- Planning our Truck Camper Build! This time on Bona Fide Outside we show you some on the planning stages of our truck camper build. There is so much planning that goes into a build we wanted to show a small part of how we plan to build out our new truck. Planning in this episode includes testing a few products we hope to use in our build, taping out the floorplan, and planning for weight distribution.

Fellow Gull Laker that has really enjoyed your guys channel! Keep up the great work, my wife and I have enjoyed following some of your guys journey. Love the cinematography. Keep pushing out content, I think your channel will blow up soon!

Nice !!! Miss you guys !!
Thank you! You too :)
Great video!
Thank you!
Hi guys. I used to use a 12v inflator from Harbor Freight to top up the car tires. It came with alligator clamps that hooked up to the car battery, so just run the engine when inflating, save the LIPO battery for emergency starting. It seemed to take about the same time to fully inflate a tire as your's did, although my car tires were a bit smaller and only took 35PSI. Another consideration was that they recommended letting the thing cool off for a half hour between tires. Mine worked quite well for several years until I ignored that. :-) Have fun.
Hahaha thank you for the tip Jim!
Hey guys! It’s Don Smith. I met you (Sarah) a few years back when you came to Buffalo for a visit. I enjoyed watching your first build, and as a mechanical engineer am very interested to see how you guys go about this new project. If you guys ever need anything made (brackets, components etc.) or need some 3D models/dwgs for layout concepts, feel free to reach out! I have a home machine shop as well as 3D modeling software. Again, I look forward to the seeing the build!
Donald, your shop sounds amazing! Thank you for the offer, we may have to take you up on that!!
Didn't know you were following Don. Glad you are! Hope you are well.
Good
I just found out that Liz, the lady that you sold the bus to, now has a UA-cam channel. It is called The Gratitude Bus.
Yes! Liz is awesome
That truck cab is a SuperCrew not a SuperCab FYI
