- Settle into this restorative yoga for mental exhaustion class to relieve stress, tension, and reduce overwhelm. If your mind feels fried and at its limit, restorative yoga's soothing effects can help you return to relaxation. For this restorative yoga self-care ritual, grab a couple blankets/pillows, a bolster, an eye covering (like a washcloth) and be in a dimly lit, quiet space. We'll begin with a yoga pranayama to induce relaxation and then continue on to Supported Reclining Bound Angle to quiet the senses and relax. I recommend practicing this every evening for a week to banish burnout and restore harmony in your mind.
