Excellent vid John/Thank you
John you are a master chef at freeze drying!
Also I’d like to add that doing these taters your way saves a lot of money versus buying and doing the boxed ones. Thanks for your craftiness!
This looks delicious! I love your videos because you have great recipes for freeze drying and you take it from start to finish. Love seeing the end result when it's plated up.
Thank you so much!
Yum!
This is came at just the right time. I have a spiral cut ham I need to do something with. I just did a batch of your Fiesta chicken and it came out great. Thank you again.
Perfect!
That looks like a very good heat sealer
I love watching you. To see everything put together, how you rehydrate then to give your honest opinion is wonderful. You have opened my eyes to all the possibilities. Could you package the ham separately and rehydrate it first the pour in the pouch when you do the potatoes with cheese sauce.
I think your idea of ham separately is a great idea!
Awesome!
looks good, now I have to try it. thanks for sharing and Happy new year.
I received two of your books for Christmas!
I hope you enjoy them!
Looks good John.
You continue to impress with your tasty creations! :-)
Thank you so much 😃
Looks very good!
John, buddy, I’m going to buy you a whisk! It is so much easier to make a roux with a whisk!!!
LOL
Get the man a rubber spatula too! All that wasted cheese, lol!
Looks wonderful John!
Many thanks!
Thank you so much for the video john!!!!...happy belated new year!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thanks, and Happy New Year to you too!
JB rocks
Hello looks like a great recipe I would try. One constructive criticism wash your dusty cans before opening. Look a the video yourself. Anyway thankyou.
John, I wonder if reconstituting with hot milk will make it creamy. Just a thought.
Sounds Good!
I thought butter couldn't be used in freeze drying
I wouldn't go overboard but 4 TBSP isn't too much when divided into almost 8 pounds of product. (in my opinion)
good idea. where in the world did you get a can opener with that type handle. I hadn't seen one like that. I have some ham in the freeze dryer right now with some 15 bean soup and some yams.
Amazon, that is too funny my next video already for next friday is guess what....... 15 bean soup LOL
I got that exact same one online from Costco, it's the only one I use now, works rewally well
I just paid money fo9r one of your cookbooks and I can't find a way to open it. Why isn't it in PDF format? I love your videos and recipes and wanted to have the book of them.
Thank you for your support. Where did you buy the book? If from Amazon then you need to use their Kindle App. If from Lulu you need to have an ebook reader App.
Got it frm LULU. Why it would be such a strange format is the question. A person wants a way to print the recipe so you can follow it while cooking it up. @@JohnInBibs
@@lyndabuchholz1216 Sorry about that I have no control in what format my publisher/distributer uses.
@@lyndabuchholz1216 For PC I use Sumatrapdf to open my ebooks. That app allows you to print the page you want to print. Just press print then for pages type the page number you want printed. I just tried it and it works
Where do you get your bags and OA from?
topmylar.com use promo code BIBS and save 5 dollars on orders over 50.00
John what kind of cooking pans are those copper pans you use on your induction cooktop? Awesome video as usually!
I am pretty sure they are Copper Chef, I do know that when purchasing you have to look for the induction compatible marking.
