Great interview. Love how candid Jennifer is. And thanks for asking her some tough questions, Jordan. I was wondering from the Business Owner's POV that if the lead gen / R&R site is that great, wouldn't I hire the lead gen agency or someone else to copy and build up my own site (vs having to pay regular lead gen fee)? Mind sharing your view on this? And how you would overcome this?
It’s much harder for a business owner to be sold on a $2k-$5k/mo package for an agency to do lead gen/SEO on their own website than it is to just sell them the end result they’re looking for i.e. leads. Since we’re able to rank assets for a much lesser amount (no premium and charging for time/value) we can go ahead and build the lead gen funnel and sell the leads on the backend. Hope this helped! Feel free to book a call with me if you’re interested in joining my rank and rent coaching program.

Absolutely - it’s the same skill set. Once you learn this stuff you can build a digital marketing agency and offer all types of services. My revenue consists of web design, SEO, PPC and rank and rent.
Hi Jordan. Brilliant value content as always. An Yep, We've spoken before and I'm hoping to be part of your Rank and Bank family soon. Just a quick question, I understand that with Rank and Rent its always best to focus on the low hanging fruits regardless of Niche. But what do you think about niching down for Rank and Rent? Have you seen any success stories where someone niched down and grew to big numbers? Maybe they started with low hanging fruit cities and then worked themselves upto bigger cities once they have made some cash? Love to hear your feedback
So aside from gohigh lvl, and running google ads w/ retargetting, in the interview, I wonder what the tech stack used. Sounds like a massive click funnel sequence she adopted to keep her Cpa $50. Otherwise great top lvl interview. I don't blame someone who spent $100k+ in education to not focus on the details. Ty for sharing.
Also I’m confused about one thing. She says she isn’t doing client work so she can own the website but what if one of the clients she gets from a FB ad already has a website but its ranked 10th? Does she start all over from the beginning and build them a completely new website? That seems like a harder sell I would imagine the client would just want you to work on the website they already have.
Exactly right. You can pick up where they started, unless the website is garbage. With my clients, the websites I build are heavily branded and use a lot of bells and whistles (chat widget, CRM connection, etc.) so I typically at least TRY to do a redesign because although their rankings may bounce around for a few weeks after launch, the long term benefits of having a higher conversion rate on the website is 110% worth it.
@@JordanStambaugh1 It seems like you would need to know exactly what the previous designer did in that case. I guess if ranking 10th - they have done a decent job. Do you get approached from leads; and simply have to say NO as the site is a complete dogs breakfast. Or you just say to them we will have to start from scratch? @kruzedarling9347 Thanks for your question to Jordan. Good Luck
@@JordanStambaugh1I mean in terms of ranking Jordan, how can we rank in relatively short periods of time? Should we use black or white hat? Pls advice . Thank you
Thanks for This Amazing Conversation. Loved It!
Fantastic interview, thank you

Amazing story, whats the best way to choose a niche and city for running FB/ Meta ads?

Hey Jordan, would you suggest mixing up building rank and rent assets with taking on local SEO/PPC clients?

Absolutely! I'll make a video on this. I recently niched my agency down and I can share all those details.

Hey Jordan, another great video.
Do you think it would be possible to take on few local seo clients in the same niche, while working full time?
Absolutely, that’s what everyone does in the beginning, before they kill their job.
