I recently visited tata showroom to enquiry about tigor ev. I came to know from the agent that the government has started collecting road tax on evs from 1 July and hence the prices are up by 1.5 to 2 lakhs. This is discouraging to buy an ev and go for petrol automatic car

I will rate citroen...ec3..8.5 out of 10.
Please drive in hot conditions during afternoon. Summers are almost coming to an end. These are pretty easy contitions for the car.
Hi Thanks for your real time range test on ec3 and helping us cross the barrier of range anxiety. I am from hyderabad and have ev scooter and ev motorcycle for city commute. I recently came across a ec3 owner from hyderabad on UA-cam stating an issue with DC fast charging ec3 in hot climate of hyderabad. Can you throw some light in this regard?
Hi we will discuss that in upcoming videos but the air cooling system is not as efficient as the liquid cooling one that's for sure
Great Review, how was the power felt, as far as I know, the state of tune is quite flat to provide that range.
Also would like to have a similar drive test with XUV400 as well, as this vehicle is also now visible on roads. All the best and good review. 👍🏻
Hey thanks, the flat tuning was not an issue frankly during the drive as we didn't face any issues during overtaking n climbs ... we are trying to get our hands on xuv 400 let's hope we get to do that soon
Thanks once again. Range is good for night travel there was no mention if AC was on or off.Really like the car but seems like problem arises when fast charging when temp is above 30 degrees from other videos. Pune to Hyd trip last segment u charged only to 62% with hiccups was it because of heating of battery as it is naturally cooled. No offence but still something missing. But still thanks a lot for the review n time u took for the trip.

Without ac we covered the route at night but speeds were as per the limits so no compromise on that was done ... there were many factors with that charging hiccups which we will discuss in upcoming video
Need of the hour : chargers which can charge at a speed of 150kwh and cars that can atleast handle 100kwh (even smaller capacity BEVs). Imagine having 30kwh batterries which can be charged from 0 to 80 in 15 mins. If we have these type of charges for every 150 kms then long trips become a cakewalk. Heck I am ok even with 20kwh cars if it means more range every kwh and also if it reduces the price. Alas, I may be dreaming way too much. .

China me 480 kw se charge
There are cars and chargers available with such fast charging but the only issue is these cars are very expensive !!! Hope for the prices to cut down sooner or the technology gets introduced in entry level cars too

I have had both good and bad experiences with the range on Nexon EV on the Mumbai Pune expressway. And more importantly the bad experience came after the good experience. So i am confused. At what % should the charge be at the second lonavala exit to reach pune charger with >10%.
If you reach Lonavla with 40% remaining you can safely reach pune

If you don’t always need to push for 300, I am getting 240 with 100% ac on tiego EV. Choose tiego for all the features at lesser cost

Space Vs specs is the deciding factor here for you , that's where the major differentiation lies here for example boot space of both cars are very different... range wise if you see in our other videos both car can suffice your regular day to day city use frankly or even a daily 100 km run and night charging at home

Hello Guys when you go without AC how do you manage inside 1 opening windows 2 only fan blower on 3 any other setting . By opening window half way or somewhat it in crease battery consumption . Cold days face problem fog if you shut the ac
We open windows a little bit if we are at high speeds or half way if we are at low speeds ... wind resistance is a concern when you are at high speeds but at low speeds its still more efficient than turning the ac on
I have message you in Pune to Hyderabad video also that is it advisable on Mumbai to Goa road with family and with air conditioner on. Also what will be the speed to drive.

I think the rear seat comfort is not good. There is no proper thigh support.

62.2% left and showing you can go 200km on odo
but you have said 60+kms completed but you have used 37.8% also
may be some heavy acceleration or speed.??
Hey so sorry our trips are too tight on time that's why it gets difficult to plan something or even catching up ... it's the top end which we drove and yes initially did drive a bit faster on the ring road so the draining of battery
Can you sit inside car and use a/c and other electronics while it is being charged ?
Like the other evs you can turn it on but cooling won't be that efficient which is common in most evs... rest all equipment can be used too
Brother jee i bought ec3 yesterday, Its 40 percent charged now and its showing only 80 km. You know what? I bought ec3 being impressed with your review. Pls give more suggestions
You need to get used to to driving ev eventually it will start showing you better mileage also many times the mileage shown and mileage delivered is different as we show in many of our videos ... the mileage shown is calculated by the recent wh consumption of battery or in easy words the recent driving conditions , the range that we got was because of our driving style and without ac ... a decent range for the car should be around 220 to 250 kms hope this clarifies your doubts about the range

Depends on your usage and budget as Tiago doesn't have boot space compared to ec3 but on the other hand Tiago is the cheapest ev in the market ... performance wise both cars are good pls do consider that some people are facing battery heating issues in ec3 but it's a very handful lot of people

@@NoiseFaktory Thank you boss. Have seen that video, but it is of Tiago. But was interested in charging time of eC3 since it has air cooled battery. Also was interested in charger specifications e.g. 25KW/30KW. I believe charging time changes according to charger capacity. Even if video not possible let me know here what kw chargers you used for Tiago ev, I can draw my calculations 😁
Max full charge range is only 230km then how you get, we may get 230 or less ,I have driven this now 6000km no time I got with a single charging above 200 ,at 60km the %is 30 and at 30km the %is o ,then prove it ,ibet on
Company claims 320 km .. everything is documented in the video our speed and driving with out ac also you need to consider the slopes on the way many times you get better range if you are travelling to a low lying area ... slopes help is regen and car consumes less battery too !!!
