It is called earthing or grounding. By putting bare feet on the ground, you will get negative electrons from the earth, which we evolved over 100 millennia to help cells regulate themselves. Our ancestors slept on the ground and walked on bare feet or leather, which is conducive. It resolves inflammation. Watch the earthing movie by Clint Ober, who figured all this out.
I use acupressure to heal myself for literally EVERYTHING. Works for me! Thank you for putting some of these main points together with easily accessible information to go along with them. Great video!
I use it when I can. I remember being a passenger in a car. The driver was a 'swooper' and I soon began to feel sick. I pressed the anti-nausea point - I had do do it quite hard - but I wasn't sick. There *were* nail marks in my wrist, though...
Yes, it's working! The most effective pressure points are on your soles and on your ears. Not all of them are shown in the video but I always feel considerable relief.
Hi to you who's reading this! And thank you bright side.. I normally use some of my knowledge about reflexology and these things adds out.. Thanks a lot🎉
i do that every morning: Top 3 consequences THUS FAR: (1) Broken foot - didn't feel a thing but my foot feels weird now (2) Dislocated toe - most painful (3) Almost torn toe tendon - oh boy did this sting -- Honorable mention: Tear half of small toe off, though since it was my small toe it was easy to put it back together docs said Ok im not actually serious. I mean these happened but broken foot happened when i was newborn and they treated immediately so almost no ill effects, my toe popped back in after nudging it, i was desperate because it hurt soooo much, tendon tear was when i did a long jump, landed on my big toe at an angle and bent it under my foot lol. My honorable mention was the only one that happen cuz of furniture.
I have used reflexology for stress-related issues. It definitely helped ease my anxious moments and get my body to start a normal pattern of sleep again, as I used to suffer with many sleepless nights. I would strongly recommend reflexology.
I always go for foot massage just to get that few minutes of quality deep sleep whenever it gets right on the exact (problematic)spot.. wake up with fresher vision & clear mind
Gentle pressure in the fleshy part of the hand between thumb and index finger, gentle neck rub and gentle pressure and release at the temples (don't do this too hard and don't hold it too long) this helps me with relief to a head ache.
thanks that really help my father he's so stress about my mother being pregnant by the way my mother has been pregnant for 3 months i'm they're first child i'm 9 years old and my younger brother is 7 years old
I have used reflexology or acupressure however you want to call it for over 45 years due to chronic pain It works How the Chinese came up with all these points is remarkable . Please continue this segment with other common ailments especially dizziness I haven't been able to work on that one yet😂❤
I’m a registered pharmacist and the meds used for vertigo/dizziness are the same for nausea and vomiting like sea sickness so use the method described here for nausea to see if it helps ur dizziness.
All these work good...my fav points to press are the area on the 3rd eye forhead…all the tension gone from head..& also the area between the upper lip & nose is amazing good for energy & to lower appetite...I also love the ear lobes squeeze for more energy....Also love the area to press to relieve backaches on the arm near the inside elbow & the area to relieve insomnia which is located below the inner wrist under the pinky finger...These all work good for me....I am much more relaxed...Yay...Thank You for all :-)
There is a pressure point for treating incontinence on your low inside of your leg, about 3 - 4 cm above the ankle. It worked for me after prostatectomy.

We touched on that I bit when I studied to become a Nail Tech. My instructor told us there was big money in that. It is fascinating. I should have gone into that.
As a medic I met two people who told me they had pubs and needles in the palm of their hands and because they were married I asked them if they used their hands to do something manually ( such as a tool ) and they said no, but they remembered three days before they tried this ' experiment. The husband pressed very hard and the wife, not so hard. What to do ? I examined their neurological reflexes are and concluded that both had neuropathy. Ironically, neither of them ever had neurological problems in all their lives. It took two weeks before they " recovered ', the husband still had a " few pins and needles ". Please, be careful as the palm of the hand can be very sensitive to extreme pressure.....particularly near the thumb. The handle of a hammer, for example, should be evenly distributed but a small item such as a round coin which is deliberately pressed can cause damage to muscles, tendons and/or nerves. Thanks.
I was taught by a little old lady that could cure anything seemed like and she live till 97 yrs old. If you do it right and consistently it will work. I didn’t know they were actual pressure points but I’ve always used all these “tender spots” to relieve problematic issues. I grew up having a lot of headaches, back and neck pains.
For nasal congestion also try lightly quickly tapping the sides of you nose; the bridge of your nostrils and the sides of the nose. I discovered this when I was a kid and it WORKS! Do this for about 10 seconds and wait. After a minute you can breathe clearly!
Instead of tapping, you can press the point about the width of a finger away from the nostrils in an upward/downward movement for about a minute. I use this before going jogging in winter to stop my nose from running.
For relief of miner headaches and dizziness. There is also a pressure point at the front of the pallet, in the mouth. Begin by finding the center of the thumb, place the center of the thumb on the pallet. Hold it there till the pulse can be felt. The right thumb responds to the left side of the head, and vice-versa with the left hand.
In 1999, my late father, a cancer patient, was spending his last days in a hospital ward. He was unable to sleep. Then, the palliative care staff helped him to sleep within two minutes by applying pressure on specific points in his feet. That surprised me then and even now.
I am a man of science. I have tried a couple of these points for some time now, that related to my problem......and......it worked! It made no sense to me, but again and again it worked where nothing else seemed to. I find this very remarkable, because there seems to be no correlation between the pressure points and the mode of relief. I have not used most of the points, but is only because I had no reason to. Being a reasonable person, my only caution would be to realize that, just because you get pain relief, it doesn't mean you are curing what could be a serious underlying problem that should be addressed with your regular doctor.
I'm going to try the last one because i have school in 2 days and i have trouble sleeping, i don't sleep till like 3 in the morning and i want to have a good night so i don't wake up too tired to go to school :D Thank you so much for these types BrightSide, really helps me and other people :)

I've noticed the same, but i don't think this is common. It just means your family comes from a long line of hard strugglers. Kept your bloodline close to your natural instincts.
I have heard of pressure points before and I use oils to massage into the skin on that pressure point to help. These oils are all natural and have helped save people’s lives including a cousin of mine who turned 8 last March (yes March 2020) when he was between ages 2-5 the year he turned 5 he was finally officially cured. I was lucky enough to be apart of his first Christmas at home.

My trust for Bright side will never end, I seriously love this channel.💕
Yes I am glad to see and hear all these free benefits that surrounds me unknowingly. Now it's easy to reduce days of visting doctors. Live long try it time and again.thanks and thanks a lot.
I’ve found loads of these by accident without realising it. My fingers just instinctively rearranged themselves to help relieve pain and nausea.
