  • Quiet your thoughts and calm a busy mind with this calming restorative yoga self-care ritual. Especially helpful when practiced nightly, this gentle evening yoga routine can help you settle mental chatter through pranayama plus a restorative yoga pose. We'll begin with Brahmari or Humming Bee Breath, then practice Supported Child's Pose with a visualization for deeper mental relaxation. Small moments of self-care practice add up over time, so if this doesn't help right away don't despair. Even a tiny moment of space between thoughts is a step toward greater well-being.

    Lovely, I always find that visualisation element of pebbles dropping through water really calming and helpful, and had forgotten about it, so thanks for reminding me here!
