Such an amazing build Gordo! As an engineer and someone who plans to build and documant a very similar bus with a shop on the back you have inspired me in so many ways. how long did this take you and how much would you estimate you have invested? As I plan to manufacturing on the road I can only imagine how useful this is as a tool! Can't wait to see your progress thru insta.
Completely blown away! Such an Intelligently designed creation. You must be very proud of this stupendous accomplishment. Kudos to Mom also! and ( It's just hella cool too) Peace.

@@HexedArcher Elon is way over exaggerated with how talented he is and how much of a genius he is. Take the time to watch unbiased documentaries about him and actually think about what he does. Cyber truck is the ugliest vehicle ever created.
I wanna show to my mother but she barely understand eng. Also is she does understand this she'll go crazy like she'll scold/lecture yah right away sooo 🤷🏻♀️😭
Gordo's mom did an excellent job in all of the seamstress work that went into this build. Its amazing what a lady can do with a sewing machine and time.
Right? That level of qualiity does not come cheap if you're looking to buy. For people that haven't looked into it, most tool/workshop organizers are super expensive (especially when they're this nice)
i think the thing i am most impressed with is he put lights in all the access panels. it's small but it really shows how it's a thing intended to be worked on and repaired and upgraded.
I was already seriously impressed at everything else (especially the integration stuff) but this took the "greatest thing I've ever seen" spot in my mind the second he pulled out the binder full of instruction manuals. This guy fucking gets it.
The whole first half of the video i was thinking "god forbid but if this bus ever fell into others hands it would be almost useless". then he hit me with the operating manual.
Man, you are easily, the most industrious person in the world. The fact that you designed, fabricated, programmed and built this thing is wild. Also, your mom is one heck of a seamstress! The fit and finish of all her work is as impressive as the bus itself! Kudos, dude!
This is the kind of guy you want on your apocalypse team. Absolutely blown away by this work. As an engineer myself, this whole build made me so happy. Amazing work, man!
@danielyusupov1447 100% I'm glad I'm not the only one who's sees that. It's an awesome piece of engineering, great weekend warrior rig for travel. But end of the world scenario, there are far too many things to go wrong
@@OnceUponReddit For sure; I meant just that someone who has that level of knowledge, skill, ingenuity, focus, and adaptability would make for a great person to have in an apocalypse scenario.
@@OnceUponReddit it's more of a mobile command center - what with everything integrated with cell networks and the internet. Sadly a true "apocalypse" build would be boring: It'd just be another schoolbus converted to an RV with mild off-road capabilities.
This is incredible. Almost unbelievable that one man did what would normally take a large team. Can't even comprehend the diverse set of skills needed to conceive of, let alone build, something like this. This is obviously a serious labor of love. Every single thing has been thought through, engineered, and has a purpose. What a phenomenal job.
I’m a retired aircraft engineer and I’ve never felt so useless after watching this build. I just kept getting more and more impressed with the planning, foresight and creativity in creating this…..I’m not quite sure what to call it, amazing! 👏👏👏👍👍👍
right! this is why I asked what his career is, he definitely has an engineer or architect brain. but then has alot alot of hands on trade skills. idk if many people on earth can get this OP.
I would say a waste of time and energy of an obsessive narcissist maybe a sociopath, this huge pile of trash will never compare to say a bonanza or even a c172 or even a eurocoupe.
Aircraft technician here (the guy that fixes your mistakes lol) and I had a similar idea a couple years ago when I first discovered Wasteland Weekend. Basically a heavily modified Mad-Max-style tractor-trailer with two half-length shipping containers on the trailer (one for living, one for a shop) and a steel grid on top for storing small off-road vehicles (sandrail, mtx bikes etc), where the crane to lift them would be an angled boom on top of the front container with a 12V vehicle winch and a pulley system. This video rekindled that dream and has also shown me that it can actually be done, which is way different from just pictures in your head (and preliminary work in Autodesk Inventor).
It won't survive the end times: We are living in the E N D times, the 7year Tribulation with the world leader (Antichrist) is right around the corner, that's GOD'S judgement upon all unbelievers! This rig will bun up with everything else at the end of the 7year Tribulation. But there is hope - get saved and be rapture ready: accept JESUS CHRIST as your Lord and Savior today!!! Please study biblical end times prophecy; listen to Dr. Ron Rhodes on end times chronology. Greetings from AB
I mean, get inspired!!! Do something for yourself. Don't just sit here in awe and wish for more incredible dreams from other people. Make your own memories and moments. 😉👍
@@RalseiGaming Odd question, considering the state of the world. Even if it weren't for all of the power of hell being in the hands of lunatics, it's still wise to be ready to provide for yourself in case of things like a solar flare that could easily wipe out electrical circuits and unhardened processors. Even a week of no power is a very frightening prospect.
The amount of planning that went into this is insane. Then being able to execute that plan with such precision is truly impressive. This is probably the best build I've ever seen
He over-engineered so much with that bus...and I love it! :D Backups inside backups, and a degree of modularity. It's as much a work of art as it is a platform for work.
Doubt that, in the apocalypse the biggest danger is humans, you think others aren't gonna want this stuff? Or want to pay fot it? Nah, he'll get killed and robbed, it's not a proper apocalypse vehicle

This is the most insane vehicle build I’ve seen . Like there’s a lot of van and bus to “camper” conversions out there , all impressive to don’t get me wrong . But those are just camper buses /vans . This man took it to infinity and beyond with this ! Definitely one of the most impressive things I’ve seen in a long while
I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW WELL THOUGHT OUT THIS BUILD Is! This guy has to be some sort of engineer.. every single detail has been thought of multiple times, it’s incredible to see how much further ahead this guy is than most of us. Props to him for making the most badass off grid rig I have seen to date.. 🙏🏻
The thing that strikes me is did he plan this feom the get go? Or did he modify as he went along? It looks like a space that was well thought out initially. It all just makes sense
@@leevy6753 In todays world In my Opinion its about how much you want to take in! First step of course is having a proper workspace but with trade schools for learning, 3d printing, cnc laser, and plasma there is so much you can build at a professional level. TO be blunt it shows the loses people have living in an apartment and the gain of a little acreage.
@@riamriam6758 It’s definitely impressive and specialized to his needs. He stated that it is purpose built to be something around a truck, mobile-home and shop, ish. There aren’t off-road tires or beefed up suspension on it so it’s not built to be going off-road. Also, is everyone just going to ignore the bad rust on the frame? He should treat that that before his investment literally falls apart. Especially since he lives in the northeast where they sand/salt the roads in the winter.
Floored by the mix of engineering and mechanical and tech and computer skills Gordo has. Plus he's good looking, articulate, and chill AF. But especially floored by what he's crafted. I started within seconds to note some things that I found particularly cool that I wanted to comment on, but it soon became apparent that it would be basically everything. This is one of coolest, most impressive builds I've ever seen.
Obviously Gordo didn't fall far from the tree!! His mother must be very proud for raising a genius (she also must obviously be one), while still playing a major part in his life. Cudos to her, and a HUGE WOW to Gordo!! Your vision, talent, hard work, ingenuity, detail to perfection, and dedication to your project is remarkable and as everyone on this post has said... this build is beyond impressive! You are an inspiration to all!
I don't even know what to say. This is one of the most incredible things I've seen in my entire life. This man is a legend! INSANE respect for what he's done. Holy smokes!! Speechless ....
I've seen some builds before, and this is impressive, to say the least. Your build is thoroughly planned out and executed very proficiently. Man, well done very badass.
I've been building RVs, toy haulers, mobile work stations etc for over 12 years now, and I have to say this impresses me greatly! The thought gone into it let alone the execution.. what a work of art!
As a person who loves to keep everything organized I really admired how he has a place for everything. So organized! And much respect to his mom for making all the covers and special tool bags.
When an electrical engineer is also a camping/adventure seeker with ocd and has an awesome mom decides to build a bus rv...it's seriously badass and super organized. Respect dude...love it!❤
Hello ! May Allah protect and guide you to his light and happiness in this life and the hereafter, God bless, Ameen. Excuse me for giving a little presentation of Islam, because it is very misunderstood nowadays, especially on those « Antichrist's » times, where media and politics are mixed to distort history and truth. Thank you very much for your time. Islam is an arabic word that means the Surrender to the One and Only God, our Creator, Protector, Provider, who gives us life and all that we have, we are safe and sound by his will and grace, we are His and to Him we return, and we have to thank him in this trial life by submitting to him by our free will, or later in the Day of judgment when it's too late to save our own skin. Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them). Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI). Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy. Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful. Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI). Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad). Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning! Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures. Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement. It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them. (19-22 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).. God said : Say, “We believe in Allah, and in what was revealed to us, and in what was revealed to Abraham, and Ishmael, and Isaac, and Jacob, and the Patriarchs, and in what was given to Moses and Jesus, and in what was given to the prophets from their Lord. We do not differentiate between any of them. And to Him, we surrender.” (2:136 / Translated by Community) Salam (Peace) -----------------------------
Watched it . Sat there for a while as my mind let it all sink in , quietly blowing out. ...and I came to the realisation this is the Mona Lisa of bus conversions. Everything in her has been done with passion. There's not an angle you can't look at her from that she doesn't quietly smile back. Understatedly beautiful in both function and design. She's a work of art.🌈
I'm so appreciative that he went through the process of assembling and operating the crane as apposed to just pointing and saying "yea, it does a thing." like I've seen so many over guys do.
This is the type of entrepreneurial innovation that needs to be promoted! What an amazing individual this guy, this is so impressive it makes the rest of us feel stupid. Well done dude! Incredible, practical, useful and insanely cool looking
Wow. Damn. I was a Navy diver for 20 years and I having guys with this level of ingenuity on our team is totally a multiplier. Also, those 1650 stands probably would have saved a lot of back, haha. I'm totally envious of this guys intelligence. Great job Gordo. I'm showing this video to everyone!
I've been a fan of tiny homes, homes here, homes there, bus this, bus that, odd homes, weird homes, dug outs, tree-homes, etc etc, and, for about the last 6 or 7 years. This bus and this guy are 2 of the coolest things I've ran into, so much so, I need his social media. I pegged him for a software engineer at first, I might be right. Very well spoken, incredible engineer at least from my POV. Loved the logo and loved it even more after his explanation of the logo. I typically do not buy merch but I would happily wear this on a t-shirt and, it would just be my own little guilty pleasure of what it really meant. "What does your t-shirt mean?" I would reply, I don't know and or, "magic bus" and leave it at that. This is super super cool. I'm loving this bus, this guy and even more so, his explanation of everything. Also, some of the electronics in the cab and how they are displayed reminded me of a custom built gaming PC with the glass side window so one can see the RGB, motherboard, video card, etc. The drivers cockpit reminded me of a space ship ... before .... he said space ship. I really enjoyed this video. Thanks to everyone involved.
He is incredible! I love his ideas! Praise God for his Mom!We need more guys like Gordo to have the traditional American family!.... So he can pass on this incredible skill set!I love the way he's gotta have his tools! Inovative!Clear Concise!Very nice .
@@jenmsdc3244 THIS! I'm sure he has a t-shirt for sale with this LOGO. If not, I could have one made with my t-shirt guy but then I would need to send him some money for its use. "It's a paradox." :)
I'm thinking maybe a mechatronics engineer or technician are this dudes credentials. It's a really overarching degree path with a lot of systems learning.
This man os the reason shop class should be mandatory for the "at risk youth" of today. Every man I know that is like this one is a recovering addict of some kind. Someone with a past and they turn their lives into structures of work and it's always art no matter the field they settled on. This is great. I'd buy this and live the life I want. I'd turn it into a dog grooming/training station setup and travel around doing that.
That’s kind of an interesting thought. I wonder how many addicts are frustrated creative types without an outlet? There are certainly tons of creative types who have an outlet who battled addiction.

It’s almost unbelievable one person so young has all the skills to do this. Shows what motivated people can achieve. Congrats Gordo! More props to Mom! I’m taking all my tools to the thrift store. After watching this, I don’t know how to use them…..😮
Space shuttle meets Jurassic park meets workshop meets RV meets a touch of mad max...... i love this thing, no detail missed, no idea unattainable! Wonderful job!!!!!
The fact that he literally has an HMI on his bus is so bad ass. At the same time I cant imagine the cost for the amount of insane wiring and system integration he did
The fun part is when it's your hobby/passion, it's all free! Just unlike where I've spent the past 4 years of my life playing RuneScape, this guy built something incredible.
That is probably one of the most functional RVs I've ever seen. I love the Sci-Fi vibe the front cockpit gives off. Impressive engineering. Gordo's mom is very talented.
This is Mad Max at a whole new level. This is like a look into the future. I loved the custom work that is so professionally done. I wouldn't be surprised if the next thing he does, is somehow get the thing to fly.
I had the pleasure of spending about an hour at the Catskill Mountain Maker Camp last year getting a full tour of this rig and every aspect of it is super custom and well thought out, engineered and executed with skill. I really enjoyed picking his brain about the truck and the electrical systems.
This dude is taking away my sense of accomplishment from changing my own oil. Seriously one of the coolest builds I've seen. All the skill sets just this 1 dude has in order to have done this is pretty damn impressive.
Absolutely the most freakin' awesome Swiss Army knife of a vehicle I've ever seen. Gordo has mad skills and incredible vision. Wow! Just Wow! The bed bag is brilliant, the logo is inspired, for exactly the reason mentioned, and the versatility is fantastic. It has so many potential purposes, particularly with further customization, that I could easily envision people begging Gordo to build one for their needs. The only things I wondered about because they weren't mentioned in the video, was if it had some type of bathroom area. Obviously a collapsible exterior shower wouldn't be a big deal to add, particularly with some type of instant hot water system, but it's nice to have an interior toilet and sink, especially at night or with bad weather. He had mentioned potential plans for a kitchen sink, so I wasn't sure if a bathroom was on the to-do list, or just hadn't been filmed. The other thing I wondered was if he had considered some type of tarp or tent shelter for each side of the back, so that when the shop(s) had been set up on the ground, he could then work under shelter. Detachable framework, roof, and walls would mean that he could have as much or as little shelter as you needed for the weather, with minimal additional set up time. I've got to thank you and Gordo for the ton of new imaginings that you've all provided me with for nights when I can't sleep. Could never actually build one, of course, but so much fun to think about personalizing such an incredible vehicle. Fantastic job!
Easily the best thing I’ve watched on YT. Riveted to the screen the entire 22mins. I’m a full time RVer and I can’t even settle on where to store the six tools and seven T-shirts I have…
I actually can't believe how clever this guy is to design and engineer alllll of that; even though I don't even know what he's talking about sometimes, its so interesting
This is super cool. Well planned, executed…to the point I struggle to find the words to finish this sentence. I’m thoroughly impressed. A brilliant young man and well-spoken too! It’s not just a vehicle with sleeping space, work space, etc.; it’s literally one big tool…like a Swiss-army knife…everything has a purpose…nothing wasted nor overlooked. Brilliant. Thoroughly impressed. Excellent work.
This video left me paralyzed and speechless lol. I totally respect the amount of effort put into this rig. Once again I am amazed. I know for certain this took an immense amount of focus, hard work & determination and it definitely paid off. Wow! Thanks so much for sharing this, James & kitties
I've seen hundreds of conversions and I have to say this is one of the most unique and ingenious multi-functional builds I've ever seen. Absolutely BRILLIANT!!!
Just listening to that guy, explaining all that tech and thought process going into this bus - this is the best part for me. Shows me how little I know. How much there is to learn and most important - how this "know-how" is not useless but is put to good use!
And I love this one all the way. The system design. The look. The vibe. The utility. The cohesion, as he calls it. But also the power and network approach.
Having worked at the Ft Valley plant for Bluebird and handled the industrial supplies for all plants, I can tell you, the earlier BlueBird buses were built for 30 years of use. Every line foreman was a parent. They built the buses to protect their children. if you can find one. Buy one.
This dude is a genius! With his mother's talents with a sewing machine, just WOW 😲! I can see a lot of preppers & on road trades men drooling over this. Hell I'm drooling over this. His attention to detail makes all the better. Him & his mother could turn this in one hell of a business. Keep up the attention & keep giving your mom the biggest of hugs.
The creative design of each aspect is what does it for me. Everyone just builds some cabinets, throws some lights in, a couple neat finishes, and that’s their bus. Gordo hand built and engineered a crane, a modular tent for the entire rear, all of the metal work. To say I am utterly impressed would be an understatement
Did I miss what he does for a living? I'm beyond impressed. This guy's planning, organizational and execution skills are borderline genius level. He needs to be protected at all costs.
This young man is brilliant. His vision (forethought), & workmanship are impeccable. He appears to have a similar brilliance to that of Elon Musk. Hope this launches him into position to do great new things.
@Daggoth Dafaggoth he is def. Something else...maybe electrical engineer....Seems like he is focused in on the integration and all the systems...he even said he created his own software to tie in the controls and such...much more experience needed then being a welder
This is by far the MOST insanely epic, organised useful creative masterpiece I've ever seen! His mum is a master at her work as well, one hell of a build!
So we get it: Gordo is a diesel guy. But since he's also a geek, he uses solar. Good for him ! 👍 Gotta say: never seen such a mixture of mechanic's skills and electronics and computer knowledge too. Kudos ! He builds according to his needs and wants, what more could you ask for ? 😊 Only caveat I find is the lack of we security and protection outside, like way too eaay access to the diesel components and stuff. But overall a great build. 😎
Wow, how have seen hundreds, maybe thousands of conversations and Gordo has to be one of the most throughout lay out ever seen. Dude is engineer genius. Also your moms work is amazing as well. Great job!!
Don't forget the 'integration" engineer. Jeez, if he would die you would need a year to reverse engineer it. Oh wait, he also has a Harry potter book size manual!!
@@peter1987P the manual made me love him even more. I nearly shed tears. He def is an Eagle Scout. I wonder if he was named after Astronaut/engineer Gordo Cooper.
I am so jealous of how knowledgeable he his, and so much diversity, but still a master of so many, stacking so many skills, creating so much freedom to create whatever you want. I was so proud of my little cheese cutter I fashioned out of a bicycle brake.
Wow this rig is incredible. My mind is totally blown. Just the integration and systems boggles my mind. The crane system and tool storage is better then any commercially available system I've ever seen. Also have to add that your mom is a rock star with all the sewing stuff she did from covers and curtains to the cases for tool storage, which by the way if she ever wanted to start a business she would be a huge success making custom tool cases. Well done my friend...🤓
There were not many build videos out there where I sit and watch every second of the video. This is one of those videos. My eyes were glued to the screen. Such an enjoyable experience watching you explain all the things that make up the bus,. Must be an enjoyable experience building the bus. Thanks for the video.
What an incredible build, so impressive! Love that huge tented deck. It makes all the difference. You can even BBQ indoors, ha ha! Clever to put the batteries where the old door and steps were. Good space for that. Love the electronics panels in the overhead cabinets. Fuses are lit up and easy to access, so nice. The riveted covers look very sharp too! Very nice touch. The crane is amazing. Who would have thought. But using it on 1200 lb boxes, yikes. It seems to work fine, but I would not attempt it. However, having a mobile garage of tools is a dream we would all like to have, heh, heh. My old RV was undercoated below from over 20 yrs ago and it is still like new. I think your bus would benefit from an anti rust undercoating, especially if those metal fittings are holding up heavy metal tanks filled with fuel. You live in NY, so salt from winter snowy roads will eat up that bottom. Don't wait on that. There is a reason you don't see Japanese cars in snowy climates. American cars have thicker steel so they withstand that corrosion from salt. Enjoy your creation! Truly amazing what you achieved with this build. Very good job!!

And to Him, we surrender.”

A bathroom would be the least interesting thing on this bus… lol
Easily the best thing I’ve watched on YT. Riveted to the screen the entire 22mins. I’m a full time RVer and I can’t even settle on where to store the six tools and seven T-shirts I have…
Super impressive build! I'd 101% go camping with Gordo 😁
I actually can't believe how clever this guy is to design and engineer alllll of that; even though I don't even know what he's talking about sometimes, its so interesting
This is probably the best conversion I've ever seen. The functionality is off the chart. Gordo is the Man
This is super cool.
That's amazing. I wish I could do stuff like that. Very impressed
This video left me paralyzed and speechless lol.
I totally respect the amount of effort put into this rig. Once again I am amazed.
I know for certain this took an immense amount of focus, hard work & determination and it definitely paid off. Wow!
Thanks so much for sharing this,
James & kitties
I've seen hundreds of conversions and I have to say this is one of the most unique and ingenious multi-functional builds I've ever seen. Absolutely BRILLIANT!!!
This is one of the coolest adventure rigs I have, without overstating, EVER seen. Nice work, Gordo.
All fine until you have to use the restroom. Ugh!
I like the four chairs for brain storming and then go out to the deck and put the Rubik's cube together great job!
Just listening to that guy, explaining all that tech and thought process going into this bus - this is the best part for me. Shows me how little I know. How much there is to learn and most important - how this "know-how" is not useless but is put to good use!
I feel the same way! And I know about a lot of the things he showing us but Gordo is still blowing my mind haha.
Gordo is a machine, he is programmed like a computer. Epic build
And I love this one all the way. The system design. The look. The vibe. The utility. The cohesion, as he calls it. But also the power and network approach.
I really like his approach to power as well.
this guy is genius. for adventure person you are all in package hands down
Having worked at the Ft Valley plant for Bluebird and handled the industrial supplies for all plants, I can tell you, the earlier BlueBird buses were built for 30 years of use. Every line foreman was a parent. They built the buses to protect their children. if you can find one. Buy one.
Bluebird busses have been around since 1927. What years are you talking about?
Soooo when exactly is the cutoff date?
earlier being what years?
@@genespell4340 can you not read?
He even wrote custom software for integration and visualization, literally did the entire stack. Amazing.
I bet he spent way more money on it too.
I could see this costing half a million plus
Pretty sure this guy stayed in my campground this summer, amazing build!
Hope this launches him into position to do great new things.
he owns some junkyards he said.
@@Nordic_Mechanic he got the car seats from multiple junk yards
He worked as intergration/fabrication engineer before, he mentioned that in his Instagram post before.
I have also been looking for foreign investments recently because it is difficult to find investments in China now
So we get it: Gordo is a diesel guy. 😎
There's lot's of us like that
I'm sure there's a lot hidden that he wouldn't tell anyone.....
Just never go near any major city, because you are bound to get screwed over in any car
just read your comment while thinking about how unsecure all the boxes are outside of the bus. i hope he gets some locks!
@@VesonoYT He probably took the locks of beforehand so he would not have to unlock them whenever he wanted to show something
This is the type of guy everyone needs for the end of the world. Ridiculously intelligent with creativity!
Wow, how have seen hundreds, maybe thousands of conversations and Gordo has to be one of the most throughout lay out ever seen. Dude is engineer genius. Also your moms work is amazing as well. Great job!!
Interviewer: are you an electrical, software, mechanical, or structural engineer?
Gordo: yes.
"I live in a bus"
"Oh"
"I built it myself"
"Ohhhhhhhhh"
They're called systems engineers
No shit! That man is ridiculously smart
I feel I should get an Certificate for watching this video. Dude is a lo-key genius.
😂
Well done my friend...🤓
im with you, everytime i watch it i see more..... it is unbelievable
There were not many build videos out there where I sit and watch every second of the video. This is one of those videos. My eyes were glued to the screen. Such an enjoyable experience watching you explain all the things that make up the bus,. Must be an enjoyable experience building the bus. Thanks for the video.
Only he can make a bus like this, he is super organized. Love this bus and will love to steal some ideas from it.
By far one of the coolest busses I’ve ever seen. Coming from a mechanic, this is straight up goals.
