Hi Caroline. I had hernia surgery 4 weeks ago and I've been walking outdoors for the past few weeks. This video is great for a little more advanced movements and I just loved it. I was in great shape before surgery so I'm slowly building back to my former advanced workouts

Hi Carolyn,thank your for this inspiring and challenging workout. Great job! Do you also have workouts and nutritional advice for people facing health problems opposite to the usual ones. I have lost 25 of my 58 kilos weight due to Parkinson’s disease, which has also depleted my muscle mass and keeps my BP low. Taking protein-rich foods to build muscles blocks my med Levodopa-Carbidopa from reaching my brain. This med also dips my BP further. Thanks in advance for your time and advice
I woke up with a super bad headache today. But I wanted to exercise. So I did this, my head is feeling so much better. So much better than taking Advil.
