    Low porosity hair is a different beast, still trying to figure out how to deal with it. Fun stuff. You look lovely as always x!

      Avoid wheat, corn, soy bean, soy quinoa, oat and coconut oil in products. Work it, very well

      If the LOC or LCO dont work. Then try LO only. I'm low po and after so many years not getting why creams and live ins were drying f my hair out I realised my hair hates those stuff. It only loves a bit of water praying with oil and amla is my fav or rosehip oil. That took my 10 years lol.

    Iyda I had to laugh. 😂 when the video started I thought your hair had already been done! I didn’t realise till you said it that you’d just come out the shower and it had no product on it. It looked gorgeous from then. 😍 But the end result was even better. You’ve taught me something as always though. as much as I don’t like leave-ins I can’t remember smoothing it in as you specified here, so you never know I might just try it again one day..... Thanks for sharing as always. 😘

    Omg I feel so dumb!😥I've been wondering why my hair won't seem to absorb any product I put on it lately (like no product will penetrate and just sits on top and forms beads😖) and I just now realized it's because I've been applying product on practically dry hair instead of damp/wet.😫 I can't believe I forgot about wet styling!😭 #Oversight

    I just got the almond jai twisting butter and I can't wait to try it.
    Edit: I tried the camille rose almond jai with the curl love milk twice and my hair came out crunch, dry, greyish and flakey. I tried it a 3rd time alone and my hair was still dry and crunchy but not flakey or grey. My hair doesn't seem to like aloe

    So I clicked on your video because it said low porosity and type 4 hair. I know there are different types of 4 hair hair but all the type 4 hair I see, 4a, 4B, 4C, your hair looks nothing like 4, whether it’s kinky coily kinky curly, in type 4, none looks like your hair! Sorry but I may be over-stressing “none”.
    I am hoping that you are not just pushing those products at us for sponsors! I find that some you tube gurus can be very dishonest in their tutorials and push products they receive free with no regards for the viewers who has to spend hard earned cash on products that do not work!
    I appreciate you taking the time though!

    • @IydaMichael
      @IydaMichael  5 років тому +5

      I actually paid for all of my products and my videos are honest. I actually have type 4a curls and type 3c in the front. You should check out my hair type curl pattern video for more details! And certain hairstyles and products can alter your hair's appearance and also how well you care for your hair. Hope that helps!

      Iyda Michael thank you for your response. I appreciate your honesty, your calmness and the way you described your hair textures. I know we have different types on our heads too. Thank you for taking the time you took to show what works for you. Look forward to learning more from you about taking care of this mop on my head. :)
