I'm not into bodybuilding, but I'm focused on exercising to better my appearance, and I gotta say, you being open about that is a true relief. I've struggled with an eating disorder in the past, and I know how unrealistic standards can cause damage.
I was in your exact boat for a long time
The biggest think I’ve learned from when I began lifting to now (2-3 years) is that even with good nutrition and consistent exercise, results take a long while and real definition and aesthetic looks can take years.
Noel absolutely uses a few different PED’s to aid muscle development, but his level of definition and aesthetic comes from 13 years of lifting.
Just stick to it brotha

Have only found this video due to the Liver King controversy recently- Noel has the BEST outlook and perception on this insanely complex topic. I would never advocate the use of anything but I believe you should be able to do whatever you like. Just don't lie about it. The fact that you wont disclose what PED's your using just goes to show that you care and have insight into how difficult and dangerous this conversation can be.
More people need to see this, especially in light of recent events.

Trust me guys, I’ve had so many friends go down the PED path, and I thought about it myself for a while. But once you’re on them, you pretty much have to be taking testosterone for life. Especially if you do it while you’re still young and your body is still developing.
This may be true. However, if you started taking Testosterone I'm your late 30s, your body can revert back to normal if you go off of it. Good point about the younger ones and their body still developing.
Depends on what you're using, old school bodybuilders don't use them when they're not in the contest prep

i only take testosterone because i have a naturally very low level of it due to genetics. I only take it so i can reach the average testosterone level of a natural man. Idk if that's juicing or not because I'm not using testosterone to get my levels unnaturally high, just to bring them up to normal levels.

This is what I love about the gym community. There is so much support for those trying to better themselves. Used to be affraid of being judged, but have only had positive reinforcement. Haven't been in a while, but miss it like crazy. Have never met a supportive and understanding group.
This is why I follow you on every social media mate. You're honest. I've been gymming 2 years, and I've seen too many arrogant and self absorbed people,
I started the foundational strength program initially and then worked in with a PT and saw massive changes. I'm left with the opinion a good, communcative PT is worth more than a cycle of gear. and I'd like any younger blokes in your audience to know that.

Sadly body dysmorphia is a widely common thing. Many people are not comfortable in there own skin for what ever there reason. So honestly as long as you are taking the safe steps to ensure your healthy and not pushing a unrealistic or unhealthy lifestyle then do what makes you feel happy with yourself. Keep it up man. @@sergiomerino4116 It was studied and even being a couch potato and going once a week to the gym on steroids for a cycle gives you more muscle than an athletic natty routine. That's why I stopped caring about gains and focused on speed, flexibility and getting the strongest I can. It's what I've been given, but I have to admit I always had curiosity about looking jacked and considered just taking a cycle and get it over with.
