In this video we are talking about 4 Simple Exercises to turn a BREECH BABY | Flip Baby at Home | Physio Exercises | Dr. Alka Pawalia. Breech baby means it is the feet of the baby which are down in the pelvis, instead of the usual head down position.
This kind of position could have its own complications like a cesarean section or delayed prolonged labor. Bicornuate uterus is a little rare finding, but if you are declared fit by your gynecologist then please consult her first before beginning these exercises. Otherwise these are safe.

For placenta placement ask your gyne if thats ok for exercise as each case can be different, exercises are safe can do slowly and gently .

Hi, posterior placenta is fine. For cord in neck, do consult the gyne once, otherwise exercises are safe and can be done here.

Hi, try to do it 2-3 times daily. For repetitions keep less initially say 5-7, then increase daily reaching 10-20 or upto your comfort level.
Hi, Start at your comfortable pace and intensity, and gradully increase the repetitions. Say start with 5 repetitions and increase to maximum 10 times.

Start comfortably, begin with less repetitions 5-6 times then as you feel comfortable increase the repetitions to 10-12 maximum.

Do not overexert, be very gentle with exercises, less repetitions, for back pain do cat & camel exercises, it works like wonder...

If not a complicated pregnancy, can start in a week or two.
How much time each of these exercises required??
Can start at your own pace, slowly increase time upto 10 minutes..you should be comfortable while doing, if you feel too tired or uncomfortable at any point can stop at any point.
As per your convenience, can start with less then slowly increase.

Twins can be a difficult situation as there is already less space available for movement of baby. Avoid if not comfortable .

Dear Dr. 31 weeks 1 days pe meri wife ka ultrasound hua hai jo ki wahan pe Breech presentation dikha raha hai Amniotic fluid AF1-10.3 cm Aur Baby weight 2066+/-115 gms. Show kr raha hai koi problem ki bat to nahi hai Aur cephalic position me baby kab ayega. Kya mere baby ka weight sahi hai ,But mam my baby is in breech position since the beginning of first trimester, till now he has not changed any position, which is on 31 weeks now same position.

for some ladies its work in 3 days even for some of them these exercise worked within hours.And one more thing most of people asking this questions that can they do this exercise ?? and ans is yes even in 38 week of preganancy they can do its all natural position so with slowly and with caring thats all.Result will see to everyone dear thank☺
