrochemical medical products that actually destroy the intestinal bacteria 🤦🏻‍♀️

    Anyway, there is something that I didn't understood well: what happens with the sourdough bread in terms of chemistry.
    I've been making my sourdough bread since a long time and it's delicious because I mix up different organics whole-wheat flours plus I add pumpkins and other seeds not only to make it more tasty but to add good fats that (I believe and I hope I'm right) lower a bit the glycemic index.
    What else my sourdough does?

      Mill your own flour. Use organic wheat berries and then bake your own sourdough bread. The problem is our store bought flour is bleached, destroyed by separating the bran and germ to make it shelf stable and then has synthetic additives to enrich it. The flour is the problem!!
      But if you mill your own flour you will have healthy living bread. Watch Sue Becker on UA-cam to get a quick education. Store bought bread destroys me. Milled bread I make gives me life. Nutrimill is the brand of mill I use. It’s been life changing.

    This is an amazing lecture. I am enjoying all of these. I know Dr. Jamnadas is a cardiologist but he also talks a lot about the vagus nerve. Can you tell us more about how leaky gut can wreak havoc on the nervous system? There are many kids who have tic disorders and there is growing evidence that is also connected to gut dysbiosis as well. The western diet, horrible school cafeteria food, and "kid friendly" foods logically seem to be a large driver of this.

    Hello I been watching your videos and others and today I am on day 4 water only fasting.
    I plan to do 40 days water fasting only and 3 days dry fasting while taking vitamins. To protect my immune system.
    I’m hoping with dedication and prayer it’s gone by then.
    So far not eating hasn’t been difficult. Just temping when you smell or see food but I’m determined.
    I did not do IF fasting before starting my complete water fasting. I really want this and ima do it.
