    I am with Mercy. BokChoy is my fav...Raw! The leafy part makes a great salad or a rollup. Great idea for chickpea pancake.

    I STOPPED eating eggs years ago so why would I want to be reminded of how eggs taste. In Jamaica we have a wonderful green vegetable called Callaloo and green Cabbage are my favorites leafy greens. Pak Choi also when available.❤❤❤, i like cinnamon pastries but i never made any only bought ones. That baked beans meal looks delicious. Ithink i might make it with some substitutions. Good cooking show it liked.😊❤👍🇯🇲

      Yes try it!! It’s so easy to make and so tasty 😋 have you ever made chickpeas in this way before? Remember it has to be dried chickpeas soaked overnight not the canned cooked chickpeas

    Love that you show how it can be done. I should have started with more diverse foods for my two children when they were young. Question, you mentioned coconut aminos, but is soy sauce not something you use?

    • @thehaipath
      @thehaipath  8 місяців тому +2

      Hiya Birdie! Such a cute name 🥰 we totally understand and agree when you can to start them young.
      We don’t use much soy sauce because we believe it’s not great for our boys. So we opt for coconut aminos instead which is a little sweeter but can work as a good substitute!

    I find spelt flower makes my bread heavy ??

    • @thehaipath
      @thehaipath  8 місяців тому +2

      You can try to sift it if needed! It’s probably heavy due to the bran and fiber but that is so good for you!
