    Maybe 5500 steps but not 55,000! Love this video. Who am I kidding? I love every one I have used since I broke my toe 2 years ago. You keep me current and I get to shake up my workouts regularly by not getting stale on just a few. Thank you Caroline!

    I did .88 miles and did 2,064 steps today here in SW Florida. I am a senior and most of the videos I see are to fast paced for me. I came across your video and it was just the right pace. Thanks for doing this video for this senior...

    Hello Caroline my nickname is Ladydi ,and im 72 yrs old and I’m in good shape I’m from Quebec Canada and I just finish my 22min …..1 mile walking I just love it, I love the way your talking all the way and of course your smile 😃 I love walking ,now that I know how much time it take the indoor walking for 1 mile I’m ready to go when it’s raining 😂thank you .🙌✅🏃🏽‍♀️

    Hi Caroline. I had hernia surgery 4 weeks ago and I've been walking outdoors for the past few weeks. This video is great for a little more advanced movements and I just loved it. I was in great shape before surgery so I'm slowly building back to my former advanced workouts

    Loved this walk. I always do the morning walk, but I tried this one and it's a winner for me. It took me a extra 5 min's to get the mile. I'm a senior. Loving your exercises!

    Do you also have workouts and nutritional advice for people facing health problems opposite to the usual ones.
    I have lost 25 of my 58 kilos weight due to Parkinson’s disease, which has also depleted my muscle mass and keeps my BP low. Taking protein-rich foods to build muscles blocks my med Levodopa-Carbidopa from reaching my brain. This med also dips my BP further. Thanks in advance for your time and advice

    C J. Was super super great. I did whole thing. I'm going to save cuz I had trouble with arms up and down so I can do and improve otherwise was able to keep up. Had to stop couple of times to catch breath but kept going. Thanks❤
