    In this gentle pilates stretching routine, we move through a series of exercises to increase flexibility and help you release and relax.
    If you have tight and overactive muscles, this full body stretch routine will hit most areas of the body to leave you feeling more limber, mobile and flexible. These gentle pilates exercises, combined with deep breathing, can also help with stress relief as we release unnecessary tension and melt into the mat.
    This gentle pilates stretching routine is great for beginners, as well as all levels. All you need is your mat! So, roll out your mat and stretch it out with me for the next 30 minutes.

    Long-time yogi who strives for an hour+ practice each morning. Have incorporated this routine several times and works wonderfully in the early hours to get the old body stretched and loosened up. Pleasant, clear instructions.
