@@306167 We broke up in May, had light (awkward) contacts until early September and then NC. He broke NC with a lengthy email mid-December. There has been some contacts up until late January. He seems confused so I am sticking to NC for now.
I can assure you that as a dumper once your ex had an emotional connection with you and you break up with them you will be thinking of them every day and hoping they contact you just to give you assurance that you mattered in their life , just keep working on yourself no contact works
My gf dumped me because she said she wasn't ready for a relationship because she is doing school and her family and work and she told me to find someone that loves me how I should be loved. but ik she didn't mean that and she really loves me and I told her to have as much time as she needs and I'm going to wait on her and if she ever needs anything I'm here for her. My ex is not thinking about me unfortunately. I ran into her sister and she mentioned talking with my ex, and my ex specifically told her, "Yah he hasn't entered my thoughts since the breakup." Really shattered me knowing 5 months of no contact I have been thinking about her daily. 6 years together and she blamed me for everything at the end.
Chin up man, there is zero chance after 6 years she hasn't thought about you. Its impossible. Unless something really bad happened, she will reach out sometime and you just have to work on yourself and mentally move on. Its hard, but I genuinely found that not looking at her social media at all (I still follow her on everything so unfortunately I see a pic once in awhile) really helps. Thinking about her daily will just slow your progress on being a better you, and if you gain confidence in yourself and get to the version that you were before her, you'll see things start coming your way and that can mean your ex coming back or you moving on!

Broke up 4 months ago, NC 2 for 2 months. I found out she ended in a rebound a week after our break up. Ive been depressed and isolate myself from friends and family. I am fortunate enough to have an amazing support system from my friends who gave me the emotional support I needed. I was down and sad for 3 1/2 months. I listened to coach craigs videos every day religiously and follow his plan on the NC rule. I recently started seeking therapy (it is honestly helping) and joined an MMA gym learning Brazilian ju jitsu, its a blast and a lot of fun! I've been going out on dates with different women and thanks to coach craigs list of attachment styles I learned, I am able to pick up signs early on without going on dates blindly. I also recently posted a picture of me going out for valentines day and everyone was complementing me while my ex recently seen that immediately after her posting a selfie for valentines. But I honestly did not bother me.. im reading books based on traumas and healing. Learning attachment styles. All thanks to coach Craig, Margaret, and Victoria. You are all amazing and thank you so much for the work you do! And guys, trust NC, even if you don't get your ex back right away, they are constantly thinking of you if the relationship was a great one just like coach's say. Keep working on improving yourself and eventually you'll get a better chance at either reconciling with your ex or find a new partner that appreciates your value. Love yourself first ❤
After four months of pain I'm finally ready to move on after someone special who rejected me. Thank you coaches for the videos, I survived by watching them over and over and by talking about it with my friends 😍 I've learn't a lot about men, dating and especially about myself. I believe now that there's a purpose on all of this!
A month after we broke up he had a rebound....we shared so many good memories that can not be replicated....sometimes I wake up and the realization hits me again and again.....

I agree so much. But it’s not bad. It helped me like 6 months ago when I broke up. But now I just ignore it, doesn’t mean much after a couple of months haha. I think “Feelings change” is a good reminder that nothing is set in stone.
Been 2 weeks now and she told me she didn’t have feelings for me anymore, but our relationship was amazing and she broke up with me after the first argument after being together and having great memories over 6 months! I don’t understand how she switched off and I don’t think she will come back 🥴
Conor she's an avoidant, no one with anxious attachment walks out they are the opposite, what they do is if you don't micro manage yourself never to argue or ever be critical they will stay, this is not normal, the minute you say how you feel they go but yes depending how long you were together it usually takes three months, by that time hopefully you've moved on. But yes I got back with my avoidant ex after a year and half, he ghosted me I'm now 78 Percent secure so I know how to handle him, I'm not putting up with his avoidant behaviour, I know what I deserve, I can tell you the best thing you can do is get secure you have all the power then because you don't put up with what you used too. I don't want him anymore and I'm ok and I'm enough, that's where you wanna be. Xx. He contacted me every month for a year and half, but that started after three months and I was dating someone else by then.

My boyfriend of 3 years and I broke up for very mundane reasons mostly because I'm very realistic with my expectations. He thinks we have to be passionately in love everyday and that honeymoon stage is over. We're now facing reality. Now he says, he doesn't want to feel the weight of a relationship. He's been going through a hard time with his finances and I'm pretty sure he's taking it out on our relationship. After the break up. He called few hours later talking about how this could have been a mistake. I told him he has to figure it out and left him alone. The following day he texts good morning and went on to talk about why we didn't say goodnight as usual and he's okay being very good friends with me. I told him I really don't feel like I need to hear from him anymore. I think this space is what our relationship needs for it to grow. I'm confused, I don't even know if I'm making the right decisions here. Because I think he's really struggling with a lot of things. But he's taking it out on our relationship.
During no contact and learning to love myself and highlighting to becoming secure, i find more peace. Do this instead and the right one will be attracted. Your ex or whoever they are. I did something what they call as breaking no contact, but I don’t think it’s a bad idea if our concern isn’t to approach them.

Its been 9 months. I don't think its going anywhere but I don't struggle with it as much, I just focus on myself and thats it. Just touching on what Margret said atvthe end. I feel like I'm one of those cases that is utterly hopeless and she has completely forgotten about me despite her admitting I treated her very well. It's been nearly 9 months now. She blindsided me with the breakup and the reasons she gave me after didn't make sense to me. We reached out to each other twice in the first 4 months after the breakup but it's been NC now for 5. I do see her from time to time as we live close by. I refused friendship but I'm always civil when we pass on the street. She passed my house last week and I was coming back from the store, she completely ignored me, it cut deep. I've been out dating other women and have a much more attractive women who's coming to stay the night with me next weekend but I just cannot let her go, it's awful.
Hi Craig 👋 This video had helped my anxiety cool down a bit. But can you do a video on what your ex is thinking when you don't say happy birthday or greet them during special occasions? Yesterday was my ex's birthday and I didn't say happy birthday to her and I wonder if she's thinking of me at all or not. I've been in radio silence since December. My mother has also told me that she posted a picture of herself on fb wearing a shirt I gave her while she was cutting her cake. I'm not sure if that is a sign of her thinking or missing me at all. I also forgot to mention that my situation was an LDR that lasted 8 months and we had on and off no contact with each other.

Long distance between 2 countries, COVID situation, his transfer, .. every situation killed our timing of getting together again. I know maybe this is rocky road but I’m still hoping if there’s a slightly chance. I know he doesn’t hate me. We got through some of issues and we didn’t break up. I don’t chaise him but a great chance that is like bumping into each other will never happen so I need a good strategy..

Agreed. was in a relationship with a narcissist. He broke up with me over a phone call all cold and with no emotions. It was the worst break up I had even been through. But more so bc of the emotional investment I had put in someone that was abusive to me, I believe! BUT he did eventually come back multiple times, but it was for selfish reasons and unfortunately it was just all a mess and he also didn't respect my boundaries for not wanting him to contact me more. A narcissist def can come back but only in the way it benefits him/her/them.
I have to disagree, I was in that kind of relationship, I thought he would never come back, I begged and did everything you weren’t supposed to. I couldn’t even function or go to work. Eventually I had no choice but to accept and move on as he did, or made it seem. He was with new friends on boat parties and living his best life. I went no contact, made new friends and forced myself so to go out. The thing with narc is they go though a cycle, they bring you up and when your up they smash you back down. But if they feel like you’re good without them they run back in hopes of dragging you down again. Anyways three months later he was sobbing and begging me to take him back, he said he would propose on the spot if that’s what it took. I said No. He reached out to all our friends and even his family begged on his behalf, he was hospitalized for panic attacks, but I stood my ground because I’m been through that cycle so many times, the final time he really broke me and I finally understood my worth. They will come back 100% the more toxic the relationship was the faster they come back. It’s the logical ones that just don’t see a future with you, those are the ones that are hard to win back.
During no contact I’m starting to realize my ex’s cousins could have been the cause of our breakup they considered me toxic because we had a couple arguments which I find normal in a relationship. Do I still have a chance of getting her back?

What I'm learning is that people may love, may understand, etc. but people need to see it demonstrated. Through actions or at a minimum with words. Often our words can show but often people just say it with words instead. Like I can tell you I'm funny with words or I can show you I'm funny by making funny jokes.

I find myself singing or whistling the theme song EVERY time now 😂 🎵 He just told me he's feeling more confident about his decision to end things and I think it's because we've stayed in contact and have started having friendly conversations. Hes starting to see me as a friend. It's been a month since we broke up. 2 days ago, I decided to go no contact. Our conversation ended with me telling him to reach out when he's ready to talk. But I think he still expects me to reach out. For the whole last month we talked at least every 4 days. So he hasn't had to really miss me. We been together for 2 years and had a very loving relationship until I left to earn some extra money for us to live a better life with her permission, but as soon as i left she told me i left when she needed me the most and after 2 months of me being away she told me she didn’t feel like she could be 100% herself with me (even tho the whole relationship she looked very happy, until she started having depression and anxiety issues caused by her childhood traumas) and that i left when she needed me the most… I am shocked, 2 weeks before the breakup we were sending each other nudes and loving messages and all was fine… than her mother came to visit and she had her 1st session with a therapist (which i recommended so she can work on her anxiety and depression) and few days after i got dumped.
Hey, so my ex and I only dated for 5 months and we didn't have sex because we're both religious. However, I've recently discovered that either she's changed for the worse or she's not the girl I thought she once was because now she has no problem having sex in her next relationship. I would like to note that I'm like 97% sure she has an avoidant attachment style, based on her behaviors and symptoms Craig has mentioned in his videos on the avoidant attachment style. Anyways, if she has sex with the next guy, does it mean she will be more attached to him than me? She said she was in love with me during the relationship and was freaking obsessed with me in the beginning, maybe even a bit too much, I'll admit even I wasn't as obsessed with her in the same way she was with me. She once persuaded me for her to come over to hang out instead of me doing homework (bad move I know) on the 2nd date.
Also I'd like to inform everyone that if you're partner is pressuring you to hang out over you trying to get something important done like homework, might be a red flag
At a dumpers point of view: I dumped my ex 2 months ago. We were together for 6 months+, and I loved her so much, even at the point of the breakup, but I was in a situation where I had to move to Germany from Denmark for it to work. At the beginning she asked me for us to work, I had to move to her country. I said yes. A month in, out of the blue, I got some kind of panic/anxiety attack, and I was in a constant fight or flight mode, for the next 5 months until I broke it off. She was really a loving and caring person, but I couldn't get through my anxiety so I had to end it. I was and still am so heartbroken and I cry occasionally. I miss her so much. Remembering the moments with her. But she wouldn't move here despite her knowing I had this psychological block, that I could not make my self move. I hope to get a text from her sometime, where she says she'll regret it, but I think it's not gonna happen. So as a dumper, we feel exactly like a dumpee 💔

What if the guy goes back to his ex? Do they essentially not even go through these steps until the ex situation doesn’t work again either and they’re finally alone with their thoughts and no one to help cope/lean on? I could tell my long distance ex didn’t want to break up, especially considering things were going pretty great otherwise. BUT.. he is SUCH a needy person the distance was killing him. He was hot and cold so many times and even told me he was settling going back to her and that he would always love me. Now I’m blocked on every social media platform AND text; and the ONLY reason is because she’s pretty well there with him all the time.

I am in 2 months of NC. We had a thing of talking through whatsapp status. On 4th Feb she put up a status that says "It's ok to miss people, but don't forget why they are not in your life". I didn't react at all. Just a day before valentine's day, she again posted that " She is single by choice" and a funny meme that says " She has nothing to do on valentine's day". From the day of breaking up, I have been able she her continuous whatsapp status where she posted her pics with her friends, siblings n all and she specifically mentioned everytime that they are either her friends or siblings. She checks all of my status as well. Don't know where this is going. Meanwhile I am taking help from therapist and working a lot on me and I can feel the change in me.

Hi coach Craig, I have a question what does it mean when a ex's partner gets a friend to spy on you?,So I'm a musician (singer) looking for a band, she must have known this and used it to her advantage,by getting one of her friends to meet up with me as he was looking for a band also, he was asking some alot of questions where I thought was strange, previously I had noticed they were friends by looking on he's Facebook,I always sus out a musician before meeting them as Facebook profile tells alot about a person, I saw a photo of them I tried to think positive and believe it was a coincidence, but I told him thing's which were true she is a rebound, I probably shouldn't have but anyway,the next day she changes her profile photo to her and my ex plus other evidence proved the musician (her friend) was clearly untrustworthy,can you please use this in a video because I honest do not understand her deal I have not tried to interfere or anything why would she go to this extreme?.

1 year and 8 months isn't a rebound. She might not be rebounding now either. She might be the kind of person that can't be alone. She seeks happiness from others and so will never find it in herself and will never really be happy. If she is really like that, you're lucky she has left you. I'm sorry.
Does it have any influence if the Ex is dating someone else/ left the relationship to be with someone else? As in what the person feels in these situations?
Supposedly they first completely forget you, then as they get used to their new toy they start comparing them to you and if they aren't more satisfying than you, they dump them. Then they either try to crawl back to you or if you weren't really a good partner, they look for someone new. If for some reason they are the one who get dumped by the new toy and before they got tired of said toy, they will experience the same pain you've endured or rather more, because they are mourning two lost relationships and also the guilt for hurting you haunts them. This is the best possible outcome for you, because they can only really grow and improve when they're in pain. You don't want to get back with the same old immature ex after all. Especially if you've worked on yourself during this time. Either way, if you take them back too easily, they will dump you again, because it's easy to get back with you anyways.

@@markai2002 thanks but at the same time I’m thankful for it and it taught me to learn to be a better partner in relationships, I’m on medication for my anxiety and I’m back in school and just focusing on my career and bettering my life. If it was not for the breakup I would not been in school and motivated to change my life.
So I recently discovered my ex called me last year in march when all the lockdown stuff was starting and she was messaging a mutual friend, whats weird is her call came two weeks after she messaged said friend. Been debating how to proceed and could use advice considering its been two yrs since the break, one year since she reached out.
As a dumper I don't want the dumpee to contact me or to even run into the dumpee. It was the BEST decision to walk away and ghost toxic person. Unfortunately the dumpee still reaches out countless time even after several years. I just want to move out of country so I can completely be gone from him and unreachable.

I can assure you that as a dumper once your ex had an emotional connection with you and you break up with them you will be thinking of them every day and hoping they contact you just to give you assurance that you mattered in their life , just keep working on yourself no contact works

My ex is not thinking about me unfortunately. I ran into her sister and she mentioned talking with my ex, and my ex specifically told her, "Yah he hasn't entered my thoughts since the breakup." Really shattered me knowing 5 months of no contact I have been thinking about her daily. 6 years together and she blamed me for everything at the end.
Chin up man, there is zero chance after 6 years she hasn't thought about you. Its impossible. Unless something really bad happened, she will reach out sometime and you just have to work on yourself and mentally move on. Its hard, but I genuinely found that not looking at her social media at all (I still follow her on everything so unfortunately I see a pic once in awhile) really helps. Thinking about her daily will just slow your progress on being a better you, and if you gain confidence in yourself and get to the version that you were before her, you'll see things start coming your way and that can mean your ex coming back or you moving on!

Broke up 4 months ago, NC 2 for 2 months. I found out she ended in a rebound a week after our break up. Ive been depressed and isolate myself from friends and family. I am fortunate enough to have an amazing support system from my friends who gave me the emotional support I needed. I was down and sad for 3 1/2 months. I listened to coach craigs videos every day religiously and follow his plan on the NC rule. I recently started seeking therapy (it is honestly helping) and joined an MMA gym learning Brazilian ju jitsu, its a blast and a lot of fun! I've been going out on dates with different women and thanks to coach craigs list of attachment styles I learned, I am able to pick up signs early on without going on dates blindly. I also recently posted a picture of me going out for valentines day and everyone was complementing me while my ex recently seen that immediately after her posting a selfie for valentines. But I honestly did not bother me.. im reading books based on traumas and healing. Learning attachment styles. All thanks to coach Craig, Margaret, and Victoria. You are all amazing and thank you so much for the work you do! And guys, trust NC, even if you don't get your ex back right away, they are constantly thinking of you if the relationship was a great one just like coach's say. Keep working on improving yourself and eventually you'll get a better chance at either reconciling with your ex or find a new partner that appreciates your value. Love yourself first ❤

I agree so much. But it’s not bad. It helped me like 6 months ago when I broke up. But now I just ignore it, doesn’t mean much after a couple of months haha. I think “Feelings change” is a good reminder that nothing is set in stone.

Conor she's an avoidant, no one with anxious attachment walks out they are the opposite, what they do is if you don't micro manage yourself never to argue or ever be critical they will stay, this is not normal, the minute you say how you feel they go but yes depending how long you were together it usually takes three months, by that time hopefully you've moved on. But yes I got back with my avoidant ex after a year and half, he ghosted me I'm now 78 Percent secure so I know how to handle him, I'm not putting up with his avoidant behaviour, I know what I deserve, I can tell you the best thing you can do is get secure you have all the power then because you don't put up with what you used too. I don't want him anymore and I'm ok and I'm enough, that's where you wanna be. Xx. He contacted me every month for a year and half, but that started after three months and I was dating someone else by then.

My boyfriend of 3 years and I broke up for very mundane reasons mostly because I'm very realistic with my expectations. He thinks we have to be passionately in love everyday and that honeymoon stage is over. We're now facing reality. Now he says, he doesn't want to feel the weight of a relationship. He's been going through a hard time with his finances and I'm pretty sure he's taking it out on our relationship. After the break up. He called few hours later talking about how this could have been a mistake. I told him he has to figure it out and left him alone. The following day he texts good morning and went on to talk about why we didn't say goodnight as usual and he's okay being very good friends with me. I told him I really don't feel like I need to hear from him anymore. I think this space is what our relationship needs for it to grow. I'm confused, I don't even know if I'm making the right decisions here. Because I think he's really struggling with a lot of things. But he's taking it out on our relationship.
During no contact and learning to love myself and highlighting to becoming secure, i find more peace. Do this instead and the right one will be attracted. Your ex or whoever they are.
I did something what they call as breaking no contact, but I don’t think it’s a bad idea if our concern isn’t to approach them.

Just touching on what Margret said atvthe end. I feel like I'm one of those cases that is utterly hopeless and she has completely forgotten about me despite her admitting I treated her very well. It's been nearly 9 months now. She blindsided me with the breakup and the reasons she gave me after didn't make sense to me. We reached out to each other twice in the first 4 months after the breakup but it's been NC now for 5. I do see her from time to time as we live close by. I refused friendship but I'm always civil when we pass on the street. She passed my house last week and I was coming back from the store, she completely ignored me, it cut deep. I've been out dating other women and have a much more attractive women who's coming to stay the night with me next weekend but I just cannot let her go, it's awful.
Hi Craig 👋 This video had helped my anxiety cool down a bit. But can you do a video on what your ex is thinking when you don't say happy birthday or greet them during special occasions? Yesterday was my ex's birthday and I didn't say happy birthday to her and I wonder if she's thinking of me at all or not. I've been in radio silence since December. My mother has also told me that she posted a picture of herself on fb wearing a shirt I gave her while she was cutting her cake. I'm not sure if that is a sign of her thinking or missing me at all. I also forgot to mention that my situation was an LDR that lasted 8 months and we had on and off no contact with each other.

Long distance between 2 countries, COVID situation, his transfer, .. every situation killed our timing of getting together again. Agreed. was in a relationship with a narcissist. He broke up with me over a phone call all cold and with no emotions. It was the worst break up I had even been through. But more so bc of the emotional investment I had put in someone that was abusive to me, I believe! BUT he did eventually come back multiple times, but it was for selfish reasons and unfortunately it was just all a mess and he also didn't respect my boundaries for not wanting him to contact me more. A narcissist def can come back but only in the way it benefits him/her/them.
I have to disagree, I was in that kind of relationship, I thought he would never come back, I begged and did everything you weren’t supposed to. I couldn’t even function or go to work. Eventually I had no choice but to accept and move on as he did, or made it seem. He was with new friends on boat parties and living his best life. I went no contact, made new friends and forced myself so to go out. The thing with narc is they go though a cycle, they bring you up and when your up they smash you back down. But if they feel like you’re good without them they run back in hopes of dragging you down again. Anyways three months later he was sobbing and begging me to take him back, he said he would propose on the spot if that’s what it took. I said No. He reached out to all our friends and even his family begged on his behalf, he was hospitalized for panic attacks, but I stood my ground because I’m been through that cycle so many times, the final time he really broke me and I finally understood my worth.
They will come back 100% the more toxic the relationship was the faster they come back. It’s the logical ones that just don’t see a future with you, those are the ones that are hard to win back.
During no contact I’m starting to realize my ex’s cousins could have been the cause of our breakup they considered me toxic because we had a couple arguments which I find normal in a relationship. Do I still have a chance of getting her back?

What I'm learning is that people may love, may understand, etc. but people need to see it demonstrated. Through actions or at a minimum with words. Often our words can show but often people just say it with words instead. Like I can tell you I'm funny with words or I can show you I'm funny by making funny jokes.

He just told me he's feeling more confident about his decision to end things and I think it's because we've stayed in contact and have started having friendly conversations. Hes starting to see me as a friend. It's been a month since we broke up. 2 days ago, I decided to go no contact. Our conversation ended with me telling him to reach out when he's ready to talk. But I think he still expects me to reach out. For the whole last month we talked at least every 4 days. So he hasn't had to really miss me.

Hey, so my ex and I only dated for 5 months and we didn't have sex because we're both religious. However, I've recently discovered that either she's changed for the worse or she's not the girl I thought she once was because now she has no problem having sex in her next relationship. I would like to note that I'm like 97% sure she has an avoidant attachment style, based on her behaviors and symptoms Craig has mentioned in his videos on the avoidant attachment style. Anyways, if she has sex with the next guy, does it mean she will be more attached to him than me? She said she was in love with me during the relationship and was freaking obsessed with me in the beginning, maybe even a bit too much, I'll admit even I wasn't as obsessed with her in the same way she was with me. She once persuaded me for her to come over to hang out instead of me doing homework (bad move I know) on the 2nd date.

At a dumpers point of view:
I dumped my ex 2 months ago. We were together for 6 months+, and I loved her so much, even at the point of the breakup, but I was in a situation where I had to move to Germany from Denmark for it to work. At the beginning she asked me for us to work, I had to move to her country. I said yes. A month in, out of the blue, I got some kind of panic/anxiety attack, and I was in a constant fight or flight mode, for the next 5 months until I broke it off. She was really a loving and caring person, but I couldn't get through my anxiety so I had to end it. I was and still am so heartbroken and I cry occasionally. I miss her so much. Remembering the moments with her. But she wouldn't move here despite her knowing I had this psychological block, that I could not make my self move. I hope to get a text from her sometime, where she says she'll regret it, but I think it's not gonna happen. So as a dumper, we feel exactly like a dumpee 💔

What if the guy goes back to his ex? Do they essentially not even go through these steps until the ex situation doesn’t work again either and they’re finally alone with their thoughts and no one to help cope/lean on? I could tell my long distance ex didn’t want to break up, especially considering things were going pretty great otherwise. BUT.. he is SUCH a needy person the distance was killing him. He was hot and cold so many times and even told me he was settling going back to her and that he would always love me. Now I’m blocked on every social media platform AND text; and the ONLY reason is because she’s pretty well there with him all the time.

I am in 2 months of NC. We had a thing of talking through whatsapp status. On 4th Feb she put up a status that says "It's ok to miss people, but don't forget why they are not in your life". I didn't react at all. Just a day before valentine's day, she again posted that " She is single by choice" and a funny meme that says " She has nothing to do on valentine's day".
From the day of breaking up, I have been able she her continuous whatsapp status where she posted her pics with her friends, siblings n all and she specifically mentioned everytime that they are either her friends or siblings. She checks all of my status as well.
Don't know where this is going. Meanwhile I am taking help from therapist and working a lot on me and I can feel the change in me.

Hi coach Craig, I have a question what does it mean when a ex's partner gets a friend to spy on you?,So I'm a musician (singer) looking for a band, she must have known this and used it to her advantage,by getting one of her friends to meet up with me as he was looking for a band also, he was asking some alot of questions where I thought was strange, previously I had noticed they were friends by looking on he's Facebook,I always sus out a musician before meeting them as Facebook profile tells alot about a person, I saw a photo of them I tried to think positive and believe it was a coincidence, but I told him thing's which were true she is a rebound, I probably shouldn't have but anyway,the next day she changes her profile photo to her and my ex plus other evidence proved the musician (her friend) was clearly untrustworthy,can you please use this in a video because I honest do not understand her deal I have not tried to interfere or anything why would she go to this extreme?.
I think my ex is permanently in the elation stage if his social media is anything to go by. It’s been over three months (almost four) since we broke up and he only contacted me to exchange our things in late December. :/

What if they started the rebound within 3 months of broke up ... and we are from tow different country , after 5 seperatiom due to the covid he broke up with me said he is afraid going to regrets if he marry , we were together for 16 months and now we are broke up almost 7 months , almost 4 months of NC , and I started solid NC before I knew he has a new relationship..

About a month ago she broke up with me asked to be friends I did not expect as I couldn’t or wouldn’t see us as ever being that low she knew from the beginning if something happened I told her I would go no sticking around no friends nothing bang gone that was on the 12th last month then a few weeks later she said she worry about me really randomly and was no need for that text as she has no idea what I’ve been doing then after a few days her mum messaged trying to ask how I was doing feeling etc I didn’t say anything or let them know nothing if she wants to reach out she has to do it if she regrets it she has to come forward it’s hard yes but I’m strongly in no contact I don’t wanna break it and I’m working out everyday doing me just a shame she hangs around the places I go to workout ,run etc idk why she has no reason to hang around them places it doesn’t mean nothing to her only me so that’s freaky especially when I catch her just looking at me walking around all sad and stuff but I’m not breaking no contact or that if she wants me she can come to me the doors open but she’s walking through it not me she hasn’t reached out since the 28th last month so hopefully with her not it’s giving her the time she needs to reflect miss and whatever else she needs to go through to see that it was a mistake letting me go but either way she comes back or not we are all going to be fine

She's only thinking about the new guy she met already. Now i realize that i was in a rebound relationship for 1 year and en 8 months cause the guy she was with before me after 1 month she strat dating me and now that she left me after 1 mont she's already in another relationship 🤔🤔

1 year and 8 months isn't a rebound. She might not be rebounding now either. She might be the kind of person that can't be alone. She seeks happiness from others and so will never find it in herself and will never really be happy. If she is really like that, you're lucky she has left you. I'm sorry.

I am going through the same. Would be interesting to know what their thoughts are in this case. Anyone who can share some light on this?
Supposedly they first completely forget you, then as they get used to their new toy they start comparing them to you and if they aren't more satisfying than you, they dump them. Then they either try to crawl back to you or if you weren't really a good partner, they look for someone new.
If for some reason they are the one who get dumped by the new toy and before they got tired of said toy, they will experience the same pain you've endured or rather more, because they are mourning two lost relationships and also the guilt for hurting you haunts them. This is the best possible outcome for you, because they can only really grow and improve when they're in pain. You don't want to get back with the same old immature ex after all. Especially if you've worked on yourself during this time.
Either way, if you take them back too easily, they will dump you again, because it's easy to get back with you anyways.

@@markai2002 yea but I broke no contact and her girlfriend blocked me and plus she trying to make her relationship with her GF work. I got no other choice but to leave her alone at this point. Last time we txt was February 18th of 2022. Far as I can tell on snap her brother views my snap from time to time and I muted her her on IG because I missed her that bad where I did not want to see anything that reminded me of her.
@@markai2002 thanks but at the same time I’m thankful for it and it taught me to learn to be a better partner in relationships, I’m on medication for my anxiety and I’m back in school and just focusing on my career and bettering my life. If it was not for the breakup I would not been in school and motivated to change my life.
