To clarify, the only reason taking steroids is not in the cards for me is because my genetics aren’t great. My legs don’t gain much size, I once got down to sub 10% body fat and barely had a visible 4-pack, and I have a history of type-2 diabetes in my family. So it’s pretty much pointless

1:35 Lying out his teeth
they lie because of money, and because they don’t wanna ruin their self image as peds are seen pretty bad in society
ikr, their physique is impressive no matter what and all it ends up doing is creating some unrealistic body expectations when people start the gym. I think some people 100% believe the guys on PEDs are actually natty and believe that they can be that size while natty too
Some people will absolutely think less of them
most of them lie because sponsors and partners they're with explicitly ban them from talking about it because its 'bad' for business
gymshark are the worst example
I think the biggest part of the honesty of being on gear is so young men new to training know what's actually obtainable naturally.

2. DOWNPLAY STEROIDS. Tell people STEROIDS doesn't do anything. If that doesn't work, go to pan 3.
3. COMPARE STEROIDS to other UNHEALTHY things ie. ALCOHOL, CIGARETTES, ETC... "Try" and JUSTIFY using them. If that doesn't work, go to plan 4.

Tiny local gym I used to go around to as a kid from around 2007-2010 in Derbyshire was filled with a group of lads in their 20s who had got it into their heads that they needed to take steds and get as huge as possible. It was such a random small gym but this group of around 10 guys were absolutely huge. Theyd be buying and selling in the locker room and I remember hearing one of them talk about how you could feel the chemicals pump through their your bloodstream when you injected it and it gave them a buzz. One in particular was literally the biggest guy I've ever seen in a gym and I've been lifting for around 14 years. He looked so unhealthy even then, swollen red face and hands, hamster cheeks, constantly out of breath. He was also the shyest one and kept himself to himself. Probably suffered from massive self esteem issues. Heard a few years ago he was getting nosebleeds in the gym whilst lifting - and then I heard on the grapevine he literally died in the gym of cardiac arrest last year. No idea how the rest of them are doing, they'll be approaching their 40s now. Not worth it
@PeasantWizard It will mess your heart up. It builds all your muscles, and your heart is a muscle.... Not to mention bitch tits, messes with your testosterone and massive liver damage.. Not worth it, go natty.. Girls prefer the natural look
Where in Derbyshire was this my home county 😀
@PeasantWizard it's fine unless you're willing to undergo the crap ton of maintenance once you start taking them. There's no such thing as an easy way, there is always a price to pay

Hey dude you're my fav bodybuilding influencer💪👀
“I get out of breath”
That cardiomegaly to heart failure is real.
When on gear every muscle goes into hypertrophy! The most working muscle is heart and it is the only one that you don't want to go hyper! It makes perfect sense
@@klipser66 That happens regardless of whether or not you're on gear. Read up on athletic heart syndrome. Endurance sports cause enlargement of the heart and strength sports cause thickening of the ventricles. I have the latter one (confirmed by echocardiogram). Enlargement of the heart - although a common symptom of numerous heart diseases - is not an inherently bad thing in and of itself.
@@abbaslim9674 yah man that's mostly cause those endurance athletes are on PED's as well.
@@abbaslim9674 Not getting a lot for endurance athletes having a heart attack and dying by 40 though. Lot of steroid users are dropping dead from heart issues while still relatively young.
@@SuperMontsta That seems to be almost exclusively a bodybuilding problem though. Steroids are rife in Olympic weightlifting and sprinting but you never hear of these athletes dropping dead from heart issues. It depends a lot on dosage.

Ya, but thats the thing there are plenty that are obvious nos that say yes, at least she doesn't need to lie about it and owns it. There really is nothing wrong with it and it does their industry a service, transparency in anything is a good thing especially in an industry that uses substances that could be dangerous if taken improperly. Being open lets people ask questions to make using it a lot safer.

Lol, Eat Clen, Tren hard, buy my workout program and you can look just like me..
The problem is that people also stupidly and unfairly assume PEDs are "cheating" and the users of such compounds do not deserve their results. the truth is the opposite. enhanced athletes have to work 5x as hard as natural athletes and have to put extra emphasis on their nutrition, health, and supplementation. it's a ton of work. But anabolic steroids are illegal and classified as a schedule III drug in the USA. And don't bring up the few anabolics that can be prescribed by a doctor. They won't ever prescribe it to a bodybuilder that already has a ton of muscle. Even those mens health clinics that prescribed test for trt. If you come in jacked and on low T levels, they'll only rx you the minimal amount to bring your t up to normal. The other few anabolics used to be prescribed back in the day for patients with muscle wasting and appetite suppressing type diseases like HIV, cancers, etc. Not so much anymore. But the point is, anabolic steroids are schedule III drugs in the US and is illegal for use, sell or possession. Just having a 3-4 bottles of anabolic steroids would be enough for a felony charge. 1:33 You can see the strong facial expression when he's lying. Someone who doesn't tell the truth focuses unusual hard on coming across as being honest. Look at how seriously he looks at Joe, after his politician smile, to create the impression of someone being honest.
Not saying he’s telling the truth, but with this backwards logic you can say anybody is lying. It’s kind of a ridiculous point you just made, so if he avoids eye contact and stutters would you assume he was telling the truth?
That's pseudoscience. You've watched too many movies. Checkout Wired's videos on body language if you're interested. You can't reliably detect specific feelings based on body language unless you have a ton of data on that specific person, because everyone reacts differently. Its only an indicator of comfort or discomfort and those can mean a million different kind of things. But that guy is definitely on gear I'm not doubting that lol.

Not really people have a warped view on what is "Natty" due to a fake ideal body image put out by the media along with a stigma on truth about performance enhancing substances. @@nattybynature1262 He weighs more like 100 kg in extremely lean condition at 5ft10. He says this himself in his more recent videos. Almost as big as Flex Wheeler in his younger days. He is absolutely on the sauce. Ffs his arms are larger than the size of his head at very low body fat🤣
Best video about the industry I’ve seen in a long time. It’s out there it’s normal and now hopefully it will be safer.
I hate when people call it “cheating” when theres so much more extra work, discipline and risk involved with gear. just like that guy said when your natural its eating and training and some supplements.
Well that totally depends on what it is, if its just for a hobby, I wouldnt call it cheating, not with a competition where its normalized either, but its def unfair being on juice in a natty competition regardless of side effects and extra work
Bc that’s sum bs bro someone can work just as hard if not harder but if they are natty they won’t even come close to someone on gear. In other words, equal amounts of hard work, yet unequal amount of muscle. So it the drugs then not the hard work that are making the difference
Yea but with the same ammount of work you get huge difference in results, not saying its cheating, but It kinda does tho
Other than the process of pinning the steroids, which I can't imagine is all that time consuming, how is it extra work? I'm just curious cause I've never taken steroids before or known anybody who has. Like there's the reality of needing gyno removal and hair transplants but I wouldn't really call that work. I get that some people increase their volume a little bit on roids, but I've also heard that the optimal training volume doesn't really change.
Okay but nobody told you to go on gear so you put those risks on yourself and its nobody's fault but yours.
