@@naturalathleteclinic I watched the video. Is it to do with poor blood circulation or the nerves playing up (lack of blood flow)? As the clip states, I’m an avid tea drinker (tea-aholic)! I’ve also been sleep deprived, largely, since 2017, when I got my divorce! Again, I’m stressed due to what these people (coordinated working) have done to this “family,” namely, it’s had an adverse effect on my son (separation anxiety). This set up of his fathers full time absence has affected or hindered his learning and progress at school, whilst the remote audience (certain people) tune in for entertainment purposes and wider political motives at play so I generate WWIII! They really need to find another puppet as I’m NOT one to be played nor messed with!!! Little do they realise, the devastation they’ve caused to this family, post 2015!!! Then such have the audacity to ACT oblivious! Waiting to take the throne, Allah willing! Revenge is sweet, as the saying goes! One mustn’t destroy families nor meddle in relationships as these are private matters/issues! Such a civilised society, we live in (NOT)! The bastion of civilisation!!! Is it “civil” to destroy a family, which is supposed to be the cornerstone of society?!? Those that are reading this, don’t attempt to finish me off via coordinated working, as with the car incident en route to Reading, in October 2022, whereby my car would’ve had the potential to caught (catch) fire 🔥 with myself and my son in it, had I driven or continued with the journey! A warning to the haters: Allah saves whom He wills!

I drink a lot of tea I try not the best sleep so I’ll try to get those things done
Every little bit helps!
Good info. Surprised you didn’t mention magnesium. This is a main source for muscle function. I tried ionic magnesium this helped me tremendously.
Yes good point, I didn't mention magnesium as it isn't as helpful for fasiculations (twitches) as it is for cramping and spasms - but if extra magnesium worked for you that is good to hear!
Exactly
I be needing that caf overnight doe dang . But I do need more sleep
does lack of magnesium play a role here? will magnesium supplements or magnesium rich foods help calm down muscle twitches?
Yes for sure, I didn't talk about mag in this video because I wanted to cover some lesser-known causes.
Thanks so much for the information!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
Every time I get a twitch, it always happens when I’m falling asleep, then it wakes me up. Can someone tell me if this is what I have ??
These are called “Hypnic Jerks” or sleep starts. Different thing
I BEEN HAVING MUSCLE TWITCHES FOR 1 MONTH NOW AND GETS MY ANXIETY WORSE 😭
Great, informative video.
I get twitches in my legs, near the knee cap and upper thighs. It’s like a fluttering feeling! IDK what causes these.
Some of the things we mention in the video?
When I tense my right hand, it begins shaking why? Also for anyone else?
Jeez. Quarantine messed up everything for me. Made me stay inside so I got no sun, made me play my game more often so I’m staring at a screen AND having Lack of sleep and playing the game made me stressful because I lost a lot... nearly my entire body is twitching now 😔
Time to get outside, get some sun and exercise!
@@naturalathleteclinic would it really get rid of them permanently?🧐 or does only relief them for the time you’re doing that activity
I'm getting them in my left pectoral muscle twitches however I do have too much caffeine and don't drink enough water or get enough sleep ( 3 young children ) I'm stressed too. So I have all the triggers that cause it. Lol thanks doc
That'll do it! :)
@@naturalathleteclinic from the UK so getting an appointment to see the doctor is virtually impossible. But it's been 5 days on and off muscle spasm in my left pectoral. I have stopped drinking coffee too. Well I have 1 in the morning who doesn't.
If it continues into next week should I consult my doctor?
@@DA-of9sv Try to follow our suggestions and see if they resolve on their own in a week or so. But if not then yes always a good idea to be seen in person by your doc.
Ugh three of the 5 causes I am guilty of. Alcohol, not enough sleep, and tons of stress. I have horrible anxiety and the twitching is making it worse! I also can’t sleep because of it so idk how I’m supposed to fix it. It’s been 2-3 days. I haven’t had any alcohol and I don’t drink soda or any other caffeine. I take b12 vitamins daily but probably deficient in other areas. Should I go see my doctor??? It’s driving me absolutely insane.
Sorry they're so intense for you! Yes, I would work with a functional medicine doctor who can help you address nutrition, stress and sleep so you can get rid of these!
how are you now plz tell me
Ugh I wanted to remove all of my muscles
Thanks for the advice.
Left pectoral muscle twitch. Intermittent.
