im 17 and been watching your videos more or less since i was 15. This right here is the best video I've seen from you brother. Being relaxed is the only thing you need. After 1 year of relapsing every 7-10 days or less feeling shit about myself went on vacation and decided to try even harder this time. The sexual energy I've built over the last couple of days was so intense I was literally raging and shaking at times. This right here made me stop giving a f about any of my insecurities and anxiety. Started smiling at girls and women on the street, flirting with cashiers, even on the way back home I straight up started flirting like in the most visible way with a 50 something year old woman which didn't even sit next to me, i was at the window she was on the corridor, so the other person between us could hear the entire conversation. I got to the point where every video hamza uploads I'm like, saying to myself. Holy fuck I'm doing well. I feel like everything he talks about what to do I started doing right unconsciously, the biggest example is that just today a really attractive girl and I had eye contact like usual and we both smiled at each other for no reason for the 3rd time this week. I agree 100% with Hamza. I want to add something important that will apply to everyone. There's something that held me back for a lot of time with girls even though I am good at flirting and I am good looking. It was my self image and my social circle. Since my circle is small and after finishing school socializing becomes difficult, I had less chances of being introduced to girls I could get to know. Since that was going bad and I was not meeting girls, my confidence started going down, and with that my self image changed. What got the ball rolling for me was having success with one girl, even if I didn't like her that much. This is important because it proves to you that you still got it. After that everything went smoother because when you know that you attract girls you automatically get smoother and relaxed like my older brother Hamza said here in the video. correct me if I’m wrong. I think it’s important to build your confidence first before you even start talking to women. You can do this by taking care of yourself. (Hygiene , gym, meditation, money, etc) build good habits and learn to love you before you start talking to women. It makes it a lot easier.
I wouldn't say to avoid talking to women entirely. Maybe leave dating off the table, but holding small conversations with no particular goal, or even just saying "hi" will help build confidence. If you avoid women entirely until you "feel you're good enough," either you'll never feel good enough, or when you do feel good enough, you'll have built up the idea of conversation with a woman so much in your mind, that it'll still be very difficult, no matter how attractive you are or feel.

On eye contact I've always been good because I have confidence but the situation I've had trouble is when young girls stare at me I look away because I'm not wanting to look like a creep lol.
I've had to tell myself it's because I've worked very hard on my body all my life, dress well and am fairly good looking and that they're quite possibly attracted like the women closer to my age. Now if they stare or look back a few times I now try to hold eye contact back the right way crack a grin and not look away immediately.
I think there's probably a lot of men out there who are 40+ and 18-25 yr old girls check them out including probably yourself when you have that dynamic when you age.
