    I really like taking 2 small Drones in a backpack I also use for my Mavic Mini but that Large Radio was always a problem having to strap it on the outside of my pack and worrying it would fall off or get damaged while being exposed like that. You just made my day this is perfect in every way. The T- Jumper Mini is about to jump off the shelf right into my Mail box.

    cant wait for mine to arrive and modify it! like i did witth my jumper t16p. TBS Crossfire over 25mw? YES you can. heres the deal get yourself a good 18650 a sony vtc5a 2500mah 25a/30a temp limit 60c or vtc6a 2900-3000mah 20a/25a temp limit 60c. yup we vapers can help in fpv too ^^ when im getting it im sure gonna test out the output. and yes theres even room for a 3000mah 2s in there. but i gues they wanted to keep it budget., how? nah not gonna tell it. im sure some other gonna make a vid on it before me XD shipping time ugh... thanks Captain loved the vid

  • @Shooter_FPV
    @Shooter_FPV 2 роки тому

    I know this video is old... I just got a T-Lite a few weeks ago. You should have mentioned that if you put in the 18650 battery backwards you'll fry the controller. 18650 batteries are hard to tell the + and - if not clearly marked... Awesome review, as usual...

    • @CAPTAINDRONE798
      @CAPTAINDRONE798  2 роки тому

      I mentioned that long ago in one of my vids. I can't keep repeating the simple user issues in each vid as the vids become too long. It's like saying, don't put your tongue in an electrical outlet. 95% of viewers will tell me I'm wasting their time while the other 5% of viewers will take the information as something they had not considered. I do agree that 18650 batteries are confusing (+ vs -) for people new to them.

    Trying to decide between this and a tx12. I have practiced and learned on the BetaLite radio 2, so I am familiar with the smaller size. Man, not too long ago I was just looking at new transmitters released by Jumper and Radiomaster. Judging by specs alone, I'd say Jumper is doubling down on the value for money aspect of things. Radiomaster is just killing it at the high end so they're going all out to out here with these videogame style transmitters. Having the option to buy a T Lite with a built-in 4 in 1 module gives them a leg up over Radiomaster's offerings, which are only 1 in 1 multiprotocol modules at this price point. It'd be interesting if you reviewed Radiomaster's T8, but I suspect Jumper's T Lite might be better value unless the quality long-term is shoddy. Thanks for the video! This is going to make choosing my first transmitter that much more difficult.

    Hello there, I wanted to say thanks for your Jumper t lite video! I have actually bought and received 2 and so far I am impressed! I've seen enough of the other reviews on this that I know what to look out for but really what you went over - without the hype( either positive or negative) was exactly what helped me buy an expensive 18650, knew what to look for as far as the Chinese and their skills in telling fibs. I also bought another power bank just for this little guy. So all bases covered or so I thought. Maybe I have been spoiled but already I can't bind my first drone. Now, I've had bench guys always taking care of my gear. I have been selling drones for over 5 years until now. I have basically sold all my stock and I just have a few. 1 being the Tinyhawk 2 and it was a rtf and I was thinking I could bind it to the Jumper t lite??
    I have everything figured out as far as I can tell but I'm wondering if its something thing to do with my ports? My model is set to d8, frysky rx and I believe I did the bind procedure for the drone correctly but I am not getting it to bind......!? Very frustrated, I went and watched some betaflight videos and noticed the ports tabs....,I couldn't set a port to rx. I got a warning saying there was a conflict and that was it. I know I set the jumper to fryskyrx so I bet this is the problem!? I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP! Christopher Clayton

    • @CAPTAINDRONE798
      @CAPTAINDRONE798  3 роки тому

      The Tinyhawk 2 is a D8 receiver, so that means you select FRSKY and then must select the D8 option. Don't play with the PORTS you'll just mess stuff up. Your problem is how you are binding which is due to inexperience. You'll eventually get it (there should be vids out there of people binding whatever radio to a Tinyhawk 2).

    Steve, I am new to this sport and need a little help. I want to buy the I-Flight green Hornet. It could come with the Frsky XM+ receiver. that is exactly how the ad is worded. Will the Jumper T Lite work with it? The other option is TBS Crossfire Nano RX thank you PLEASE RESPOND

      You don't have to fix it because it is not broken. What you have to do is learn how to assign voices to your switches. Watch any of my reviews where I setup a model in a radio and you'll see how it is done.

      You have to setup a model in your radio and then bind it. You will have to do some research. It will be similar to this: ua-cam.com/video/GgaWMvAHZi8/v-deo.htmlsi=lhYyVxGOf568AKIW

    I'm curious, what good is a powerful protocol like crossfire if the VTX is not as powerful? the video always goes out before the RC controller does and even turning around manually would be tough!

    • @CAPTAINDRONE798
      @CAPTAINDRONE798  Рік тому +1

      This is true. In the days of analog video, you would often outrun the video signal. In the world of FPV the transmission of VIDEO and TELEMETRY are seperate and it is up to the pilot to enhance either to meet their needs.
