I just ordered the same harness and got me some OEM ram projectors. The issue im having is when I run the engine the amber running lights immediately turn off. If the truck is off and the key is on, then the amber lights stay lit up. Did you encounter this same issue? Do your amber running lights stay on if you start your truck?
My lights amber light won’t blink. Only when the engine is off and the key is on but as soon as the engine is turned on they won’t blink or turn on even tho I’m getting voltage to the headlights
I own a 2012 RAM 2500 SL and the factory headlights absolutely sucks. So can these lights be purchased from Mopar/RAM and just order a 2013 OEM headlight?
yes, you can buy these at the dealer but they will run around the $1,200 range. I recommend searching Facebook marketplace or craigslist as you can generally find new take offs for between $200-$600. when looking for some 2013-2018 will be the same and the conversion harness will be a must regardless.

You need a separate harness for it to work as DRL
