Do you have any recommended hip (not hip flexors) stretches/openers for those with SI joint instability? I’m avoiding the ones you said to avoid until I progress through the program more and develop more SI stability. Thanks!
Hi Kevin, thank you so much for your comment! We do have several active hip stretches and mobility movements that will be introduced later in the program, but the first step is to stabilize the SI joint, and that is why the more advanced stretches are brought in gradually further down the line. 😊
This is so true about the trauma and the fear.... Sometimes I believe my mind blocks the muscles to protect!
I advise the others to do those exercises because they really helping and healing as they do to myself .🎉🎉🎉🎉
