I agree, your workout is well thought out... Everything is intentional, it's not a fixed 15 or 20 second rest... I've made it to day 14! this one was the toughest for me so far because I was feeling my lower back too much strain. But then you said in the wide squat to tuck the shoulder blades behind and engage a bit the upper back! that little tip was a game changer and my technique improve immediately and lower back pressure is gone!
Well done, almost half way! Yes focus on technique and maybe go a bit lighter if back is getting tired. Also nothing wrong with using a weight lifting belt for these workouts 👌🏼💪🏼

This was great - I think you snuck in exercises that do the same thing as lunges and I didn't feel like I was doing those dreaded lunges - so great job! Did you film another workout before this one? You look tired and in need of carbs! Not a critism - quite the opposite - you have worked really hard to give us all of this content and doing several recordings in a day must have been so hard! You might be over leaning forwards. Try holding dumbbells closer to body and putting something under each heel to allow a more upright squat position taking stress off the lower back and increasing quad challenge
Doing them semi regularly makes them a lot more comfortable. I think a lot of people lack the mobility initially but once done a few times the hips should open up 👌🏼💪🏼
I admit it…I took off a couple days because my chest was so sore from the last workout in this series. Needless to say I paid the price for those two rest days 😭 Glad I did the workout though!
Still burn!!! lol. i did 10 lb first part and 20lb the second. all those exercises are very gentle on the knees which is great because i could use a bigger weight than i normally would for a leg day
wow this was somehow significantly easier than i remembered. did 10 for light and 20 for the second again, and it was very good. I didn't struggle as much holding the dumbbells on my shoulders in the first part. and wasn't too dead at the very end. so exciting to see the progress.

I saw the Bulgarian splits and thought oh no! Not a favourite of mine, always avoided them. But weirdly I did enjoy doing them😂
