Thanks for the video Dr. Ryan - what are your 3 favorite movements/exercises/stretches for low back muscle tension? Mine are like guitar strings….unfortunately I battle SI joint instability and a lot of the movements you recommend for low back tension are not recommended for SI joint so I’m trying to find a balance…
Dr Ryan I’m a mess , I have bulging disk L3,L4, L5 , Si bone to bone . Slight case of scoliosis and both hips arthritis. I’m a 68 year old women and I’m lots of pain . I’ve had PT , given pain pills but I won’t take unless I have no choice ….. it doesn’t solve the problem . I’ve had a massage and it helped lessen my tight muscles … can you please tell / share what stretches or exercises will help ? Thank you in advance❤
I Like how you present a more expanded view of what is involved in assessing and healing the body. You do this exceptionally well, among other things that make your videos really valuable. i am considering the core balance training and the assessment to take it but i want to know if i should put off the assessment until i can make a space and time for the beginning "training" or i can proceed with that first. Space and time is an issue , though i could use this right now...but i am in middle of difficult transition....with new apt management , increasing rents and searching for another rental while also not having enough space to do much PT that i need to do after spinal fractures and auto accident that didn't pay enough to do what is needed. And i may be able to do the training now or have to wait and until i have better idea from assessment and more info about that training i do not know the answer.
