    Here is our latest Full Body Pilates Workout. This is a whole body workout covering the full 60 minutes helping you strengthen and stretch. If you want a great workout that you can do from the comfort of your own home without any equipment, this is for you. The workout is designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone with a focus on the core and the abdominals.     Still here, one year after covid. Probably the best online Pilates instructor I’ve found. She explains alignment perfectly, so you don’t hurt yourself. Great instructor ♥️

    Gosh I missed Pilates! Totally enjoyed your class especially during this pandemic. I feel like back to my normal workout and feel like we are doing one on one!
    All has been said: great and clear explanation that I don’t even need to watch you for every step, and love the stretch in between and the breathing reminder, and, the light background music!!! And I sweated too!

    Please post more or something like weekly program or monthly calendar like ‘Yoga with Adriene’!

This pandemic has been such an odd time for everyone (including myself), so it makes me happy to hear that this workout has helped to bring a little "normal" into your life!     Just recently discovered your channel and love your 60mn workouts. As i do them in the morning i love the slow tempo which really gets me body warmed up and work deeply. I did sweat a lot on this one.🙏🥰🥰🥰🥰

    Really nice instructed . Calm, clear and not too fast . Seen some really fastpaced Pilates wich I don´t find safe and especially not so efficiant . Thank you !

      Sure. This class really resembles the class I used to take before the coved crisis, but it was a bit more challenging. I believe she had the same series of exercises as you, but maybe one or two additional exercises in each series. I suppose it was more intermediate/advanced? I love the challenges. Your class is great! Love it!

      Hi Caroline, glad you enjoyed it! What did you think of the pace of this workout? As for arms, there are definitely pilates exercises that focus more on the arms, shoulders and triceps (such as exercises on hands and knees, in plank positions, etc.). In a full-body class, we'll usually hit most of those movements at some point!

    Do you use weights for your glutes? Or are you strictly a Pilates girl? I tried using Pilates for a rounder butt, but I didn’t find it as effective as if I were to use weights.

      I usually do a little bit of both... pilates and weights. Lately, I've been doing just pilates though!

    Hey, I finished the class and you could honestly improve the video 20 times better by: 1. changing the childish music 2. reviewing the video as there is moments where is just black and 3. TAKE OUT THE ADDS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WORK OUT. other than that it was awesome

      Thanks for your feedback, Sara. I agree that the music in this video is awful! This was one of my very first UA-cam videos, and I do feel like I've improved the music over the last 6 months :) As for the areas in the video where it is a black screen, I can't speak to that since when I review the video I don't see that (and I haven't received any other comments mentioning that). Sorry that happened for you. As for the ads, the only feasible way I can offer these 60 minute videos for free here on UA-cam is to include ads... otherwise, I'd need to charge to offer these workouts. This video was filmed before I was eligible to include ads, so the ads may seem like they are thrown in at random times... but in more recent videos, I try to add in a more dedicated break spot. Hope that makes sense :)

      lol, sorry about that music!! This was one of my very first UA-cam videos, and we have changed the music quite a bit since then (and hopefully improved it, because this music is awful, you're right ;) )
