    The beginner workout hit that sweet spot of being easy enough to finish but hard enough to feel proud of finishing. And to have the dessert stretching conveniently linked? Girl, this was everything. Thanks so much!

    Kaleigh, I just have to come here and publicly thank you for your workouts but especially for your stretching. No matter how "spicy" it gets during one of your cycling lessons, I never wake up the next morning feeling sore or hurt, like I used to, and I have absolutely no doubt that it's all thanks to these stretching exercises! It's amazing to notice the improvement not only in my cardio with the cycling sessions but also in my stretching with these! Thank you so much!

    Thanks! I’m 60 years old. Always been a heavy lifter. Pain has caused me to change my outlook and I’m trying to get back in shape. Really enjoying the burn. My wife and I hope to hang in there

    I honestly think you've changed my life. Your videos are entertaining but professional, challenging but measurable and most importantly supportive. In all my 20 years of training I've never actually enjoyed cardio but this I could do twice a day no problems. Once I've hit the RPMS in your beginner tutorials I will be joining you live, can't wait to see you there 🥰

    Hi Kaleigh! As someone who is an Exercise Physiologist and recently lost weight, I’ve been feeling bored with most dance, spin, or workout classes….but you have revitalized me!! I feel so motivated! Traveling for work often has me skipping on cardio days, but now spinning is what I look forward to most because of you!     I LOVE this dessert. I do it every time I do any of your 20 min spin classes, before my Total Gym workout. Today it kicked my butt!!! Thank you for all you do for this 60, almost 61, year old grandma keeping in shape, better every day-with your help!!!

    More dessert completed . Just after 30 minute beginners . I didn’t come out the saddle for jogs climbs kept going through it and Smashed another different workout. Thanks Kayleigh definitely felt the BURN 🤪🤩🤩😉👏👏🙌🙌👍👍

    I am so thanful I found your channel I broke my foot, memorial day weekend, 30 days before I was to set out to finish my PCT hike. I have reciently bought a fitness real spin bike. Amazon find. Anyway. I have finally been cleared (Labor Day Weekend) to strart training again, I gained 20 with my grief, healing and depression over the summer. Self sabatoge is what I am best at. Nonetheless I am all about a great rebound. This was my 2nd ride. Thank you Thank you Thank you. for getting me through that 20 mins. See you tomorrow!

    I don't have a sweet tooth but know how important cool down and stretching is, thanks. Although I force myself to watch this after each session, its really helps recovery so I can jump back on the bike next day. Great clear instructions thanks again for sharing your experience Kaleigh.

    I absolutely loved this workout! I have foot drop and have a recumbent bike, and this was perfect! The music kept me motivated, and your directions and words of encouragement kept me going to the end. I haven’t been able to find a bike workout that I love, and before I knew it I was almost through the whole workout and didn’t realize it. I will be doing this one again! Thank you!

    A day behind on April 23 calendar, but after being super discouraged in not finding a replacement part for my bike and not being able to play the videos at the gym (??) I headed to the home repair store and came up with an option that worked! Felt so good to be back on the bike. Love you KC!

    I LVOE LOVE LOVE this! I was always terrible at stretching after a workout and it showed. I have noticed I am less sore in between workouts and can workout (cycle) more often! And it's always super helpful that you're pointing to the stretch at the end of every workout! Thanks for what you do, Kaleigh!
