- This is a 12 minute, lymphatic exercise workout routine without equipment needed. It's an abdomen and leg lymphedema exercise routine to stimulate the lymphatics and get the lymphatic system moving. It focuses in on core muscles where the deep lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes are, as well as sequencing with the lymphatic vessels for decongestion of lymphedema and swelling.

Amazing. I did this routine last night, and my legs look like someone else's today. My ankles are quite noticeably smaller. Even varicose veins seem less noticeable. I took pictures of my legs and shared with family members! After about a week of massaging "the big six" lymph node areas, a bit of dry brushing, and massaging facial lymph node areas, I feel health and vitality returning. Thank you so much for your clear and helpful videos. Doing this work gives me hope for a healthy life beyond my fifties.

I wanted to thank you. I believe in prayer. Felt I should try this way of working out to help with my legs. Have tried it for several days. Skip one day-- notice had more inflammation. How did you know I needed this? After I had my baby I have been suffering from pelvic issues and edema on my legs ,knees, and ankle.
1.5 years postpartum and still have terrible swelling in my legs. Trying this and lymph detox. No help from my clueless doctor. Already changed my diet, drank more water, didn’t fix it.

I am in the same boat as you. I still have swelling on my hips, legs, knee and stomach. Doctors are no help, PT has not helped me either.I am also suffering from back pain. Feel totally helpless

I am in the same boat. My legs and stomach are still swollen 2 years after giving birth. Nothing is working so far and GP is no help, am trying these exercises and praying they will help

So sorry. Looks like we are not alone on this problem but unfortunately doctors and PT are not helpful either. I did PT for almost 8 months paid out of pocket 2x a week with no helpful results. I decided to stop going and learn to live with this. It's very depressing and definitely affects my self esteem.

I am so grateful to you for putting all of these videos up. I love how you explain things in a easy to understand way. I was diagnosed with lipo lymphoedema 6 months ago. When i do MLDs the lymph fluid seems to stick at my knees making them stiffer than before i started so running across this video was a life changer! Doing this routine everyday immediately after MLDs has fixed the problem.

I did these exercises and in two days the swelling in my legs and ankles is gone. This will be a daily ritual.

I really wanted to thank you.
Although I was using this exercise to help reduce the swelling after an ankle sprain.
And it really works magic for me !!
After the exercise I kept elevating my legs on a below and doing pumping exercises regularly and I can see the difference in my swelling :) :).
I had three surgeries on my right leg and twenty five radiation treatments.First two operations for Myxofibrosarcoma. Third operation was performed to repair a fractured patellla also two additional fractures on the right leg . Last six months lots of edema in both legs. Had to wear an immobilizer for almost six months. My leg was kept float for five months. Since April the edema is overwhelming. I thought I would try these treatments hoping I will feel better and reduce edema. Also have diastolic malfunction and kidney disease. Thank You for this video. I will watch others also.
Thank you for this video, Kelly. Excellent exercises which I can actually do. I have lymphedema in the legs (and knee arthritis), but I can actually do this routine, and it has helped greatly.

Stumbled across this video. My legs were very swollen. The first time I followed this exercise my legs felt good. The next morning I can tell that the swelling of my legs has gone down. Thank you for sharing and teaching.

So good thankyou so much.. have had CML..for 11yrs..these exercises have helped get fluid out of my body..due to side affects to chemo drugs...it's nice to bin fluid tablets that have side affects.....made such a difference.Angelika Martin

Hey I don't know for sure if I have lymphedema but I do have edema in my leg and arthritis. What else do you do for it? I'm just asking because I been suffering for almost two years. The doctors aren't much help. I'm only 35 with a 4 yr old. I want to be here as long as possible for her you know.
So helpful. I have leg and foot lymphedema. I did not have cancer, but was diagnosed with it 13 years ago when I had my first baby girl. I keep my weight down and do not have salt in my diet. I enjoyed these exercises. Anyone else experience mild case of lymphedema after pregnancy?
hello, i was diagnosed with lymphoedema when i was 17. I am 24 now and recently i found out that my problem can become worse if i ever got pregnant, this makes me so sad and depressed.
I also haven’t had any surgeries, it just happened to me in 17 after a frostbite. Wishing you all the best!

What about the dwelling in the feet and legs that comes with blisters and poss , it hurts so bad .Any body has an idea about that

Hi my daughter only 17 has developed lymphedema its too much bothering me as a mother it's right leg swelling
@@bhagyagawda2723Hopefully she got a scan and bloodwork done to find the cause, with one leg swelling there is likely a cause that may need attention. There is in my case. And yea, encourage her to do exercises to reduce the edema and also to improve blood circulation. The goal is to reduce the risk of varicose veins or blood clots forming in veins in the legs. Wishing you and her the best in dealing with it.
I got swollen lymph nodes after school. I refused to go and check those lumps cause im only 10 and i need a biopsy. But no 🤪😜! I have your videos to make myself healthy and make those lumps go away. I will download these and exercise like these when need. Thank you. Live for years so i can live, too!

Hi Kell y, just what we need .... please post something similar for an Ear lymphatic drainage and around ear lymph nodes are very bothersome - its so helpful to know what to do and how - symptoms are appearing out of nowhere - how do we clear this ?? thanks a million !!!!

Burdock root helps remove lymp fluid..find herbs to do with these exersizes I enjoyed the exersizes lol I didn't even know what lympatic system was till all these years...but she was a easy teacher

Compression hosiery also made my swelling worse until my physio told me to stop them. Yoga and elevation have helped greatly. I also use a folded blanket under my mattress to help with drainage while I sleep. I bought a mobiderm night device and it has greatly broken down my fibrosis, now my leg is soft and is no longer double the size of my other leg
I have had multiple surgeries to remove my lymph nodes. I wear compression stockings and do all the exercises I see you recommend. I just want to know does the swelling and pain ever go away permanently or will i live with it forever(if I survive the cancer).

Do you have any more movements to do for CRPS? I have intense swelling in my ankle and leg. I’ve got TED hose, and a machine with boots to compress my legs, I edema wrap as well…. Would like to have more relief. Please and thank you.

If you jump on a small trampoline for one minute every morning you open and shut every gate…you don’t have to jump hard. If the patient can hold a bar trampoline they can get that all going.

Thank you so much. I love the exercises. My only problem is hearing you swallow all the time. I almost didn’t do the exercise but I drudges through it. I am neurodivergent and this is one of my sensitivities. I hear that drinking lots of water and staying hydrated helps. Sorry for the negative comment. But it really is distracting to otherwise great video ❤

It's not curable if it's lymphedema or lipedema according to my understanding, but compression garments are recommended and exercises such as these in this video are to help one manage the condition. I'm not a medical expert, I'm just telling you what I've been told.
Try to go to a vascular specialist, as they have more understanding of these diseases than primary care doctors.

Kelly: Can lymphedema involve the belly area? I have it in my ankles and lower legs; the pump my doctor arranged for me does help a lot but is not helping the fluid I swear came on at the same time. (no pregnancy jokes folks, I am a semi old lady). If you have wisdom to impart on this particular aspect of the condition it would be appreciated.

I have been doing these exercises for months for sciatica. My sciatica is good, did not help one bit for edema.
Can these exercises help reduce spider veins ?
Tried this exercise and I had feet cramps 😫 any recommendation . Cramps always happen when I do even simple exercise or stretching
