Fun fact. The more stress a child goes through, the more likely they are to have an early puberty...so 8 sounds about right for Misfortune. I was 13 when mine hit, and I had a pretty peaceful childhood.

Not relevant, but junk food also quickens the development of puberty. My cousin, for example, had a pretty stressful childhood (still has, poor kid) and used to eat a lot of junk food, so she had early puberty at 7yo
I was 8 when I started, and did experience abuse of every type you can think of. Maybe there is logic to the theory.

I haven't watched the full video yet but I'm at the part where Jack says, "-When she wants to play she just throws the thing". It highkey hit me that she probably thinks that because of the stone her dad threw at her. She probably thinks thats the right way to play

I JUST FIGURED SOMETHING OUT.... whenever she throws things at people/animals its because she loves them, she does this because her dad hits her mom, and in the first episode, we see in her diary that she asks herself " is that what you do when you love someone" or something like that, so with the dog, drunk brid in the sandbox and with the birds at the zoo she throws things because in her mind that's what you do, it's natural because she thinks it's okay because her dad does it. if that makes any sense. i know jack made this video like 2 years ago so I don't think anyone will see this but whatever. hope this helps!

I love rewatching these videos and looking back at these clues.

No matter what she does the narrator will still be there. Time slows down everytime because Mr.Voice is right there. Misfortune is never safe her time is slowed whenever Mr.Voice gets her to make a choice.

For anyone rewatching, "Kiri wa dokodesu ka" means something like "When does the game end", which means that Hiro was an actual ghost, who knew what was happening

It is obviousSss theres something off about ‘Mr. Voice’. I feel like he made her tell a lie or cause a distraction to confuse the player/person who is playing the game. Fran bow always had serious twists and I knew to expect this one to have a few as well. Like, same with when the guy dropped his wallet and why people ignore her/show no signs of even knowing she’s there. And with the wolf, it might’ve sensed her presence (nose sniff?) but didn’t attack because she might be dead, or maybe it’s just pure luck, maybe even a cliche. Yk how pets in said ghost vids are seen ‘barking, scared at nothing’.This place is really twisted, tho. So yeah.. Maybe Mr. Voice doesn’t do it so the player (maybe even her) does not suspect anything

I love this story! I'm in love with it. It shows how innocent children are in front of things that look bad to adults. It also tells us that eternal happiness isn't a thing we can touch but a thing we can feel. It also tells us to cherish our lives and loved ones while they're still breathing

Tbh, I think Ben is Deaths assistant cuz if u remember at the prologue of the game, u see Ben with the Reaper and he commands Ben to do something. So if u see Ben, then u know ur dying if not already dead and he's trying to lead u to the afterlife. That's my guess

So, Jack. When I was 12 my mother found a new husband and got pregnant with my little brother. He was born just before I turned 13. I did not know it then but my mother had a very serious drug problem and she got really messed up on some pills one night. She put me in the car and was saying a lot of mean things to me as she drove us out into the middle of nowhere. She got me out of the car and then got back in locking the doors. She rolled her window down and told me she had a new family and a new life and I was not a part of it. Then she drove off. It took me almost a week to find my way to my grandma's house. No one would stop to help me on the road and I ran from the cops thinking I would be the one in trouble for it. I ended up living with my grandmother till I was 16 and then I moved out on my own. My mother still has not spoken to me and does not want to see me. I was a straight A student and I did everything I could to be a good kid and now I am 29. I know now what happened was not my fault, but for about 10 years I blamed myself. There are kids like Misfortune out there. Every day the suffer in lives like this. Every day they do what they can to try and live with it. To live through it. So yeah, this game is fun but I appreciate you seeing the dark part of it and feeling for the little girl. You're a good guy.
