Thanks! I’m 60 years old. Always been a heavy lifter. Pain has caused me to change my outlook and I’m trying to get back in shape. Really enjoying the burn. My wife and I hope to hang in there

No matter how "spicy" it gets during one of your cycling lessons, I never wake up the next morning feeling sore or hurt, like I used to, and I have absolutely no doubt that it's all thanks to these stretching exercises! I honestly think you've changed my life. Your videos are entertaining but professional, challenging but measurable and most importantly supportive. In all my 20 years of training I've never actually enjoyed cardio but this I could do twice a day no problems. I am so thanful I found your channel I broke my foot, memorial day weekend, 30 days before I was to set out to finish my PCT hike. I have reciently bought a fitness real spin bike. Amazon find. Anyway. I have finally been cleared (Labor Day Weekend) to strart training again, I gained 20 with my grief, healing and depression over the summer. Self sabatoge is what I am best at. A day behind on April 23 calendar, but after being super discouraged in not finding a replacement part for my bike and not being able to play the videos at the gym (??) I headed to the home repair store and came up with an option that worked! Felt so good to be back on the bike. Love you KC!
