Stick with it even if you only do one of each, you will see the results months ahead, 😊😊
Just don't be hard on yourself, I find it much easier to first do some basic warm up for each part of the body, especially wrists, knees and ankles. Those are my weak spots.
After this the whole body is in better position to make anything easier to achieve 🤗

56 years old, I found my really strength and power in every day yoga lessons. I can't live without it anymore.
2 years ago I had many problems, pain every day, no power, no stability in each level. Doctors wanted me to do an intervention on my neck, but I thought No! and I started every day yoga. Thank you for these lessons.

@@heathergustafson4237 Jessica Richburg, Yoga with Kassandra, and Charlie Follows are all GREAT TEACHERS. Most importantly, its truly stuff for all levels. Boho channel is the worst... Its very demoralizing because they claim "all levels" but its really advanced level.
Slightly amazed how much was packed i the class in only 15 minutes; and in such a fluid non rushed way. Loved it, thank you.

Thank you so much! I feel so accomplished and grateful to myself and YOU for how much strength I could gain practicing with you over the years. These up dog push-ups were most challenging once. I'm in awe I can do them now feeling so strong. And, of course, most importantly, how yoga influences mental health. I never had fitness goals. I did what I could and followed my own pace like many teachers say. It truly makes the difference when you are kind to yourself.

Hello ma'am, Namaste. I am from India & started my yoga journey about 3 months ago through your YT videos. These are very helpful and amazing ,thanks a lot for making such a good habit as a incredible part of my daily schedule. I have a question to ask that how much time I should spend on daily basis on these yoga classes so as to reduce my excess 7 kg fat & get into shape ?????
I want to continue this for rest of my life as a daily schedule, so please tell me how much time per day and how many days per week are sufficient, so I can enjoy it every day with no extra burden and at the same time on a regular basis not like doing for several days with extreme motivation and skipping for a long time there after .I am also curious about knowing your daily time towards yoga please share, and again thank you ❤️❤️❤️

how do i know this is all working?? because i can forward fold with hands flat on the ground and my 6 year old niece can't touch her toes without feeling some discomfort on her hamstrings. and it's only been 70 days of yoga, imagine what a year will do
