If you following ppl why are you doing 6-7-8 exercise you have only 2 exercise for chest 1press 1 fly, 1for side delt and 1-2 for triceps. And 2 for back 1 row and 1 pulldown, 1rear delt 2 bieceps, on leg day. Squat, standing calf rasis leg extension and cul its simple
In my opinion Legs.squats, calf rasis, leg extension and leg curl. chest and side delt. chest 3 1for side delt. Back and rear delt. 3 for back 1 for rear delt. Arms 2 bieceps 2triceps. And forearms Is the best split

no need to train all of em and shoulder dont have 3 deltoid. shoulder/ deltoid is muscle having 3 heads. if uh are a beginner ur front delt will get enough stimulus while train the chest and posterior deltoid or rear delt will get activated / trained while doing rowa and pull downs so there is no need to train them separately only head uh should train is your side delt as it is the only head which doesnt get activated in any exercises
