I live in va my pops has 5 on his front windows and double 5 on everything else 50 on the shield with a 5 strip maybe it’s just where we live but the cops don’t mess with him. And his truck is leveled on 35s
I wonder at night with 5 on my back side and back widow of my pickup if anyone would be able see me sleeping back there. Like if they cup thier hands on glass or shine a little in?
wait so can someone explain to me why 5 percent looks blacked out ? i got 15 percent and you can see the windshield from a angle and you can still see inside but 15 and 5 aren’t far from each other so how does 5 get that blacked out look ?
With 5% when you are on the inside looking out is it normal for there to be a reflection of the inside of the car on the window? Especially during the day
@Leon /A.K.A LELE: It depends on your state. Most common is little to none in the front & whatever you want in the back. Although some states don’t allow anything on the rear glass only the rear sides. I’d say just look it up online if you wanna be safe.
see I have 5% tint but you can still kinda see inside. it looks a little darker that 25%. I’m not sure if it’s actually 5%. It looks like 5% from the inside.
I think that law is really stupid. If you want to protect your interior from sun or have it blacked out to protect valuables in your truck you should be able to.
DUDE ITS BRIGHT IN THE TRUCK HOW imagine seeing people so clear and they can’t see you at all wow .. a dream ! Nice truck man
Thank you! This was perfect! Exactly what I was looking for! Helped me make up my mind. Appreciate the video!
I'll remember that when I get a truck, because mines definitely going to have tinted windows!

5 on top on 20 was very helpfully thank you!
.05 x .20 = .01(1%). You multiply the two tint layers and that tells you what it reads as. Hope that helps!
@@RadiatingSolace thank u. I didn’t mean to add that other zero lol
@@RadiatingSolace That’s not quite actuate is it? I have 15 and 20. That equals out of be 3% right?
@@RadiatingSolace actually nevermind did some more research. Y’all are correct. The tint shop lied to me..
I put 5% on all my cars. Can still faintly see in if you get really close to the glass but like you said driving by it looks black lol
@@AdamHosyrami depends on your state and second no one gaf 😂
@@AdamHosyrami Yeah ik, I was saying the limit depends on your state. Some states 35% is illegal
I have 5 all around and 35 on the windshield. Wish I would have gone 20 on the windshield
U can get A second layer of 35
What does 5 over 20 mean? You double tint your windows??
Clicked on this because of Travis 🤣
Cringe
I'm thinking 20% might be perfect all around

Legally max fine is $120 I also have a medical waiver for whatever tint I want to have on any motor vehicle or window.

Yes it’s normal
Yes I can confirm this is 100% normal with 5%
What's the darkest you can have and it still be legal
Leon /A.K.A LELE in NC 30% on the driver side/passenger and as dark as u want in the back
in NY i think 30% is the darkest legal and 5% is SIGNIFICANTLY more dark haha. BTG does not care haha
In Virginia...I think 50 or higher...this guy is in Virginia so he'll probably get pulled

5% is not dark i have the same tint window you can beter take a 1% or 2% if you can find it :)
Same I have 5% tint but it's still see thru
Can I buy a flowmaster cat back exhaust system, and install the pipes to a y piece instead of the given muffler?
I’d just go to a shop and ask for y pipe straight. It’ll be cheaper.
15 percent over another layer of 15 percent is 5 percent tint right
No, closer to 2%
What type of tint is it?
5% tint windows is out of the question for me
Bros in the dark in broad daylight 💀🤣
why does google say this is a song by travis scott
Cuz it is lol
The answer to the title is not enough😂
omg no way travis scott
yup going from 30 to 5
Mmm what kind of film is that
Do you have trouble passing inspection in va with that percentage tint?
you can get a doctors note in most states
What kind of tint do you have on the back glass??
5 over 20 is about 1%

%5 is very nice, but here in California, that's a huge red flag for the police.
Trucks are a red flag for police in California bro, find a better state
I put 5 on top of 35 lol
can u see at night?
5% tint the windows is very dark you are going to have a hard time driving at night
I’ve had 5% on everything I’ve owned for years now and have no problems.
