    1. Don’t expect results too soon , it takes upto 6 months
    2. Eat healthy foods and track them, eat less than your maintenance calories
    3. Give a diet break every 2-3 months i.e. eat 500 calories more than your maintenance
    4. Keep burning more calories throughout the 6 months, increase the workout intensity to burn more calories as you reach towards your target
    5. Stay consistent and rest is important

    Mera weight 105 kg ho gya tha...and 5 feet 8 inches height this weight is too much...Ek din suddenly meri Tabiyat kaafi jyaada khraab ho gayi and jab maine check up kraaya to reports me mera Liver ek dam fatty btaaya and blood me bhi kaafi infection btaaya...us din se maine decide kr liya tha ki ab se Bahar ka junk food bilkul avoid kr dunga...And consistently 3 months maine Junk Food...Sugar...specially cold drinks...High Processed food...and dairy products sab avoid krke Sirf only Ghr ka bana simple Roti sabji and chaaval and most important Green salad ye sab khaana shuru kr diya and within 3 months mera weight 105kg se 89 kg aa gya and meri is journey me maine Workout bilkul nahi kiya bcoz mere liye time manage krna thoda mushkil tha but ab to ek dam fit and healthy mehsus krta hu...Body fat% kam hua ki nhi wo to nhi pta but weight kam ho gya wo bhi bina bhuka rahe...🎉

    (Height 5'7)Mai 5 month pehle 52kg ka thaa fir gym join Kiya bulking mein thaa or ab mera weight 66 kg hai but mein middle pe 2month gym nahi ja paya kyuki Mera ek accident ho gaya thaa..isliye muscle se jyada Mera fat badh gaya hain..almost 21% .     age -16
    weight - 74kg goal - 85kg cut down- 80kg
    height - 6ft bf% - 18%
    I m thinking of bulking till 31st december and then cut for like 6 months

    i recently lost several kgs in one month and i did the shrawan upwas with consuming only 3 things for whole month
    1. Lime water
    2. Banana milkshake
    3. Makhana kesar milkshake
    I did gym for 6 days a week pushing limits and the transformation was amazing

    Please help my triceps are hurting from Wednesday. I am training for 6 days. Sun-legs, mon-chest, tue- bicepes, wed-back, Thur- triceps, fri- shoulder. Sat rest from Thursday am having pain in my triceps like it's swollen just by pressing lightly it feels very pain full what is the problem.

    It's been 1.5 years of consistency for loosing fat and gain muscle journey means body recomposition but neither I am building muscle nor my fat is decreasing, my body is as same as 1.5 years before, even I feel weak.
