    Great workout. The goblet squats are the hardest for me as I lean forward quite a bit to get deep enough. Any tips for me?

      Elevate your heels on some small plates or even books if at home. This will massively help keep you upright and reduce lower back stress 👌🏼👍🏼

    2 new exercises for me that I’d never done before and really liked them, felt them working - dead bug and one leg deadlift.

      Single leg deadlift is a great one for running and Deadbug are a good lower back support. They are both in a fair few of my workouts 👍

    Really enjoyed that one. Great leg workout! Need to work on my hamstrings for deadlift and right leg for Romanian deadlift

    Great workout! Single side lunge challenging, Deadbug fav. Did a few extra reps of some exercises as the buzzer didn't go off at the end time but maybe that's your secret to get us to do a little extra!! cheers!

    The SL RDL's my old nemesis. Hadn't come across the dumbbell sprinters before. Great workout and look at this production quality. Top class.
