One of the few foodies that doesn’t take themselves too seriously and is willing to try many different “levels” of food.
Good food doesn't always have to look fancy or have a high price tag. At the end of the day, I just want to eat good food.
True. I love eating Michelin-starred food but every now and again all I really want is a plate of egg and chips (fries for James' side of the pond)!

Hi James, another great video ! Sterling idea, the pancake bun. I don't think we have the McGriddy here in Sydney. We have a McMuffin with a choice of bacon / sausage / egg. No syrup. It's one of the better things McDonalds offers for breakfast. Wow. Nearly $9 for a tip on a $31 meal ! We have much better wages for our hospitality staff, which means we can add-on a smoothie or something more to eat. In other words, cafes and restaurants here get to sell more food and drink ! Thank you & all the best !

Not normally into sweet and savory combinations like that but I do like a Mcgriddle Every blue moon or so. But that looked Really Good, Extremely Good. And Avocado Toast, well I could eat and sometimes do just eat Avocado Toast all day long but add eggs and Chorizo and roasted garlic sharp cheddar cheese and Cajun seasonings and Fresh cilantro and chervil. And El Yucateca Negra Reserve Hot Sauce...

I would have washed my hands in the snow! What are they thinking only giving one napkin for a sandwich like that? It looked a great deal better than McD's but they definitely need to provide prices on their menu.
That would've worked! I agree. Prices are a necessity no matter how expensive or affordable the food is.

That is what I'd call a super sized McGriddle. As McDonald's McGriddle's get smaller and smaller as time passes by, OH BOY went BIG. Looked delicious. Cheers.

Wow, amazing breakfast sandwich and Avo toast! The price is definitely fair. Did you go to McDonald's that same morning? You sometimes tell us about a desire to return to specific establishments to try other items. How often do you really have the time for that? What percentage of your narration is spontaneous? That outdoor seating needs cleaning and umbrellas. I know, I have a lot of comments about this video, but you're so conscientious about responding I never feel it is a waste of my time.
I went to McDonald's on a different day. Yeah, I know what you mean about returning to restaurants. I wish I had the time and money to do it more, but specifically with UA-cam, it just wouldn't be as interesting to go to the same places and make videos about it.

I’ve been to BBQ joints that do an upscaled version of the McRib Sandwich. To me these trendy gimmicks are pretty worthless. Why not just make an insanely fantastic sandwich without the McDonalds comparison? Also… no prices on the menu and I’m out the door. Hopefully that’s not a coming trend. OhBoy seems to be all about the trends.
Yeah, it was strange that there were no prices, especially considering that it's one of the more affordable spots in the neighborhood.

I enjoy the fries from McDonald's, but there are a ton of NYC spots that I like more.

i don’t understand places like this. no menu prices. 1 napkin for clearly a messy sandwich. even if the food at a place is good if there is a hipster hype mentality where they believe their own hype it becomes cringe to me. lack of the basics in the business which is hospitality. part of that is being able to make ur guest feel comfortable. the no price on the menu (which i’m sure they would say is so they don’t have to print new menus) is a joke. it’s a paper menu they get dirty and need reprinting anyways. it’s just hipster aesthetic and over the last few years has been put into over drive. it just kills the whole concept to me. my whole issue is if a guest comes in and may be on a budget they now are forced to feel like they r cheap for asking prices, that is a terrible way to make people feel. they r not buying a $3k handbag. maybe someone is going out of their way to not eat out for another meal and scrimped to come in, to me those guests are sacrificing more than someone who is just checking the new cool hip spot off a list. u have more patience than i do 😂

Every McDonalds in every other country is far better than the slop they serve here. Most countries don’t put up with the additives they foster on us.

In principle, I wouldn’t order from a restaurant that has no prices. Transparency is important. It’s a very basic element of services for goods. 1/5 places like this. I wish your reviews had a little bit courage at times (respectful).
