    I started with ppl as a beginner this year, I definitely saw a lot of change, but i felt too much fatigue doing 6-7 exercises per day and it was demotivating, as i was not in mood for another day, but after 6 month i switched to bro split and its amazing, I am able to concentrate on single muscle group and a lot of soreness in muscle which feels amazing and definitely I dont feel so much fatigue whole day, nand yes I am gaining lot of muscle mass and definition too. Now I even started evening walk.

      If you following ppl why are you doing 6-7-8 exercise you have only 2 exercise for chest 1press 1 fly, 1for side delt and 1-2 for triceps. And 2 for back 1 row and 1 pulldown, 1rear delt 2 bieceps, on leg day. Squat, standing calf rasis leg extension and cul its simple

      In my opinion
      Legs.squats, calf rasis, leg extension and leg curl.
      chest and side delt. chest 3 1for side delt.
      Back and rear delt. 3 for back 1 for rear delt.
      Arms 2 bieceps 2triceps. And forearms
      Is the best split

    Thank you for this information! I was working out 1 hour every day for a while doing upper body + abs / lower body + abs split, but then I lost my discipline.. I am going to try to get back to being disciplined to wake up at the crack of dawn before work to exercise..

    Low Intensity workout for beginner to heal quickly but effectively.
    MON - Chest + Triceps
    TUE - Back + Biceps
    WED - Shoulder + Leg
    THU - Triceps + Chest (rest optional)
    FRI - Biceps +Back
    SAT - Leg/Abs + Shoulder
    you can decide which day you wanna major one group for example; Mon chest+ triceps. so do 3 excercise of chest and 2 excercise of triceps or you divide it according to you. peace out

    Sir please advise, i follow the below workout plan.
    Mon - chest + triceps + abs (Upper chest)
    Tue - shoulder + legs + abs

    I follow two muscle groups a day initially and train every muscle till fatigue twice a week. That way the growth initially is amazing. Once I am habitual of this and got my desired results I'll move to full body workout out twice a week just to maintain the same physique

    Monday-Legs

    Saturday-rest or some neglected muscle groups like forearms, neck etc....

    Sir mere ko bohot confusion hota hai ye compound kya hai isolation kya hai super set kya hai kyuki maine kabhi padhai pe kabhi itna dhyan nahi diya maybe iss wajah se ye term nahi samjh pata aur mujhe 2 month complete ho gaye hai jismai 1 month as a beginner maine full body kiya jisse bohot fayda hua body meri bohot free ho gayi lekin 2 month se apne dost ka plan follow kar raha hu usse farak ye pada ki ye September 3 month chal raha hai gym ka aur ye 2 month mai mera 1 kg bhi nahi bada lekin kam bhi nahi hua fat loss ho raha hai dheere dheere lekin abhi bhi bohot chize samajh nahi pata na hi exercise ke naam yaad rehte toh please aap hum jaise beginners ke liye koi aesa kuch plan pe vudeo bana sakte hai jismai 6 day workout ho kyuki mujhe kuch kaam nahi hai abhi mai sirf thoda bohot papa ka kaam dekhta hu isliye mai mon to sat gym jaa sakta hu please sir aap hamare liye bhi kuch bana dijiye mere trainer bhi suggest kiya ki aap ke videos dekhunga toh ache se samjhunga aur haa ye bhi samjha dijiyega ki beginners kinhein bolenge ya intermediate ya advance kinhe kahenge

    As u suggested full body workout is good for beginner so i have a question- there are big muscles group like (shoulder have 3 deltoid) so do we have to do each muscle 1 exercises or only anterior is enough or lateral is enough please guide, as i am a beginner i am eagerly waiting for your response 👀 or please make a video of full body workout for beginners with target muscle guide

      no need to train all of em and shoulder dont have 3 deltoid. shoulder/ deltoid is muscle having 3 heads. if uh are a beginner ur front delt will get enough stimulus while train the chest and posterior deltoid or rear delt will get activated / trained while doing rowa and pull downs so there is no need to train them separately only head uh should train is your side delt as it is the only head which doesnt get activated in any exercises

    I started working out at home with dumbells and barbells..It's been 2 months and I directly started with a PPL split...my body has started with body recomposition and I've seen noticeable changes and fair amount of muscle but should I continue with it as my body is used to it or should I change it??
    Help will be appreciated

    If you are not a beginner and are at intermediate level then the worst exercise shown in this video becomes the best exercise . i.e. push pull leg.

    Sorry sir but yaha i will disagree with you. i started ppl after 4 weeks of doing bro split and believe me results were insane, yes i felt fatigue but only for initial 4-5 days only.
