    Steve,
Thank you for taking us along on your service calls.
You are very sensitive the way you handle the customers. That lady sounded very excitable, you remained calm and went about your business.
I appreciate that you don’t sell the customer things they don’t need. You are a honest businessman, that is sometime rare in todays world.
Keep the good content coming, looking forward to more AC service videos.
My wife and I live in the Midwest, we had our 29 year old Lennox Pulse 21 propane furnace and AC replaced last year with a new Lennox furnace and AC system.
These units are built not too far from where we live have you had much experience with the Lennox HVAC equipment?
    Thank you

I really like it when you share context around your decisions. For example when you said that a certain size nozzle is all that's needed in a house this size...Super valuable to know why. I didn't see you check and/or adjust the ignitor probes. They are key to peak performance, no? I'd like to know your wisdom regarding that.

I guess imported Canadian brand equipment like Olsen, are common up there in new England. down here in the south, we mostly see the usual American, Japanese brands.

I have seen quite a few Olsen furnaces in western PA. They make pretty good equipment. I liked Beckett burners over any other .

I would like to go along with you on a service call Steven. You got an F-4 filter cartridge, are these the most common size used ?? How about the nozzle you replaced, where was the information on nozzle size Sir ?? How did you know what size nozzle to replace with the proper spray angle Steven ?? You stated house size, do you mean square footage fella ?? Nice video and thanks for the ride along fella. One more thing, how often does the fire eye sensor go bad ???
    Good day SIr too. vf😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Great job. Just wanted to mention when you show the oil nozzle and show how that oil berner takes a 60/80 nozzle. You might want to tell people just what the latter means ? As it refers to a mist or stream of oil . It is a very important thing to know ?

I have a question. What reason would the wires that attach to the switch beside the furnace would be spliced into four segments?

Do you vacuum the heat exchanger smoke pipe and chimney base?

Looked like the oil supply line was just pushed through a sharp hole punched through the side of the furnace , should be a round hole with a grommet to prevent rubbing a hole in the line. Extra air filters were laying very close to the top combustion chamber fire hazard .

Thermostat wires should have been wired to the circuit board in the fan compartment and not directly to the relay
