But when I start to use hostinger, they offer free domain for one year. Do I just stick with it for free domain or just buy the domain from cheapname for example

In Germany still, so many Business Owners are so conservative when it comes to SEO and Online Marketing... But going after clients in the USA from Germany might be as well a stretch...

This interview is interesting because even though David is at the $20k per month mark it seems like he really isn't feeling the Rank & Rent model too much anymore.

I was wondering from the Business Owner's POV that if the lead gen / R&R site is that great, wouldn't I hire the lead gen agency or someone else to copy and build up my own site (vs having to pay regular lead gen fee)? Hi Jordan, Interesting. I have only recently come across this RANK and RENT model. That said, usually when I start finding these things on UA-cam it usually means that the trend is already pretty much done. But, I am still looking into it. Found all this by looking up "HOW-TO-SEO" for Blogging purposes. Q1) What do I need as a shopping list to get into this myself. Purchase a Domain, Hosting, Ahrefs, TheN start looking into purchasing links and ofcourse good EEAT content? Q2) Can we go ahead and build out a site in a brand colours, topography of a business we have in mind and try rank the site, then send leads to a the business we have in mind as proof it works? Is this legal?
