As a Johnson and Earnhardt Jr fan at the time, I will never forget watching in horror as Brian Vickers took them both out on the last lap! 😂 That was a bad day for me.
Memorable finish especially 1 when Darrell Waltrip 's prediction of a fantastic close finish, uh..... turned in to "oh no,no,no,no,no! No!" Unfortunately its yes,yes ,yes if you are a NASCAR fan
"and that destroyed the front end of of Newman's car!" Priorities...Mike. There's only a car tearing up the catch fence there, but by all means focus on the front end of Newman's car"
I'm sure every generation says it but I miss the old days of plate racing I don't like this new car at the big tracks hopefully it will make the brickyard what it once was
13:46 “get the gas on” is what he says. Unless he was talking about nitrous why would he say it like that? If he meant just keep your foot in it, he would’ve said keep your foot in it.
His move to Hendrick pretty much ended his career. If DEI had stayed together then I think he would've continued to dominate, especially at the superspeedways. Unfortunately after the death of Dale Sr., DEI only held together a few more years.
@@darkknightdelta2880 you Godhardt simps are pathetic. Moving to the best team in NASCAR history is what ended his career? More like concussions and never being that good are what caused him to not achieve the success you 40 IQs act entitled to thinking he would have.
Plus he had quite a few concussion that I think really messed him up. That 2002 crash at California was really scary. I think if Dale Sr had lived things would have been different
Stewart & Jr are the greatest duo to ever compete at restrictor plate tracks those guys were unreal
Dale jr and Waltirp were better and were teammates.
Are you nuts? Stewart and Junior?😂 Earnhardt and Ernie Irvan are the greatest and fastest duo ever at Talladega!!
How old are you? 15?

The real title: Earnhardt’s win at talladega
RIP
Splendid footage, I love it!
Absolutely EPIC - thanks for uploading!
I think we can all agree that the second clip is the best one
i agree. always gives me chills
The cars in the early 2ks were absolutely perfect
that sound
18:38 Viewer Note: It was not legal on the last lap.
Stewart should have been penalized for forcing Smith below the line.
And as a result of NASCAR’s precedent Keselowski had no choice but to hold firm on the yellow line. The rest are history.
Most of them are Dale sr or Dale jr and DEI
1 is sr
Real Title: Keselowski Wins at Dega 7 times
Real title, Dale Earnhardt junior wins 4 times in a row.
@joelowens2711 Jr could've won 8 in a row... 5 wins and 3 second place finishes in 4 years is insane. He easily could've broken Sr's record
@@Socrates_Agora That's
True
Cool classic
That run by Jr was legendary. One of the best EVER at Talladega
As a Johnson and Earnhardt Jr fan at the time, I will never forget watching in horror as Brian Vickers took them both out on the last lap! 😂 That was a bad day for me.
Thanks I’m this really helped I’m making a Dega music video
Fall 08 and Spring 09 is textbook cause and effect haha

Still pisses me off that Regan got forced below the line and still got penalized
19:45 You missed the best part where Carl Edwards ran to the line. Shades of Ricky Bobby.
Gordon VS Earnhardt was the best battles ever.
They changed the rules so much its ridiculous.
This is literally just the Dale Jr. show
"and that destroyed the front end of of Newman's car!"
Priorities...Mike.

That Stewart vs Smith Talladega finish should've gone to Regan Smith.
Stewart pushed him down there.
Seven straight races finishing first or second by junior. Man was he special in those gen 4 cars on the plate tracks
lol i love the addition of the iracing finish lol
Tony going with junior over Bobby was betrayal lol
8 trips in a row for jr. 5 wins, 2 second places and wrecked while leading on last lap.
I'm sure every generation says it but I miss the old days of plate racing I don't like this new car at the big tracks hopefully it will make the brickyard what it once was
I miss the sound the cars made back then .
Stewart wrecking the entire field was so stupid
Real Title: Kurt Busch top 5 compilation
poor stewert man, the indian curse on this track is real
If it is on free TV, I watch.
Dale Sr. run wide open.
they wreack.
13:46 what gas? Like nitrous?
He means stay in it or smth

Tony stewart was the best at losing these races lol
I felt so bad for him lmao, so close so many times 😭
26:28 bummer 😕
Dale jr should’ve won
Caution flag finishes began the end of nascar
Kenny! , lol. 17th to first. wrong Dale sr.
I seep maybe.
run wide open.
run wide open.
I hated bill Weber. God....way too formal
Found Dale Jr. a massive disappointment in Nascar. Thought he would dominate but it wasn't to be oh well. That's just my opinion.
