Thanks! I’m 60 years old. Always been a heavy lifter. Pain has caused me to change my outlook and I’m trying to get back in shape. Really enjoying the burn. My wife and I hope to hang in there
I honestly think you've changed my life. Your videos are entertaining but professional, challenging but measurable and most importantly supportive. In all my 20 years of training I've never actually enjoyed cardio but this I could do twice a day no problems. Once I've hit the RPMS in your beginner tutorials I will be joining you live, can't wait to see you there 🥰

I am so thanful I found your channel I broke my foot, memorial day weekend, 30 days before I was to set out to finish my PCT hike. I have reciently bought a fitness real spin bike. Amazon find. Anyway. I have finally been cleared (Labor Day Weekend) to strart training again, I gained 20 with my grief, healing and depression over the summer. Self sabatoge is what I am best at. Nonetheless I am all about a great rebound. This was my 2nd ride. Thank you Thank you Thank you. for getting me through that 20 mins. See you tomorrow!

I absolutely loved this workout! I have foot drop and have a recumbent bike, and this was perfect! The music kept me motivated, and your directions and words of encouragement kept me going to the end. I haven’t been able to find a bike workout that I love, and before I knew it I was almost through the whole workout and didn’t realize it. I will be doing this one again! Thank you!

A day behind on April 23 calendar, but after being super discouraged in not finding a replacement part for my bike and not being able to play the videos at the gym (??) I headed to the home repair store and came up with an option that worked! Felt so good to be back on the bike. Love you KC!

I LVOE LOVE LOVE this! I was always terrible at stretching after a workout and it showed. I have noticed I am less sore in between workouts and can workout (cycle) more often! And it's always super helpful that you're pointing to the stretch at the end of every workout! Thanks for what you do, Kaleigh!
