Hey JD, I hope that you're having a great day! I really love this new destination trailer by Riverstone the Lost Pines! The mini-split AC unit is amazing! Riverstone just knocked this out of the park! The exterior and the interior is amazing an awesome with what they have done! I love that there isn't any slide-outs in this unit! The decor is just gorgeous and you know it's residential! The windows to the sliding door is robust. The cabinets are very solid and made to last a very long time. The drawers are dovetailed so you know they're made to last a lifetime! The bathroom is just gorgeous and amazing! The shower is huge with the multi-port shower fixture! And they give you a combo washer and dryer unit! I wish that they would have had the numbers on this unit so you could've let us know the weights on this brand new destination travel trailer by Riverstone! The sidewalls are 3inches thick so you know they're well insulated! JD thank you for showing us this Riverstone destination travel trailer! Your number one fan and friend Leonard from North Carolina!

To me this is a one bedroom Apartment/Condo/Tiny Home. It's dressed to the 9's which I love everything is high end in it.

I have actually heard of tosot, I ran across them while looking at aftermarket roof ac replacements for the ancient r22 dometics on my motorhome. They are a brand owned by the enormous Chinese appliance manufacture GREE. The specs on their roof units were quite good I'll be going with them or the new furion variable speed.
Great floorplan and finally a mini split!!! It would be awesome if they can make a travel trailer (smaller/lighter) version of this for the 3/4 ton truck people. I think they would hit a sweet spot in the market. I'm a sucker for no slides because of the "road-mode access." I've tried to convey this very floorplan idea to InTech (an expanded Navigate floorpan in the Adventure foot print; minus the mini split) for about 1 1/2 years. Maybe this will gain traction at Riverstone and force other companies to take a stab at it to give us more options like this. Thanks JD of the great content.
It's a very nice unit, as long as you're not waiting for friends for dinner.
Make sure to check the inside storage to see what direction the screws are going. Mine was screwed through the inside to the outside and all the screws are pulling loose on the sidewall.
Can't wait to pull this with my new 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor :)

I think it needs at least 2 slide-outs and way smaller windows in the bedroom. I like the bedroom to be real dark. No need to have a outside door in the bedroom. Other than that, a great RV for a piece of property. Price I think would be way over $70000.

I would’ve liked to hear numbers, but I’d be surprised if it hit 20k without slide-outs or an automatic leveling system. It does have impressive features and definitely maximizes space. I couldn’t live in it though having gone from no slide-out RVs to multiple slide-outs on a 5th wheel. I could see it as hunting or fishing lodge, but then again, it’s actually too nice for that application.
It's a Riverstone. I would be willing to bet it is over 120k.

The price tag is too high, but the layout is exactly what I planned for a tiny house. The price is the only negative. Love no slideouts and still how spacious it is.

This is as much a tiny house as it is an RV. I wonder if the up-spec suspension and tires were installed so would travel to shows better and would be optional on production units.
Does it have the new Furrion chill cube ? On another forum, there is a debate on efficiency old style roof AC, especially 20 + years old vs mini split.... This Furrion chill is not as silent nor efficient as a mini split... BUT could you make a follow up and compare your roof top AC and the new Furrion Chill ? Measure time it takes to drop temperature and humidity and wattage used in the process ? And then do the same for old style roof top aC unit... Measure noise level for both at full tilt, end then when you maintain a set temperature at 72F ? Claims on reduced noise documented , claim on 40% more efficient for same job documented ! I planned using a mini split or actually two in my newly bought bus conversion... The forum on where we discuss there are some who stubbornly refuse to acknowledge technology and physics in play ! Look foreward to such a video... Oh and 5 months in, we still wait for Furrion to release heat pump version, the 8k BTU version/heat pump for bedrooms ..... If they postpone longer I might just jump on a mini split dual sone from LG with floor mount inside unit 9k for bedroom and 12 k for living room

Agreed but i think that's why he said this is something that rarely gets towed and gets parked long term. I've seen a few of these including one in person rexently. They're big square boxes to maximize space but yea you're not going to want to tow it often unless you have like a medium duty truck like the gmc Kodiak type rigs or something like that. Lesser trucks I'm sure would handle it but a bigger truck would be more sensible.
If it had bunk beds it would be perfect for a family.
It is great on the inside. Dont like the billboard style graphics. I would never have that on my house, so why on my resort home? I guess i am just a bit conservative. The inside is gorgeous. Great for one or two people. Dont even miss the slides. Price???

For me, that foot & a half or so of window that would be above my head, would be better utilized for much needed storage.
I didn't see or hear anything about batteries and solar. Safe to assume it is a 110 vac unit?

I still don't get the square windows. This thing looks like a rental construction site office trailer with a wrap on it.
Too narrow. Not having slide outs actually ruins it for me. But then again, I use our trailer for camping trips not for living in.

Doesn't appear to have bedroom windows that open. Don't like walking through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. Putting the toilet in its own room would be much better. Also, not much clothes storage. Beautiful appointments however.
