This is my go to when I need a solid warm up that isn't too slow and I know will get me open and blood moving for whatever I plan to do next. I really appreciate a warm up that isn't as slow and gentle as typical warm ups. For those of us who've been at it awhile and have short time to get moving, Brett does a great job of keeping us safe while getting us loose. Love the handstand kicks at the end to get the upper body in there and get the heart rate up!
I was studying for a huge test, trying to keep my eyes open...I knew I had to take a break. I remembered seeing this video's title, something with espresso. So I looked it up, saw it's for intermediate-advanced but went for it anyway. It was so energizing and fun and I felt so proud of my self for doing it and about how much I had progressed in my yoga practice . So now I'm back at my desk ready tackle this test! I missed yoga sessions like this. Thank you for making it challenging for semi-beginners. I haven't been practicing yoga very consistently, but encountering challenging yoga sequences encourages me to be more consistent.
