However, if someone do not have a birthing ball, we also share the exercises that can be done without a birthing ball, having the same benefits as when done using a birthing ball.
You can always consult your gynecologist in case of any doubts.
Precautions for exercises on birthing ball:
Make sure you always have a good balance when exercising
Always be focused while exercising
Avoid distracting activities like watching TV or communications with anyone while exercising
Always choose a correct size ball
It should not be over or under inflated

Hi, you should be stable, and be able to maintain your balance when you sit on the ball, thats like is golden rule. Also your hip should always be above the level of your knees while sitting on the ball. Always!!.

Can I start these exercises as it's my 19th week?
If you are not having any pregnancy reltaed complication and are cleared by your gynecologist for exercises, then yes definitely.
