it is disappointing to see Tata chargers not operational just due to bill issues. Completely goes against the narrative of the trust factor. Hopefully TATA realises this problem and work towards a solution immediately. Such trivial things do add up to delaying the decisions of buying an EV
Happy to see both of you pouring in your heart and soul in making videos related to EV.
I am at the verge of making the transition. The only thing stopping me is lack of EV infrastructure here in North East India.
Keeping a track of the charging stations slowly coming live in this part of the region.
Keep up the good work. hope that at some point of time you guys may attempt a drive in this part of the country.

At around 9:30 u said without Cruze control..because it consume more battery.... I heard Cruze control is beneficial for ev cars from u in ur previous video. can u tell me in detail wt is ur findings for Cruze control in ev cars.
Nice video, but for the rest of us who have never been to Goa or to Pune , it is very difficult from ur video to ascertain the range that you get on your video.
U started at 79% -11% , how many kilometers u travel.....Next u travel from 68%-12%, , also how many kilometers u travel and lastly u charge the car till 98% -9% , also here how many kilometers u get and downhill was how many kilometers?
if u guys give us a little bit details on the range visa vi percentage/ kilometers, it will be very helpful to understand the car performance.

We have mentioned the kms we are travelling from 1 charging stations to another. If you notice we have mentioned n also shown the map on the car info screen. Next video we make sure we write up the kms travel from 1 point to another.

Just going for a test ride with Tiago now. Earlier was opting for Nexon prime as my once a week farm house trip is 200 km one-way. I can have charging there and if the power is decent enough I prefer a hatchback instead of heavier Nexon. I am naturist and grow my own food and I carry them in my car a decent close to 100 kg a trip don't want to be bringing in 18 lakh car. So Tiago will be a good option following you guys for past 3 weeks to check on challanges in ev driving and I guess it's time to take a ev drive. And as I am system integrator I have been with batteries and electrical/electronics all my life and I believe the lithium prices are going to go low and getting a bigger battery pack is not a wise decision till the year end where we can see some cost to range changes. I might turn out wrong but well I don't think I can get wrong on a Tiago

Tiago ev is a good car, surely the lithium prices will go down as many people are shifting to EVs. You can have a drive test with tiago n nexon both n you can judge by yourself which one is best for you.
Range wise both the cars are same unless you go for nexon ev max.

Hi , It’s very nice that you guys from Pune are sharing all the details related to EV cars and most of the peoples are getting confidence to purchase EV, I need your help , recently have purchased TATA TiGOR EV from Rudra Motors Wagholi Pune , Major Concern which I feel is that all 4 wheels are heavily rusted and with in one week , battery is showing 121 kms for 100%, also steering dashboard noise is irritating, I dropped an email to customer care , others too but can’t see any response from them. Please help how can I escalate who listens and solve , I bought this on 4April 2023.😢
Hey, you can directly go to the service centre they will surely help you out with all the problems you are facing.
The range which is showing you at 100% is the way you drive the car, it keeps on changing
Wheel rusting will be gone if you drive regularly for good distances. Range is less coz you are new to EV hence you may take time to learn and extract range as it depends on how you drove before. Rattling can be sorted through service centre.
can you please post some details like total distance covered, total time taken, driving time, charging time, efficiency, charging speed etc.

I have bought new Tiago EV. Covered about 170 km up to 25 % battery in city Drive .
Now I have plan to visit Belgaum from Pune.
To see its performance.

I bought Tiago EV. Quite happy with the package. Only downside I have found is turning radius is bad. What do you guys feel ?
Yes, even we faced the turning radius compared to the car size is bit wired
I feel lack of hillhold assit is problem in tight inclined parking
I found no hill hold assist in our tiago ev is a problem in tight parking inclined area 2 month of owning this i use hand breaks to park in my tight inclined parking tata shd consider giving it
In tiago ev , tigor ev & nexon ev prime there’s no physical hill hold option like nexon ev max.
Do a full range with 100 to 10 or if possible 5% it really help for buying

i believe it should be because of the car trying to maintain a constant speed always. so more electronics required as well as continuous operations to try and maintain the speed, where in without cruise control you can lift and coast according to the terrain and surface as you observe to efficiently utilise battery.
True car tries to maintain the speed so during gradual up hills it accelerates more aggressively to maintain speed than what we do on our own

My personal experience is cruise control is better on battery range..
If both charger at Charging station is not working will create very bad situation to travel ahead.😊

Recently i went to see tiago ev on tata showroom. I was shocked that salesman only not supporting ev.. He is literally saying, u can't take this car outside..only city. Why tata's keeping them?
It’s shocking that they are still saying this.
2 years ago when nexon ev was released that time they said the same thing to customers, but now when the charging infrastructure is good in the country they shouldn’t say this.

In this case you should ask the salesman why tata is installing fast chargers and building charging infrastructure?
If the salesman is saying this then no one will be willing to pay 15-25lc for a car which will only run in city.
If you want to go 200+ kms and you have an option to fast charge then there’s no harm.
We have many videos on our channel where we have only fast charge our car when we are on a long trip, if you ones again visit the showroom please show him our videos where we only fast charge our car when we are on a long trip n also mention him that many people in india are travelling with an electric cars not only in city but intercity aswel.

Using ev is a mess in India , infrastructure need to improve a lot , and for long trip going with family is not at all feasible you will be in constant stress over range of your vehicle it's good for city ride and short trips else useless keeping in mind the price difference between ev and petrol .
