I find it so frustrating when everyone says to eat fat. I can't exactly have olive oil for lunch and butter for dinner. How exactly is someone supposed to eat fat??? I rarely have coffee, and I always cook in Ghee, butter or olive oil. But the only way I know how to eat uncooked butter is on toast... Yeah, the dreaded carbs. So how else does one eat these fats? I've not lost any weight by cooking with these fats. I have a huge stomach even though my first meal is around midday and my second around 8 pm (or I'll eat around 4 pm and that will be the only meal I have that day). I don't snack either. So fasting and fats hasn't helped me at all.

Your videos have been helpful thank you.
I first listened to Dr Eric Berg who got me on this idea for THE way to lose weight.
You however have mirrored what he said so I am listening further to yours for more details.
I'm a doctor and this video is clear, intelligent and scientifically accurate. I forward these to my colleagues. High recommend!
lol. you're kidding right?
Not so much. The carb theory of insulin resistance is old bad science. I doubt it will ever die.....
@@thehawkguy nope. Kait really knows her stuff, better than average doctor in US.
Are all your colleagues docs so terribly dis knowledgeable, that you have to pass this to them? 😲😲😲.....

My oldest son is in his early 20's and he has type 1 diabetes. But thank God for this piece of article ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxVYhghKWmrUgXARZ_ydZTvmmcrw5L0I5i At first he thought he had the flu and was lying down on the bed for three days until his sister took him to the hospital. They took his blood and it was 600. What I do not understand is how he could have gotten it, since no one in the family has it. But he is winning the battle now. This is good stuff.
I’ve been on diets for 40 years. The last 6 months I’ve followed your diet. I went from 190 to 155. Thank u kait
Amazing! 👏
Hello! Fantastic. ..Which diet did you follow? Where did you find it? TIA!
Yes, what diet are you referencing?
No sugar very low carbs. Not hungry no cravings. Intermittent fast 18 6. All recommended by kait, dr berg and autumn bate.
what was the diet?
*My daughter drinks lots of water and urinates with the same rate, there are no other symptoms to show if those have anything to do with diabetes. This is a good information that I have gone through **Diabets.Care** She is 2 years 9 months, hale and healthy, have not done any blood test. But I am not certain if one can get diabetes at such a tender age. Please I will like to know more on that*
She may have type 1 diabetes! The stereotypes you hear about diabetes are mostly untrue. It can happen! Please take her to the hospital it could get dangerous really quickly
Chase, if a child is being exposed to toxic mold (many times it can be hidden behind drywall, in an HVAC unit, under shower tiles, etc) then it can cause issues with the child’s ADH levels and cause frequent urination and even loss of control over prolonged exposure. It can also cause bloating, food sensitivities, random rashes, burning eyes, short term memory recall issues, sensory issues, tantrums and emotional outburst, restless leg syndrome and sleep disturbances.
I’m not sure if any of the above relate, but I want to share for awareness as our family went through this. Roughly, 28% can’t properly detox mold so while one person in the house or environment is fine another may become severely ill.
It is also hard to find traditional doctors whom are well versed in toxic mold, but some environmental doctors are and there are some good resources online on how to test the body such as blood test checking the for an IGg, IGA and IGE response to a long list of common molds, mycotoxin urine test and more.
I hope this is helpful.
Don't worry girls for " him daughter" he is a robot. I have read him text with some other name and with him too.

1. Eat Nothing(intermittent fasting)
2. Olive Oil
3. Salmon
4. Eggs(yolks too)
5. Avocados
6. Butter
@Ann Campbell the only thing she got right was ‘eat nothing’!
@Ann Campbell Vegetarian propaganda. That video references an article from 1971. Gary Taubes and a number fo others have shown that high carbohydrate diets are unhealthy.
It's telling that there are no comments allowed on that link.
@Ann Campbell I'll ponder that as I eat my eggs and bacon this morning.
@Ann Campbell Vegetarian, my dear. Get your facts straight. Not vegan, by the way it's related to them being 7th Day Adventist. Do you know anyone from there. I have friends that are 7th Day Adventist and they are Vegetarian who eat eggs and fish. The Vegan community wants to deny the truth, some animal foods are healthier than fake vegan processed foods. Look at all the ex vegans eating meat to heal the negative effects of eating vegan. I was a 6 year Vegetarian, eating plant based, some fish and eggs, no fake foods and loved it and how my body looked and felt. Now I do eat other meats and still look and feel great. BTW, I'm 46 and still get carded, but it could be great genes. I'm also Latina, so it could be all the great whole, freshly made foods I cook and eat. 😋 Sancoho, mondongo, steak with caramelized onions and garlic, liver with onions and peppers...you have no idea what you're missing. Especially for your brain health. I hope you wake up soon.
@Ann Campbell Nope. I started eating more fat and protein and fewer carbohydrates combined with intermittent fasting and exercise. My cholesterol has been going down and my heart health has improved as I've lost weight.
Carbs kill.
Been fasting 16-18 hours and feel so much better. Also lowered carbs and lost 12 lbs in 1 month. And I'm 65!
I started a month ago (with a few fits and starts). I am down 10 pounds (still have 30 to go) although I am currently sitting at my first plateau for a week. It has already helped my blood pressure which has dropped about 20 points and is now on the top end of normal. Has not helped by blood sugar yet (still pre-diabetic) but I am sticking with it and hopefully in the next couple of months that will return to normal also.
You are my inspiration!!
Good job girly!
Hey can you please give me some tips.... how did you start and what time was your 1st meal and what time did you stop eating
You are doing dry fasting or still drink water?
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I followed your advice and I’m happy to tell you that after 8 years of uncontrolled diabetes and being told that I was insulin resistant a month ago! My numbers have gone down significantly. Keep up the good work in getting the word out!
Finally a channel that tells the truth about Diabetic matters.
Keep up the good work Kait.
I've only recently gone over to a Keto diet and wow! What a difference that has made. I dropped of 10kg in no time at all and I was eating far more than I normally used to eat. I've always gone to the gym, and that helps but I was always carrying extra unwanted weight. 😭
Doctors have been telling me BS for years. To say I'm dismayed at most of their lack of knowledge on the matter is an understatement. 😣🤔
Even the so called 'experts' on the matter have NO real idea at all.
The sugar cravings are hard to take sometimes though.😀

This actually makes so much more sense than anything else I've heard about losing weight. I dont believe im insulin resistant, but I find I'm at my healthiest when eating a high fat and low carb diet while excercising regularly. A bunch of these foods probably made up the bulk of my diet. Im trying to get back to that place so I think I'll subscribe!
I've seen lots of vids on the subject at hand, and must say that you are absolutely stupendous.
🥰🥰
I love that you pointed out that if exercising more and eating less worked we wouldn’t have the obesity issues we have. I’ve been told my entire life that I just needed to work out more and eat less. Back on 2011 or 2012 I was eating a max of 1000 calories a day and spending 1-2hrs 6-7 days a week at the gym and was otherwise very active, spent 40+ hrs on my feet at work doing heavy lifting and stocking (I was in retail management at the time) but no matter how hard I worked I could not get down below 250lbs. I literally starved myself and worked myself to the point that I passed out at the gym. I was also losing my hair. A friend took me to the ER and I met a very kind and knowledgeable doctor that told me that what I was doing was not making me healthier. It actually really shocked me Bc so many ppl had been applauding my efforts that it really stunned me to have a doctor telling me what I was doing wasn’t good for me. Anyway, great videos! Thank you for the info.
Oh wow, how are you doing now?
It's the starches and carbs.
Sounds like it could be your Thyroid needs balancing ?
1k calories a day while training like that is so fucking dumb, you only need a small calorific defecit over time, are you impling excersicing isnt healthy?
sounds like you are making excuses
I was doing the same with the same results and still being ridiculed and insulted by my doctor (who looked anorexic by the way).
I had Cystic acne, PCOS, hypothyroidism and hair loss. This dr could only say, you are fat because you eat to much and don't exercise. She said that there was no way, I was exercising 2hrs a day, 4-5 days a week. She refused to test my thyroid.
She moved out of state and I couldn't be happier.
Now I hope that this will help me.
*Awesome video!!* I guess I have been on the Ketogenic diet for the past year…but I don’t purposely try to follow the exact macros of that diet plan. It just so happens that I naturally enjoy eating this way. I have found that intermittent fasting along with eating no more than 15-20 total grams of carbs per day plus 30 minutes of moderate exercise a few times a week has been a game-changer. My carbs consist of riced or mashed cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, caramelized cabbage, asparagus, green beans, sautéed onions, mushrooms, etc. Eating fewer carbs in my diet makes my body feel so much better:
- I feel less tired overall
- I almost never get migraines anymore
- I have more energy
- I am definitely happier
- I seem to have more patience
- I am overall way less grumpy and irritable in my daily life
- I also lost weight as a result so my physical body feels better
Simple Carbohydrates feed the carb addiction and cravings…feeling the need to eat more carbs, and this creates a vicious cycle. The first 4-6 weeks of cutting down carbs is the HARDEST timeframe ever, but does it ever pay off if you can push through that discomfort. I suck at tracking macros, weighing myself, taking measurements, following a rigid diet and exercise plan, measuring out food, etc. So I bit the bullet and finally downloaded My Fitness Pal and it has been a great tool for all of this change. Overall I have lost 50 pounds, gotten a bit more toned, and just feel like I have control in life again. I am no fitness or diet guru, so if I can do this, ANYONE can.
Have recently returned to a low carb diet - which I did approx. 2 years ago, lost 30 lbs in about 4 months and felt great. Emotional eating, 2 Canadian winters and a foot injury saw me regain most of what I lost. I am now more determined to stop poisoning myself by eating crap, for myself, Hubbie and my 2 Grandchildren (with two more en route 😀). Luckily I generally don’t like eating breakfast - probably because I’m insulin resistant so I always feel WAY more energetic if I don’t eat, but will get some MCT to add to my coffee. I am doing 16/8 which I enjoy and find it really helps. New subscriber and REALLY looking forward to watching your Posts. Just Science and facts - no nonsense and no constant Ads for products. Awesome. I find these are very helpful to watch while having my morning coffee, to set me up for the day. Thanks !
i have been hitting a brick wall talking with my doctors about my PCOS and insulin resistance, they only want to seem to help when i want to have children but are putting the brakes on when it comes to the issues regarding PCOS and insulin resistance. i am thankful that i have found this video and your channel, i hope it will help me lead a healthier life and help to reduce my PCOS. love from Liverpool, England

Weight lifting is good too. Your high blood sugar is a great candidate for energy, use it up by lifting weights.
Yes! Exercise allows your muscle cells to use glucose without insulin. And on top of that, more muscle mass means more room for glucose to be stored 🙂
@@HealthCoachKait Moving/excising more muscle mass will burn more glucose. A good thing.
In people with insulin resistance, storage capacity is not the problem so it will not help in that sense
Will using a Total Gym that uses body weight work the same as lifting weights do you think?
Weight lifting makes me ravenous
@@williampyatt3805 It’s the same thing. Your body (muscles and energy systems) doesn’t know if it’s a barbell or your body. All it knows is there is resistance in moving because of gravity. You’re only ever “lifting” against gravity.
Kettlebell, your body, barbells, dumbbells, jugs of water, a baby, whatever! It’s all resistance training. Only time you get specific on a certain implement is if you’re trying to get better at it or for a sport

Great video, subbed. Prolonged fasting has been the best for me so far.
Dr.Fung explains it very well. Once your bucket is full, stop.
Instead of butter, we use coconut cream in coffee. Coconut oil serves for cooking. Where we would have used butter, we use ghee. My wife knows much more about this subject than I. Other than a few nuances, the diet described here is SOOOOO much better than I used to eat. I feel like my brain is much clearer and I can actually think for once! Lots of good information!
I'm 68 and started 16/8 Intermittent Fasting 3 years ago. My jogging time went down from 25:00 to 23:00 overnight. Seriously. In the next few months went all the way down to 21:00. Also my blood pressure went down from 138 to 125. Also been kicking those doggone carbs. Works 💪🏼
is it okay to still eat healthy carbs? like fruits and sweet potatoes??

Wow. So happy for you. How many grams of carbs do you consume on your low carb? Because I find it hard to stay on keto.
Really great work!
Thank you so much - for this video- I love you! I have been taking Metforman for close to 11 years- and all of the side effects you mentioned are dead on! So I’m studying your videos and I’m going to follow them Religiously! Thanks again for your hard work!
Wow, happy to find out that my diet agrees with most of your recommendations!
I frequently skip breakfast (16/8 intermittent fasting), cook and drink olive oil every meal, eat grilled wild-caught salmon, eggs, avocados everyday.
Only thing I don’t do is eating butter with my morning coffee. Maybe I should try it next time:)
Butter is easy to add to other things, I prefer full cream. It's pre-churned butter, right?
My doctor advised me to eat 5 times a day! Thanks to him i gained 30 kilos! Been on keto for a year and a half eating one meal a day and it's the best thing that ever happened to me
I am glad that you are doing well.
Back 60 years ago, the Black Muslims used to say that eating one meal a day was a good thing.
I am glad that the rest of the nation has finally caught up.
I think your doctor left out the word small. Five small meals a day. You can have a nutritious breakfast, snack like a piece of fruit, light lunch, snack raw vegetables, larger dinner.
Get a new doctor. I've been eating OMAD (One meal a day) at around 6pm for months. I combine that with the carnivore diet - i include an avocado and cruciferous vegetables now and then. I've never felt better, and in July I'll be 79 years young. Eating 5 meals a day is the exact opposite of what we should be doing.
As I said, get a new doctor.
He probably meant small frequent meals, not 5 full meals 👍
I eat 4 meals a day and didn’t gain 0.5kg.
Thank you for this! So informative! I just heard from my OBGYN that I am prediabetic and could possibly lead to PCOS due to some fibroids in my ovary and also crazy periods, I’m excited to focus on eating right thanks so much! Definitely subscribed!

So so so true...I only eat twice a day...one at 2 o'clock last one at 8 or 9 and it really works..at first is hard but your body will get use to it.

Very helpful info . I'm on the right path. Have a nice day.
My doctor never told me this i think doctors dont want us to know this in such details. They are busy promoting diabetes meds instead of explaining to their patients this truth about insulin and how it affects us. Thanks for daring to let this info out this is all doctors job to do. I will definitely forward it to all my friends who are in search of such info. Thank you.
Some doctors do try. IF& dietary selection & meal planning is difficult for most patients due to economic, social & other reasons. Most patients have a phenomenon called OLD HABITS DIE HARD.
Other MOST IMP FACTOR CAUSING INSULIN RESISTANCE, OBESITY & DIABETES IS VITAMIN D DEFECIENCE / INSUFFICIENCY. VIT D LEVELS SHOULD BE KEPT ATLEAST AT MID RANGE OF NORMAL. Persons living in cold climates are more likely to suffer vit D defecieny. Normal range for VitD is 30-100 ng. Try & keep it at atleast 60-65 ng, this will also help to keep ur immune system up.
I do agree with you that most doctors donot spend time with patients to explain IF & DIET& EXERCISE, 7-8 HRS OF SLEEP& KEEPING STRESS LOW. This is why obesity & diabetes is on increase.

I didn't lose much weight and as soon as I went back to a "normal" two or three meals a day when I was hungry, (sometimes eat breakfast, sometimes only lunch, just dinner) I gained weight. I agree I felt better, less bloating and gas, less tummy troubles, I was actually hungry and learned that hunger doesn't mean you must eat right now. But I was sad that my body won't let me lose weight. I have now developed Hypothyroidism to join my PCOS-caused Insulin resistance, pre-diabetic, hypertensive, anxiety ridden body. But I will try this approach which says high healthy fat, moderate protein... maybe it will work. I don't know but I will keep trying.
Keep trying. Something is out of balance in your body. Find a good naturopath who can test the natural systems of your body. Good luck🙏
All the best keep trying dear 🙏
This is an absolute informative video! Great Job ❤️

Wonderful clip Miss Kait...... Full of enthusiasm and love. 😊
Sinds 2 months I’m intermittent fasting and man do I feel good, my energie went up. I haven’t feel like this in years.
I also lost a lot of fluids that I had in my legs, I can see my ankles again. I did the change because my doctor said if you keep this live style you will get diabetics. I also eat whole food, drink water and coffee and thee without sugar. Try to not give in to the bad drinks and foods, but I don’t have cravings that much anymore. This video is really good explained.
She's absolutely right about fasting..

For oil pulling, almond oil is probably fine!
Hello Kait. I highly appreciate your good quality information. I'm from germany and almost nobody here is informed about insuline resistance even though the amount of people diagnosed with diabetes is rising tremendously high. I wanna say a big THANK YOU!!! YOU and youtubers like Keto Christina, Dr. Sten Ekberg, Keto Kamp and others....helped me (and countless others) to improve health...better and more sustainable than most doctors.
🤗🤗
Same in the U.S no teaching people are just handed a prescription for drugs
I live in Azerbaijan, and most people aren't informed or don't want to learn.I have a great doctor who taught me and is teaching better ways to achieve results. Hopefully, I can beat that
Oh my goodness! what great and knowledgeable information!!!!!!!! I appreciate this information. I will certainly share this with friends.
Another great video full of needed information! Thanks, Kait!
Wow thank you so much! So glad I have found you, you are the first person that has explained things in a way that makes sense to me! Now I know what to do and I can't thank you enough. I'm going to be swatting up on all your diet videos. Hugs, K from UK 🙂💜🌸
Glad you found this video helpful K! 😁
Apple cider vinegar before large meals, raw ginger root, Cinnamon with most sweeter foods, and you could apply Berberine pills along with pantothenic acid (vitamin b5) toward your supplement regiment, but you should have a walk for 10-20 min after eating when possible.
Good tips!
Agreed, great tips Jonathan.
How about blending them and keeping them in the fridge for longer term use - 1 cup ACV, 1 cup lemon juice, 1/2 a cup raw ginger root, 10-15 cloves garlic, 1 cup honey, 2 tablespoons cinnamon, 1 tbs cayenne pepper. Take 1-2 tbs before a meal but after brushing your teeth.
If worried about getting too fat then simply use this to keep fat at bay in the body: boil some water then pour it in a 1 litre container with 1 tbs ginger powder, 1 tbs cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Let it cool, then add 1-2 tbs lemon juice to a cup plus honey to sweeten. Top up the cup with the mixture and enjoy.
Burns fat. Helps with insulin resistance. Helps with digestion. Lowers blood pressure. Boosts Immune system.
This mixture is familiar to me but have never actually put it to use for an extended period of time. I just usually eat the ingredients raw according to my day to day routine. But this totally sounds effective, but I personally would use the Honey sparingly. Cheers for the info!
I make the "master tonic" it has all these ingredients and keeps well
@@mandandi I think you mean brush your teeth after taking 1-2 tbs. The acid will eat through your teeth enamel over time.
Brilliant. Easy too understand, interesting and enjoyable. Thanks.
Thank you so much, it seams you are the only one on UA-cam with the information on how to reverse it. I have gained so much weight and I don't even eat that much and then after much research I found out why. Thank you so much I am trying this out for 40 days and will come back with results x

How and when u consume those 3 items? Thanks Katherine
Fasting is by far the best thing for insulin resistance. IF it good but also work up to full day fasts and then eventually even longer, up to 3-4 days max! Obviously if you are diabetic pay close attention to your blood sugar levels. Not sure how low is too low but anything in the 80's is fine.
Be aware here diffrent measuring systems means check with a doctor
Thank you so much, no one explained this better.
Great video and very informative keep up the great work 👍👍
Excellent video! Thank you!
🥰🥰
I absolutely love your videos. You provide so much great information in terms that make it easy to understand. Do you have any recommendations for a woman who is considered hormone type 6 - ovarian fatigue? I have been following a ketogenic diet and I seemed to have stalled and can't get lower than where I am right now. Thank you.
This is all great advice. I’ve never heard of this woman until now, but I’ve been doing this for over a year and I’ve lost 35 pounds. The bulletproof coffee taste fantastic: 1 cup of strong coffee, one tablespoon of MCT oil and 1 tablespoon of grass fed butter. Put it in a blender for just a few seconds. I never eat breakfast. I eat at 1pm and 6 pm and never get hungry because my meals contain almost zero carbs, moderate protein and lots of healthy fat. High fat content beef is also great but make sure it 100% grass fed and finished. Also, make sure the eggs are “pastured” NOT cage free or free range. I’m 71, off my blood pressure meds and have way more energy, and haven’t felt better in 20 years.
Thank you! Kait you are one smart lady Things are starting to look more clearly to me now, wish I would of found you before. Great information to live by.
🤗🤗
Awesome video! Sooooo glad I stumbled upon your channel. Keep up the great work with sharing helpful information and tips! I did notice I was less hungry during the day when intermittent fasting.

How can someone with ulcer do this fasting without complications
I needed this advise in 1990. All I got has been to eat foods I never eat (I am vegetarian) and to eat less and move more. Even though the health professionals are trained about different diets all the ones I have come across don't seem to understand the consequences of the practical aspects of what that means.
Actually, that's one of the problems, health care professionals don't know how to help us or about this. I've struggled for years until I tried the diet. 2 doctors I just visited told me to do it and like magic, I start losing weight. I do have to change the diet a bit for myself, but keto is the only way of eating that has worked for me.
@@claudiagutierrez6336 did the butter raise the cholesterol levels
I tried intermittent fasting with a 16hr fasting period. My feeding window was 12pm to 8pm. After a month of doing it, my hands would shake uncontrollably the entire morning before I would break my fast even though I was not in a large caloric deficit at the time. I had to stop intermittent fasting after I very briefly passed out in my office one morning. After some research, I learned that large fasting periods are not recommended for women, especially women with hormone imbalances. So anytime I hear someone recommend intermittent fasting for PCOS and insulin, I wish they would specify that the fasting period SHOULD NOT be the typical fasting period men use. If you are going to try intermittent fasting, do a moderate fasting window, I found that 10 hours was often recommended (8hrs while you sleep, and 2 hours of fasting before bed). It is also recommended that women with PCOS and insulin resistance eat within the first hour of waking up.
I also want to add that shedding some fat off our bodies is a great way to regulate PCOS symptoms and insulin resistance, however, the way you lose fat matters. Think about the long-term sustainability of your diet. Keto, for example, has not been shown to be sustainable or beneficial for adults long term, and can actually negatively impact brain function, and even heart health can be negatively impacted if your keto diet is high in saturated fats. The most important thing to achieve with your diet is sustainability. Figure out what works for you in a way that benefits your body AND your MIND. Adding some HIIT workouts can also be beneficial and has been shown to be an effective way to improve insulin sensitivity and reduce appetite.
Personally, what's currently working for me is a moderately low-carb diet (40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat), a 10hr fasting period, and a mix of different training styles (workout week: 2 low-intensity hour-long cardio sessions, 2 HIIT sessions, 2 weight lifting sessions, 1 rest day).
Shaking- classical example hypoglycemia.
From my experience fasting -skipping breakfast - not work for me after my blood test.
Changed - eating time 7am-1pm-
Feel more energy in the morning, sleep improved, blood markers better
agree! keto and long fasting ruined my body and metabolism now i’m trying to recover but 15lbs heavier when I wanted to lose 6lbs.
You make a really wise and sharp point - thank you for posting this useful info 🙏🏼✨🙏🏼 Fasting for 16hrs is most def not for everyone, we must listen to our body’s intuition and signals.
excellent video with easy to understand information! thanks for taking the time to share it♥
🤗🤗
Great video you were very detailed in your explanation
ABSOLUTELY great content!!!!
🤗🤗
I am going to try this. Thanks for the advice.
🙏🙏
Thanks for explaining it so well. I learned a lot
Great Job Kid, Thanks!
🙂🙂
I appreciate this video, very interesting and it works!
I love how you explain what insulin resistance is.
Great video. Thank you for all the important information. I do appreciate it.
I usually use ghee, Salmon, eggs, Advocado, raw broccoli & Cauliflower, Celery, Sugar free bacon as a list to choose from when I'm not fasting (omad). Exercise of course. Seems to work pretty good.
i was dxed with type two diabetes in 2004. I've studied this subject for many years. Nowhere have I found such a succinct video like this one. Bravo. You nailed it, Kait.
❤️❤️
it is so true - those tips online are zero useful. "eat less work out more" come on! Thank you for this video!
Thank you so much for your videos. I was recently Diagnosed with insulin resistance Type2. Before watching this video I was very scared at what to do as far as eating went. I have almost lost my appetite completely and your information about Fasting really set my mind at ease. Thank you again for the information
Great Video

I have done IF for almost 6 years now and personally I find it easier to not skip what is traditionally known as breakfast and skip dinner.
Of course I am an early bird and at the gym at 5:20/5:30 AM and by the time I get done, get home, shower etc. I eat about 8:30 or so and then again around 12:00/1:00 PM. I find skipping dinner a lot easier and also find having all your food digested before going to bed has made for more restful sleeps and I also almost never get hungry outside of my window. I believe your schedule should dictate your window or you will never stick with it long term
What you eat in breakfast and lunch
Very good content. In 2016 a Japanese scientist named Yoshinori Ohsumi, was awarded the Nobel Prize in medicine for "Autophagy", which means self eating cells, through fasting.
Thank you for the update. Your information is definitely helpful with my diabetes.
Thank you for sharing this information .God bless you .🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
