- A young adult woman developed spontaneous-onset bilateral forehead and ear twitching, causing her significant distress and poor sleep. Results of her neurological examination were normal. This video illustrates the involuntary semirhythmic movements of her left ear and forehead, with twitching of the muscles around her ear (left auricularis posterior and superior) and forehead (frontalis muscles) on ultrasonography, which helped her physicians confirm which muscles were involved prior to botox injection as treatment. Both of my ears are actually doing this as we speak. It's been happening literally nonstop for roughly 6 years.

I have this, both of my ear move involuntarily and it gives me massive headache. It'll usually follow by eyebrow raising or forced blinking or nose hole control. I've had this since I was a kid and it's done nothing but make me miserable.
Top of my left ear has been doing this for a few months. I'm fearing the worst thinking it may never go away. Every time I sleep on my left side, it triggers my ear to start twitching obsessively. It's very annoying and I want it to stop so I can get some sleep. If anyone has any treatments for this please do tell. I'm so ready for it to stop.

I have this also. Since about 2008, mostly in my left ear, sometimes in both ears. It does not bothers me, but if I cut my hair very short, it is disturbing to some people that talk to me.
I got botox and it helps!
Exact same boat. My elbows twitch too but I'd have to grow my hair really long to hide that.

Still have the twitch. Not sure if it’s related to TMJ or not. Does anyone else have TMJ and the ear twitch?
@@alexisrodriguez9767 yeah I was chewing a lot of gum to work out my masseters and it damaged my tmj joint. After that my ear started randomly twitching and it's been happening for 5 months. It's a lot better now and I can barely notice it but it still twitches constantly.

I have Tinnitus and my ear twitches! I had a Botox treatment, but it lasted 2,5 Months.

Is it still twitching?
Yes so is mine! But I think it's due to wearing masks all the time. Mine started before the vaccines even came out. It won't stop :^((
