    Thank you so much for uploading! I am an athlete who is 25 with high blood pressure (due to my anxiety) and this is such a tremendous help. According to the medical community, I'm a unicorn and shouldn't exist because so many doctors refuse to believe younger generations can have conditions commonly associated with the older populace - so I don't get as much help from my various doctors. It's pretty absurd so I've been taking things into my own hands with qigong, even healthier diet than before, and general relaxation/positive thinking to maintain my condition. :)

    coucou kseny I like coming here to work on this video ; so cool such a beautiful view with you and your mother in law ;I don,t know where you are but it;s a very nice and peaceful place to cool down my blood pressure and I really feel cool and relax after and I do it everyday thank you
