Fixing Harley-Davidson TSSM Fault

  • The TSSM system on the Harley-Davidson (Turn signal security module) can cause problems if you have a fault in one of the turn signal circuits. In this video I discuss a common problem with the Dyna fat Bob rear turn signals which is easy to fix, but which can give you a headache it you don't know what has happened and your alarm keeps going off as a result.

    I had a similar type of thing on my softail custom. The starter relay was fitted in between the rear wheel and the oil tank. I had a recall, which said the relay had to be replace as the starter motor may engage in adverse weather. When I got the bike back the new one was fitted in exactly the same place.
    So I bought an aftermarket relay and fitted it securely under the seat. Good job Proffessori. 👍
