it's so great to see your kids so involved in the kitchen! it's not just fun but also helpful for when they grow up! thanks for this video and the recipes
@@thehaipathno i don't have any kids, sadly can't have them due to chronic illness but i love children and i totally would have done what you are doing as a family, just having fun in the kitchen together. and it's great knowing that whatever happens they already know how to prepare a meal! ♥ you are doing such a good job
I STOPPED eating eggs years ago so why would I want to be reminded of how eggs taste. In Jamaica we have a wonderful green vegetable called Callaloo and green Cabbage are my favorites leafy greens. Pak Choi also when available.❤❤❤, i like cinnamon pastries but i never made any only bought ones. That baked beans meal looks delicious. Ithink i might make it with some substitutions. Good cooking show it liked.😊❤👍🇯🇲
Yes you must! It can be an acquired texture but give it a shot and let us know what you think! Wait you add this into your smoothies?? How interesting!
What an amazing family! Such great memories being made me n the heart ❤️ of the home! Bok choy is my favorite…my special Vietnamese restaurant makes a delicious vegan 🌱 🍜 pho! Pho! Maybe that can be an upcoming UA-cam video! 🥰
Yes try it!! It’s so easy to make and so tasty 😋 have you ever made chickpeas in this way before? Remember it has to be dried chickpeas soaked overnight not the canned cooked chickpeas
Yes you should it’s so easy and really yummy plus the protein in there! Remember to not use cooked chickpeas but raw soaked chickpeas or chickpea flour
Love that you show how it can be done. I should have started with more diverse foods for my two children when they were young. Question, you mentioned coconut aminos, but is soy sauce not something you use?
Hiya Birdie! Such a cute name 🥰 we totally understand and agree when you can to start them young. We don’t use much soy sauce because we believe it’s not great for our boys. So we opt for coconut aminos instead which is a little sweeter but can work as a good substitute!
Love seeing your children helping in the kitchen
Hehe thank you they sure do help!
Love love leafy greens! Power greens mix, collards, chard, Kale, spinach, everything ♥️
Most people don’t love dark leafy greens, they’re really beneficial and healthy for you!

I am with Mercy. BokChoy is my fav...Raw! The leafy part makes a great salad or a rollup. Great idea for chickpea pancake.
Hiya Mary! Ooh do you eat your bakchoy raw most the time?? She can eat all veggies raw 😆
@@thehaipath Yes mostly raw bok choy. Love raw red, yellow and orange pepper. Also fennel (anise). Nice your kids will eat kimchi.

The kids are hooked! We’re perfecting it and kids wanted some again so of course they were in charge of making them 😉

@cheaplazyvegan makes her Mom’s vegan kimchi
I love watching her! We have never dabbled in making our own kimchi just saurkraut! Maybe we will have to give it a shot ☺️
I find spelt flower makes my bread heavy ??
You can try to sift it if needed! It’s probably heavy due to the bran and fiber but that is so good for you!
I love bok choy. I’m not such a fan of kimchi.
Oh man kimchi is bomb!! What don’t you like about it?
