    Great video (as always)! 😃👍 When you say 5 minutes.. Do you then mean in one go? Or 5 minutes through the day divided on several times? After 30 seconds im getting very tired already! 😅🙈

    This is the whole basis of using the lifting belt. You use the internal ab pressure to strengthen your core.

    Couldn’t the bridge position, harm the knees… My knees are prone to pain if I don’t manage them very carefully. Thank you.
