    Two loops of nuchal cord are seen whether I should do this exercise as my baby in breech condition i am 36 weeks pregnant

      You can do these exercises, ideally these r safe, but if any major pregnancy issue then do consult your gynec first.

      yes, just start slow and gentle. If you already have any pregnancy complication do consult your gynecologist. Hope it helps.

      As per your initial strength, can start slowly with 5 and then slowly increase.

      Yes you can..!! Just make sure there are no other major pregnancy complications.
