If you want to step up your yoga routine to build strength, then you will love this power yoga flow. I incorporate pulsing into the yoga poses to help you get fired up quickly. Flow through downward dog, dolphin pose, plank pose, and bridge pose to build strength in your legs and core muscles. This yoga class is NOT easy but it is well worth the effort. I love all the gentle morning routines, but was looking for a bit more umph today. In a short time, this routine energized me and kept me moving. Enjoyed the added encouragement during the planks side dips. Thank you so much for your teaching! I've been doing your classes since I had my daughter over seven years ago.

Yesterday I tried this practice again but had to quit about halfway. Today I made it with a lot less trouble. I wouldn't say there was any one thing that gave me too much trouble, but did have a lot of phlegm coming up, and I'd say this was also one of the few times I've done yoga that I actually got sweaty. Thank you Brett.

Really enjoyed this class. I’m still a beginner, but was pleased that I was able to follow along & do many of the more intermediate poses.
I was pretty tired throughout most of this, but I think the hardest was the arm and leg lift at about 2:30. I've known for years that the right and left flank muscles of my hips have trouble. When I turn my legs out like that, those muscles start to threaten to get charlie horses very quickly. Anyway, it was all quite tiring and I didn't get several of the moves. Throughout January there were some days that I did yoga two or even three times a day. I would like to do one in the morning and one in the afternoon, but because I got so tired a few days back I think I pushed myself a little too hard. I think I'll just start doing one a day until I feel like I have a lot of energy and then go back up to two.
