Do install the new bar with the vehicle weight resting on the wheels or with Jack stands supporting the axle at the sub frame. To do a lift you have to support the frame or subframe in order to get the axles to sag low enough. It's just important to remember come time to reinstall the track bar. Make sure the vehicle is resting on its wheels or all the weight on the axle not the subframe
It won’t handle any good when you don’t have any buckets for the springs to sit on. Dorman makes buckets that bolt on over the existing spring bucket using the shock and sway bar bolt holes. I tacked mine in place as well. Every little bit to prevent front axle play helps on these types of suspension.

Just got mine in the mail about to install it thanks for the video great guide 👍🏼
If you have a friend to wiggle a steering wheel then you dont have to force the track bar in place to align with the hole.
Car wars ken. 🥴

Brand new used.
Bracket new, car used...now i don't like how it handles with the lift and drop bracket. lol
